A soldier accused of killing his wife and a Police Officer is expected to face a judge today. Police say that Staff Sergeant Ronald Hamilton shot and killed officer Ashley Guindon on saturday. It was her first day with the Prince William county Police Department in virginia. Jeff pegues is at the court where hamiltons arraignment is scheduled to take place. Jeff, good morning. The wife was able to contact the Police Officer, however, before our arrival, she was shot and killed allegedly by the accused.
