I think its a different set of circumstances when you are outside and there is a breeze, or that immediate area in front of your faces cleared by just being outside, so i dont know that we are quite as certain about the necessity of mask wearing outside, provided again that we are staying distant from anyone else. And so its more designed for when you have to be out, as you mentioned. Most of us are on lock down. So when you have to be out, and you may encounter someone else in an unpredictable fashion, i think thats where you really need to see masks being worn.
