department of corrections says staffers at the iowa medical and classification center in coralville found 37-year-old jerry ray dillinger hanged himself late last night using a bed sheet. dillinger pleaded guilty last month in union county to two counts of first degree murder in the killings of his former sister in law loretta dillinger and michael robinson. he was serving two life sentences. a missouri state trooper has waived his arraignment on an involuntary manslaughter charge linked to the drowning of an iowa man who fell from a boat while handcuffed at the lake of the ozarks. anthony piercy was charged in december in the may 2014 death of brandon ellingson. steve: des moines police are asking for help finding a wanted man. 48-year-old randal jon caswell has active felony warrants for ongoing criminal conduct and a parole violation. he's also wanted in multiple theft cases. police say you should not anyone with any information should call crime stoppers of central iowa at 515-223-1400. des moines police also need help -- your help in identifying a man and woman caught on camera in merle hay mall. they may be connected to a fraud investigation. police say a cloned days of deliberations the iowa utilities , board has not made a decision on the controversial baaken pipeline. iowa regulators are meeting again to consider whether to let a texas company very three duty in the past 24 hours. the latest was this afternoon. we start in fargo, north dakota where police now say a man , suspected of shooting an home he was barricaded in for the suspect was shot to has been taken off life support. deputy derek greer wasn't expected to recover but he was kept on life support so his organs could be donated. 17-year-old shooting suspect as an adult. stacey: right now the armed occupation of an eastern oregon wildlife refuge is over after the 4 remaining occupiers surrendered peacefully. nobody was hurt. no shots were fired. this -- the 4 who surrendered today were the remainders of anti-government militants who took over the refuge headquarters january 2. no escapees being reported right now after a massive prison riot in mexico. 52 inmates are dead. 12
