it's giving new parents everywhere a new tool to calm their babies. it's called "the hold" and this video, from a california pediatrician has over 14-million views on youtube. in it, he shows his patients how to hold an infant to sooth them. parents everywhere are trying it, including new mom betsy flowers from sioux city. dr. hamilton says, "there must be a lot of crying babies out there, number one, and there must be lots of moms and dads looking for answers." betsy flowers says, "i think when you get to that point, you'd probably try anything to sooth a baby. you just want her comfortable or to find out what's making her upset." jessica rae: dr. hamilton says he thinks the motion reminds babies of the movements they experience inside the woom. if your baby is hungry or not feeling well, dr. hamilton says but, if you're a sleep-deprived parent looking for a few seconds of peace, it just might be worth a try. jessica rae: the world is responding to the humble holiday wish of a young girl badly injured in an arson fire two years ago. sa'fyre (sapphire) terry's entire family was killed in the fire. she suffered burns over 75- percent of her body, and lost her right hand and left foot. despite what she's been through.... the 2nd grader says she only wants one thing this holiday season: christmas cards to fil up her card-tree. and after her request was posted to facebook by her aunt..... and gained momentum, she has been flooded with holiday cards from all over the world!
