over and over he didn't have anything to do with those business dealings. nearly 70% of people say biden did something illegal. 55% say he acted inappropriately. none of it good. the "new york post" cover putting it bluntly. there is no hiding from the scandal. these numbers come as special counsel david weiss is prepared to indict hunter biden on gun charges later this month. why he didn't do it yesterday when he announced it we don't know. but hunter's attorney and liberal media now saying in concert they are just caving to republican pressure. >> it looks like the heat that's put on by the republican congressmen who want to interfere in the normal course of what the justice department does, puts up the heat. where else other than a case in which they are cowering from the political pressure would somebody be charged with something that's unconstitutional? >> d.o.j. has given me whiplash on this one. the only conclusion the whistleblowers were right. initially d.o.j. was ravedy to give this deal away chiefly. when political pressure went up d.o.j. did a complete 180. >> harris: raymond arroyo. your top line thoughts on this. >> first of all, those polls don't mean a lot to me because whoever that 38% who believes this is inconsequential haven't been paying attention. the house oversight committee doug deep into the biden financial records. found 20 shell corporations, found at least six direct policy outcomes after payments were made and we are looking at something like $20 million in payments to this family which no one can explain. this bears scrutiny and when you take that and you marry it to the hunter biden laptop, ukrainian businessman coming out and saying i bribed joe biden but i had to do it through a shell corporation, there is a lot of fire here because there is tons of smoke. anybody who can't see that hasn't been listening or watching. >> harris: you are 0ing in on the 38% of americans in the polling that say that this isn't a problem yet for them. that's important because everybody else is looking at the bigger number. i think what you are getting at is why isn't it 0? it's a great question. >> part of it is media coverage. other media have had a black out. at this point normal lear should be getting residuals because biden kept it all in the family. not pretty the way it's rolling out. >> harris: let's watch fetterman challenge republicans to impeach president biden. >> harris: oh, oh yeah, that was not on camera. it didn't matter. they needed to bleep it. >> thank goodness it wasn't on camera. he can't put three sentences together. he is implored, god bless him. he can't serve his people right now who sent him to washington. he is the last guy commenting on the complexities of this case. justice should be blind. it shouldn't be subject to public whim or where the polls are. the facts bear scrutiny. they need to be examined closely no matter what john fetterman or anyone else says. >> harris: when it comes to hunter biden and the business deals and now joe biden and all of that, some might argue that justice isn't supposed to be blind as much as it is supposed to be fair, right? that's kind of what you are saying. this might be a case of justice wearing rose colored lenses until now. let's see if the indictment against hunter actually happens. why didn't they do it yesterday? a new report shows the biden administration is considering dramatic action now on the border crisis. oh, lean in. what now? the president is considering forcing illegal immigrant families to stay in texas. of course. he doesn't want pressure on dem-led cities and wanting to punish texas, even though they make up a fraction of the 7 million the state of texas has taken in that they are sending to other states. there is no confirmation. the department telling fox that they are also discussing how to manage the crisis in a humane, effective way. the crisis overwhelming some democrat-led cities as we know. reporting new york city schools were overwhelmed yesterday by the addition to 21,000 illegal immigrant students in addition to its normal enrollment. some schools turned away students due to overcrowding. a pair of op ed. the migrant melt down. you have to fix it, mayor adams. >> i don't know where to start here. i was just in new york. down at the roosevelt hotel blocks from where you are where it is a migrant shelter now, now choked with people around the block, on the streets. motorcycles and mopeds around the hotel. migrants use to deliver food, drugs and other migrants. this is very bad what's happening in new york. but yes, new york rolled out the red carpet declaring itself a sanctuary city and established a right to shelter law. that word went out to all the south and central americans so they are coming to new york not because governor abbott is sending them there. he only sent 13,000. more than 100,000 in new york city. they are coming because they know they get free housing, free education, free meals, and now i'm told a pilot program will send them to another state and give them a job. remarkable what they're seeing. this is biden's fault for leaving the border open. he now wants migrants to remain in texas? they should remain in mexico as trump laid out. it was a great policy and working. an orderly means of immigration. this what you are seeing on your screen is chaos. it looks like the roosevelt hotel outside on the streets of manhattan. out rage ounce. >> harris: look at that line. let's get to the u.s. open in new york city last night. climate activists tried to ruin it. they did a pretty good job, too. they took a long pause to get a guy out who glued himself to the floor of the stadium. real fans in the stands calling for them to be kicked out. [crowd chanting] >> harris: the match was held up after protestors started screaming about fossil fuels. one glued his bare feet to the concrete floor. they couldn't move him. they would have had to slice the bottom part of his feet to get them out. they took out four protestors and then delayed that match for more than 50 minutes. the latest example of climate activists disrupting our lives. last month they blocked the road to burning man, remember that? others vandalized priceless valuable art works. they have glued themselves to coffee cafes countertops. i don't know what the fascination is with the toxic substance of glue that will do that. the climate activists and environ environmentalists are gluing themselves. >> it is highly organized. million of dollars to fund them. this isn't just someone off group. i'm just delighted they didn't paste themselves to some priceless artwork in part of our western heritage. for that i'm thankful. they are the isis of activism. they destroy everything in their wake. this is the least of their sins. i was watching this match at the u.s. open and it was enraging, insulting to the fans, insulting to the athletes in the middle of a major bit of this competition. 50 minutes of the game stalled. but you know what they should do? they should plaster the faces at the u.s. open of the people who fund extinction rebellion. like rory kennedy and eileen getty. put their faces up. that is who is responsible for this outrageous act of not only does it disturb the public but it endangers precious art works around the world and public safety. they should be stopped. this is way out of line. it is not activism. >> harris: at one point coco gauff, the youngest american to make it to that point since serena williams. talk about being a pivotal point in sports in general and for this country at its u.s. open. goes to the cameras. do you remember that? she says i don't know why they're negotiating with this guy. she is asking all of our questions to the media right there. she had time, though. 50 minutes is a long time. all right. >> its broke her stride. may have ruined her game. thank god it didn't. this stuff shouldn't be allowed and they should be barred if public events. >> both the first time in those semifinals for both of those women. coco won and will be in the final. let's see if they adjudicate the cases against the disruptors. this from atlanta. a judge has just released the full report compiled by a fulton county special grand jury laying the ground work for the election interference indictments last month against former president donald trump and 18 co-defendants. it has some interesting points in it. senior correspondent jonathan serrie is on it at the courthouse in atlanta. jonathan. >> hi there, harris. this morning the judge released the full report of the special grand jury that assisted district attorney willis she presented to the actual grand jury that indicted former president trump and 18 co-defendants. what i found most interesting about this document was the scope of this special grand jury's investigation. much widen than the actual grand jury handing down the indictments. we know there were 19 actual indictments but the special grand jury had recommended indictments against 39 individuals, among those who were not indicted the names of 19 prominent individuals, including former georgia senator and gubernatorial candidate david perdue. former senator kelly leffler. south carolina senator lindsey graham. georgia attorney lynn wood. michael flynn a former national security advisor and boris epstein a trump advisor. all the names i just read to you were not indicted. but the special grand jury that didn't have indictment power but was recommending actions for the district attorney to take as she presented her case to an actual grand jury, they had recommended those names. a total of 39 individuals. the report was completed in december after the special grand jury which had subpoena power had heard testimony from 75 witnesses. those witnesses include poll workers, georgia state officials, investigators, as well as some of the individuals that were alleging election fraud in georgia's 2020 presidential election. it was this special grand jury's unanimous opinion that there was no widespread fraud in the 2020 georgia presidential election. harris. >> harris: glad you are here to break it down. the covid mask fight playing out nationally now inside congress. now some cities trying to get ahead of any fresh mandates saying no way are we hiding our faces again. biden's war on energy, people who live in alaska are energized. >> in order to protect our culture and people we need access to these resources, to these jobs, to this economy to really protect our culture future. without an economy we don't have communities. without communities we don't have our cultures. >> harris: some argue biden's hostility to drilling will empower our foreign adversaries. senator marsha blackburn in "focus" next. this is your summer to smile. to raise your glass and reconnect. to reel in the fun and serve up great times. to help you get ready your aspen dental team is celebrating 25 years of affordable care with an epic summer of smiles event. right now, new patients without insurance get a free full exam and x-rays. plus, everyone can get 20% off their treatment plan. but hurry, because while these summer savings won't last, the memories you make together will. aspen dental. book today. about two years ago, i realized that jade was overweight. i wish i would have introduced the fresh food a lot sooner. after farmer's dog, she's a much healthier weight. she's a lot more active. and she's able to join us on our adventures. get started at betterforthem.com ♪ (upbeat music) ♪ ( ♪ ) constant contact's advanced automation lets you send the right message at the right time, every time. over and over he didn't have anything to do with those business dealings. nearly 70% of people say biden did something illegal. 50 minutes is a long time. all right. >> its broke her stride. may have ruined her game. thank god it didn't. this stuff shouldn't be allowed and they should be barred if public events. >> both the first time in those semifinals for both of those women. coco won and will be in the final. let's see if they adjudicate the cases against the disruptors. this from atlanta. a judge has just released the full report compiled by a fulton county special grand jury laying the ground work for the election interference indictments last month against former president donald trump and 18 co-defendants. it has some interesting points in it. senior correspondent jonathan serrie is on it at the courthouse in atlanta. jonathan. >> hi there, harris. this morning the judge released the full report of the special grand jury that assisted district attorney willis she presented to the actual grand jury that indicted former president trump and 18 co-defendants. what i found most interesting about this document was the scope of this special grand jury's investigation. much widen than the actual grand jury handing down the indictments. we know there were 19 actual indictments but the special grand jury had recommended indictments against 39 individuals, among those who were not indicted the names of 19 prominent individuals, including former georgia senator and gubernatorial candidate david perdue. former senator kelly leffler. south carolina senator lindsey graham. georgia attorney lynn wood. michael flynn a former national security advisor and boris epstein a trump advisor. all the names i just read to you were not indicted. but the special grand jury that didn't have indictment power but was recommending actions for the district attorney to take as she presented her case to an actual grand jury, they had recommended those names. a total of 39 individuals. the report was completed in december after the special grand jury which had subpoena power had heard testimony from 75 witnesses. those witnesses include poll workers, georgia state officials, investigators, as well as some of the individuals that were alleging election fraud in georgia's 2020 presidential election. it was this special grand jury's unanimous opinion that there was no widespread fraud in the 2020 georgia presidential election. harris. >> harris: glad you are here to break it down. the covid mask fight playing out nationally now inside congress. now some cities trying to get ahead of any fresh mandates saying no way are we hiding our faces again. biden's war on energy, people who live in alaska are energized. >> in order to protect our culture and people we need access to these resources, to these jobs, to this economy to really protect our culture future. without an economy we don't have communities. without communities we don't have our cultures. >> harris: some argue biden's hostility to drilling will empower our foreign adversaries. senator marsha blackburn in "focus" next. this is your summer to smile. to raise your glass and reconnect. to reel in the fun and serve up great times. to help you get ready your aspen dental team is celebrating 25 years of affordable care with an epic summer of smiles event. right now, new patients without insurance get a free full exam and x-rays. plus, everyone can get 20% off their treatment plan. but hurry, because while these summer savings won't last, the memories you make together will. aspen dental. book today. about two years ago, i realized that jade was overweight. i wish i would have introduced the fresh food a lot sooner. after farmer's dog, she's a much healthier weight. she's a lot more active. and she's able to join us on our adventures. get started at betterforthem.com ♪ (upbeat music) ♪ ( ♪ ) constant contact's advanced automation lets you send the right message at the right time, every time. she is a scientist now? good to see you, thank you. republican senator marsha blackburn of tennessee, she is with us right now. so how do you fight this on the hill when you have democrats who actually want to argue that masks sometimes work and sometimes they don't? >> harris, what you have to do is go to the american people on this. they are very much opposed to mask mandates. and i think the american people have figured out that what is happening with our children, with learning loss, how it has affected their ability to socialize, this is something that people have said, parents have said absolutely not. in a low-risk group why would you mask them up? so people are against it. they know the democrats are trying to control your life from daylight to dark. your light bulbs, gas stove, washing machine, you name it. they are trying to control the type of car that you are able to drive and to buy. and this is the reason that people are saying no. they are not fearful, they do not want these mandates. they feel like there should not be a federal mandate and there is nothing that says -- nothing in the science that is saying you need to do this. >> harris: it's interesting. when you say the american people. they are the only ones who can put pressure on those democrat leaders by calling their offices. let's move to this. republicans and a top democrat are going after president biden's latest big green push. he announced he is canceling the seven gas leases on 13 million acres on federal land in alaska. joe manchin's reaction. i can't explain to the american people why we would become more dependent on foreign oil imports. eliminate good paying american jobs and drive up the cost of our electric bills and gas prices across the country. it makes no sense and is embarrassing. a similar sentiment from across the aisle. >> we have the highest environmental standards in the world. from day one this administration driven by the radical earn wire on mental allies focuses on undermining this great strength of america. it's crazy, it will hurt our country and alaska. >> an agenda that says we can make the world have less hurricanes, less wildfires and not be this hot if all we did is stop drilling for oil. that's a lie. that's not true. >> harris: what's so interesting hearing from dan sullivan leadership there in alaska and also from native alaskans saying what are you trying to do? >> yes, because they know this is jobs. they know it is going to hurt the state's economy. they know that the residuals that citizens receive will be lower because they are going to ban drilling and ban this oil production. harris, this is happening at a time when the average american family is spending $125 per month more on their utilities and 20 million americans are behind on their utility bills. one of the main problems that people have right now is paying these bills. inflation is killing them, the price at the pump has gone sky high, they are coupling that with the price at the grocery store and they are saying how much more are we going to have to take of this? to tread water right now under bidenomics, the average american family is spending a total of $8 hundred a month more and in tennessee talking to people in tennessee i hear about the impact of what inflation, the price of utilities, the price at the pump is doing. why would we give more power to people that are not for us?
