0 everybody, not just that it would reduce premiums by say $2500 a year or that it would create millions of jobs. it would make things better for everybody. what the study found it does help the bottom 20%, but for everybody else and we should say for all the other income brackets above $65,000, their income is also reduced by this for everybody else it means an actual cut in income. >> all right. now byron, democrats listen to that kind of talk, you're just a fair arbiter, looking at the data as anyone else, they say we're misinterpreting it, particularly us at fox. take a listen. >> the affordable care act does end that job block, allows americans to choose to spend more time with their family or pursue their dreams. >> it could be someone on the lower end now working two part-time jobs instead of three part-time jobs and what that means instead they might be able to tuck their child in bed at night and read a bed time story or go to an activity which means they're better off. >> the unemployment rate is very no political ax to grind. this is about looking at your patients. what in this law or with what aetna was demanding made you feel that was compromised? >> thank you so much for having me, neil. you're absolutely right. we as doctors do not treat political parties. we treat patients. and we are very saddened by what's going on and the law really has divides us into two team. team glitch over here, government lobbyists, insurance companies and hospitals colluding and then on the other side way over in a small corner you have doctors and patients really trying to survive as almost like an inconvenient afterthought of what's going on with all of the corruption and really dysfunction on the left. i just decided i can no longer be an enabler to the disfupgs th -- disfungysfunction harming ps and it's time to switch over to team tough love and collaboration. they are making a false promise of doctor services of health care, of medications, and they're not delivering. so when you -- >> what are your patients saying who had aetna coverage? i mean do they feel now they're -- they love you to death but can't use you? >> well, you know, the reality of this, neil, is that people don't really understand how the corrupt billing goes and in reality, if we had true, good reform, my patients could continue to see me outside of aetna and really, it would save money. instead of spending money on, you know, irs agents and navigators and billers and bad ads we would be able to spend the money on the patients. there are plans for real reform that do exist and my patients insurance does, they get to write off a loss, a phantom loss and, therefore, stay non-profit and not pay taxes. so all of the perks and favors and everything go to team glitch where the patients get no tax benefits on these plans at all. in fact, they're penalized. team glitch changes the rules all throughout the game. >> what has aetna told you quickly, doctor? has aetna surprised by this decision? >> you know, they called me after they received my letter. i'm still waiting to receive a formal letter in response. had calls from my account manager. i would like to collaborate and come up with good reform. >> okay. >> not where patients are having high deductibles and paying more if they had no insurance and that's what's happening. >> doctor, thank you very, very much. we did reach out to aetna by the way and got no response and i should disclose aetna is my health care provider and i just want to assume my policy was canceled right now. kidding. to the snow job on jobs. no matter where you live this winter nightmare is getting big. really big.
