No. All we know that according to sean spicer the firing offense wasnt an illegal deed. He was proved to be untrustworthy with respect to the Vice President<\/a>. We have learned the attorney general, acting attorney general sally yates, did communicate with the white house and said she was concerned about this phone call and saying they could hold over the russians could hold something over mike flynn as a possible negotiation employee, if you would. And told that to the white House Counsel<\/a> paired what we can gather the white House Counsel<\/a> told President Trump<\/a> that but Vice President<\/a> pence, his people are saying he did learn about it until february 9. I think there are a lot of mysteries here. Thats one of them. For all of this idea that high officials are being targeted by enemies inside and outside the administration, theres nothing new there. The reason flynn is gone is not because he was a target of political assassination. Its because he lied about something material to the Vice President<\/a> of the United States<\/a>, left him hanging, telling a lie in public in a way that was ultimately embarrassing. You cannot do that. I have maintained from the beginning this is a coverup without a crime. Flynn tweeted scapegoat. He basically described himself as a scapegoat. This i didnt know until i heard from our colleague that the tweet general flynn today was scapegoat. The inference to be drawn from his statement is that other people had blame that should be shared. Bret the problem is it wasnt his statement. It was a fake twitter account. Not their best moment. Bret they had just correct the record and say we just learned that the flynn tweet was fake. We are reaching a point where this going to take a different political sense. Speak of the democrats want to try to connect this moment and charles is right. I dont think, from what we know, and we dont all that much, we have a report about a transcript. We dont know what the transcript says. We understands the issue of sanctions was brought up by the Russian Ambassador<\/a> and perhaps flynn said Something Like<\/a> were going to review all policies. If thats what was said, i dont see theres anything wrong with that and he maintains he didnt lie. He said in his letter and im saying what he said, it was incomplete. Incomplete information on the briefing. The fact that democrats want to exploit it, not surprising. They hated flynn. They want to see if they can canoe to hurt the ability continue to hurt the credibility of the Trump Administration<\/a>. It means the trump team has to be careful with how they present their case on other issues, how they were allowed future initiatives, executive orders, pursue legislation. When the conversation involves an american, there are extremely strict procedures to blur the identity, hide the identity and protect the information coming from the american. I think this is likely, if i had to guess, its probably coming from an obama holdover at the fbi, we know the intelligence agencies are not too happy with general flynn for a number of reasons.
