The driver was arrested and charged with dui and hit and run. We are learning more about the gunman behind that deadly oregon mall shooting. Of friends of 22yearold Jacob Roberts say he was outgoing and energetic but lived a tough life. Roberts murdered two strangers and critically wounded the third yesterday before turning the gun on himself. There were about 10,000 people inside the Shopping Center at the time. But the sheriff there says theres a reason more people were not killed. Based on the evidence, it appeared to the suspects rifle did jam while he was attacking individuals in the food court. We all need to be thankful that this incident wasnt much worse. Roberts had no criminal record. Investigators say he stole the rifle he used from someone he knew.
