jonathan? >> good afternoon, we are expecting a press conference at any moment at the fedex facility here in austin where investigators have been swarming this morning to look at what is described as vicious package. we are awaiting confirmation as to whether they have indeed found what would be a six explosive device here. we should get news from that press conference at any minute now as they say. this obviously comes on the heels of the explosion overnight in the fedex facility you were talking about just outside of san antonio. it's in the town of shirts, about 17 miles from austin. one woman reported some hearing issues after that explosion. she was a fedex worker, 1 of 75 in the facility but there were no significant injuries. that being the one piece of good news from that explosion. authorities are not yet definitively linking it to the other four explosions that have happened here in austin. but we do say they are doing everything they can define who a member is responsible for these attacks. listen here. >> we have canine explosive detection here, we have intel research specialists, working hand-in-hand with our fbi partners, state and local partners. we have been working around the clock again. the public safety is our number one priority. >> what particular he worries investigators as the bombs and their origins seem to be coming more and more sophisticated. the tripwire bomb that exploded right where i'm standing here in austin and sunday was another step up according to investigators from those package bombs. so they very much want to catch this person or persons as quickly as possible. there has been asked for explosions here in austin. the bombing, the explosion of the fedex facility outside of san antonio makes it five. the foreign austin have gotten a kind of clockwise fashion from march 2nd where the first package exploded in northeast austin and then it sort of clockwise pattern around the city. it is a desperate task for these investigators. they knew a lot more than they are telling us. obviously, they want to keep this investigation very tight, very close because they don't want to tip off the bomber or bombers that they may be on his or her or their trails. so they are desperate to get more information from the public. they are saying if see something, say something. they want to get these people or persons before anyone else is killed. >> sandra: there's a new statement from the department of justice right now saying 350 federal law enforcement personnel are currently on the ground in austin working alongside local and state police. this includes round-the-clock surveillance teams, age and specialized in explosives and ieds, fbi behavioral analyst, atf forensic scientists, obviously there is a huge federal presence there on the ground at this moment. we chatted earlier. had a chance to talk to the people on the ground. there is a sense of great fear coming to the residents of that city. but it seems to be growing optimism that they're getting close to finding this person or persons. >> there certainly a lot of fear. i wouldn't say that there is a great deal of optimism at the moment among the general public because they simply aren't being told by investigators whether they are close to this person for these people. there is certainly fear and dread. that was emphasized on sunday when the tripwire bomb right here went off and people thought, i could be walking along any street anywhere in austin and trip across one of these almost invisible wires and be the victim of one of these explosions. where you're standing right now is a completely unremarkable suburban austin street which just goes to show that it seems that anybody anywhere in the city as a potential target right now. and while there was some discussion early on in the bombings that they were being targeted towards certain races, the investigators are now saying in the wake of this tripwire bombing just happened to hit two young white men that they appear completely random. they do not know who could be next, and that obviously gives everybody in the city and beyond a great deal of pause for thought. >> sandra: speaking of the attol was on fox news a short ago and he said they're going to find this person for the people responsible soon. so we hope that is the case. in jonathan hunt, thank you for your reporting on the ground. meanwhile, we are awaiting the white house admit a lot of new developments and special counselor robert mueller's russia probe. and how president trump is responding as attorneys from both sides reportedly sat down for a face-to-face discussion for the first time. this is outnumbered, i'm sandra smith in here today, town hall editor and fox news contributor katie pavlich. company and grove after the bell on fox business, melissa francis. former deputy spokesperson for the state department and fox news analyst, marie harf is here and join us on the couch, former utah congressman and fox news contributor, jason chaffetz. he is outnumbered on a breaking news day. >> jason: lots of news happening. good men and women go to work and the atf, fbi, local sheriff's office and police department and god bless them. they've got their hands full in maryland and texas and love what they do and how they do it. >> sandra: let's get to the news. special counselor robert muller's russia probe and president tom's reaction to it getting more intense. for the first time at, attorneys from both miller's team and trumps legal team sat down for a face-to-face talk about topics investigators could ask the president. two sources tell cnn it was the first in-person meeting after several weeks of informal discussions. meantime, fox news is confirming the president is beating up his legal team. he said he was set up by the justice department. the new hire brings his legal team to four as "the washington post" reports the team already shares with miller's office documents that chronicle key moments that are under investigation. all in the hopes of curtailing the scope of the potential interview. meantime, republican congressman tom cole was asked about calls from john dowd to end the meal or pro. he said it needs to be allowed to continue. >> i think it will help clear the air. and if there was, as i believe, no collusion and after all this time and all these weeks, or, if anybody has any convincing collusion, collectively we see it. i think this will ultimately work to the presidents advantage. i could certainly understand why it's frustrating. these things are expensive. they're distracting, people go through a lot going through them to trying to end it quickly make sense but i think it ought to be let in. to be when democrats are concerned that the president may try to fire robert mueller. listen to senator ed markey. it's because there's going to be a bipartisan firestorm which is going to erupt if robert muelles fired by president trump. whether we have legislation that's put in place before the president in fact does something like this or not, it won't make any difference. there was going to be a constitutional crisis in our country that could very well lead to the end of the trump presidency. >> sandra: trumps legal teams as the president isn't going to fire robert mueller and legal scholar is backing that up. >> if the democrats and the people on the other side who are fueling the speculation. i can't see any conceivable reason why the president would even consider firing mueller. that would create a real problem on the republican side of the aisle as well as obviously on the democratic side of the aisle. i don't think he's going to fire him. i don't think he should fire hi him. >> sandra: "the new york times" is reporting mueller has provided trumps lawyers with a list of questions. this after cnn reported two months ago his team gave trumps lawyers a general range of topics. they wanted to discuss. begin where you choose. >> jason: first, let's readjust alan dershowitz camera. i thought that would be helpful. number two, and less important of course is the idea that mueller probe has got to be focused on its original intent which is to look at what russia was doing to engage in the affairs of the united states during a political campaign. it was never set up or originated to look at directly at donald trump. his life before, his life after, that's not it when it's supposed to do. and they have got to reengage and focus on the original intent which is. it suspicious and they go off in another direction, that's not okay? >> jason: again, that got to stay within a lane but i think needs to be somebody, chiefly rod rosenstein who is looking at that to make sure it's with its original intent, that is not just off going and surfing for years on who knows what. i'm glad that donald trump's attorneys -- i think the trump administration and donald trump and his personal family have gone to great lengths to say will answer questions, i want to testify, i don't believe i've engaged any of this collusion that you said you had and hopefully it's on track. >> sandra: what you expect from all of this? >> katie: we're hearing a lot about him beefing up his legal team on the personal side, not from the white house side. and to me, that means that he is realizing that special counselor robert mueller is a real deal. his going to be very tough for him to answer questions and he needs good lawyers who can test him him a give him questions and play the role of robert mueller for him to answer those questions because as we know, president trump likes to go off cuffs whether it's in his speeches are on twitter but when it comes to that interview, if they agree to doing it which means it will be getting close to the end of the investigation some of the president is going to have to be very concise and his statements and extremely accurate in his statements because as you just noted, who knows exactly where they're going with this whole thing in terms of the questions of they're going to ask? and the president is watching this and saying this intentionally at the beginning was all about russia collusion for all of the indictments we've seen so far really have nothing to do with the campaign. if they start asking me questions about my personal business which spans far and wide across the globe, the court have to have very specific answers to the questions that don't give a special counsel too much information. >> sandra: it's interesting. it was chatting with former speaker of the house newt gingrich earlier he was suggesting that tweeting and a lot of the suites we saw over the weekend did not serve the president and the best interest of the strategy going forward. as i was a very big supporter of this president. he suggested that that makes robert mueller more important in this investigation even bigger. >> marie: i think that's true in a lot of tweets speak to the second part of robert mueller's investigation. collusion is one but the others obstruction of justice. so whether or not you think andy mccabe should've been fired, the fact that the president has tweeted about it a lot has weighed in a political way will be a question that robert mueller asked sam. >> jason: why? it has absolutely nothing to do with the original intent is to look at what the russians were trying to do. >> marie: the original intent was to fold. it was obstruction of justice and it was russia. of those were original intents. but katie is right. his lawyers are working so hard to get an agreed upon set of topics. they want this to be as controlled as possible. the second donald trump himself opens a door to another topic that's not on the list in the interview, robert mueller and his team will be able to ask about it. >> sandra: is just reminds me so much of right before when they were going to interview hillary clinton in the summer before that july 4th sit down when she went out and she was answering questions on the campaign trail and wearing the unfortunate prison stripes as she stood there and answered questions, it was the drumbeat of your comes a sit down, and in the whole thing fell flat and came out and said she did all the things that we are not going to charge her. it has the same kind of feeling of the buildup. if afterwards, there is nothing there and there is no big arrest or whatever would come, are people going to be satisfied on the left or is it going to feel like just another investigation time and effort and then basically nothing happens? >> marie: i think it'll depend on if there's an investigation of the end of it if they put out in the report and if it feels like there's some final say on the issue. >> sandra: will leave it there, potential test of democratic unity ahead of the midterms as he reports side senate dems are facing increasing pressure from the left. >> katie: secretary of state and cia director, while they came to the pressure? plus democrats continued to distance himself from hillary clinton's attacks on trumpeters last week. whether it could end up hurting democratic candidates in the midterms and beyond. we will debate. the morning walk was so peaceful. until... it... wasn't. don't let type 2 diabetes get between katie: a major test of unity for the democratic party ahead of the midterms. political reporting that senate democrats are facing increasing pressure from the left to block president trump's nominees for secretary of state, mike pompeo and director gina haskell. already signaling he is a top diplomat, "the intel position is so different than being the chief diplomat and his track record as a house member was not probe diplomacy. could exacerbate some major concerns i have about this president attitude. so former congressman jason chaffetz as being the cia director that different as tim kaine suggests than being the secretary? >> jason: i served in a house with mike pompeo. he, his family just of the highest integrity. you could not have a higher endorsement of his background, his integrity, his approach, his proximity and belief in the president and the democrats have already made up their mind, then let's have the vote right now. don't go through this charade for the next two or three or four months and then have a vote. at the democrats have artie decided, put it up for a vote. >> katie: the democrats have said repeatedly that the national security on the line because the president hasn't vomited enough people for democratic positions within the state department. democrats are singing their going to resist. >> marie: i think they're going to the normal confirmation process that happens when secretaries of state are nominated and that is the way the constitution is set up, that's the way it's always been done. they will move ahead in a timely fashion with these, some democrats will probably vote for and some will vote against, that's the way the senate works. i personally think gina haskell should be confirmed. i think democrats should support her. i share some of tim kaine's concerns. and cia director is a different position and i think mike pompeo will have to in his hearing answer how he sees the role of diplomacy. he has not always advocated for diplomacy first to approach and whether or not you agree with that as a nation's top diplomat, that will be his new job. so there are a lot of questions democrats are looking to get answered. >> melissa: i think presidents deserve to have the cabinets they choose. they've been elected on a number of set policies and they should have the right to have the people that they think are going to execute their policy the way that they want to have it and i think that when you look back at our history of presidents, a lot of them it's been there second secretary of state is really the one that has gone the distance and has most accurately reflected with her personality is. it is one of those things where you're nominated up a whole bunch of things out of the gate, you don't know how you're going to work with people and you realize this is a type of person i need to work with. so i think in this case, he should be given more relay to quickly get his people and if you don't like the outcome, then you know how to vote in the next election. >> jason: the discussions with north korea are immanent in the president said he wants to do this by me and we need is person in place sooner rather than later. but you hate the politics of d.c. when i say i've already made up my mind. >> sandra: a senate democrats are planning, they should take that to large consideration. so mike pompeo is going to largely have to do with the decisions that are being made on this meeting, the timing of it, the place in which it takes place. >> jason: the president is still going to use who he wants to use in mike pompeo has been at his side on an almost daily basis dealing with this issue and i'm sure he'll play a front and center role and everybody will know who's actually leaving the band there. it's the president and mike pompeo right by his side. >> katie: what is going to be the argument that democrats who voted for mike pompeo for cia director but aren't going to vote for him for states, what with the argument beyond just saying is a different position and he prefers were over diplomacy? seems like they're going to need a little bit more than that vote against him. >> marie: i'm not sure you need a little bit more than that. you can be a good cia director and not be suited for secretary of state. they are very different positions. it is based on diplomacy and mike pompeo has not given a lot of credence to diplomacy as a crisis solving tool on issues like north korea and iran. you have a lot of questions to answer and i'm looking forward to hearing him answer them. >> katie: will certainly be covering the hearings here, that's for sure. a new government funding deadline and a renewed battle of or protecting dreamers. the chance that we could see a shutdown as both bombings. he said is just terrible what is happening down in texas. this is a sick minded individual, we look at to the bottom of this. he also talked about a phone call he just had with vladimir pugh and congratulating him on the recent election. he said we will probably be getting together soon, so the president. it was also asked about the iran deal and he said he will see what i do with that decision coming up. they are not treating that part of the world well. the president meeting with a saudi crown prince at the white house and just book moments ago. let's listen. >> any comments on the bombings in austin? >> president trump: the bombings in austin are terrible. local, state, and federal working hand-in-hand to get to the bottom of it. this is obviously a very, very sick individual who may be individuals. these are sick people, and we look at the bottom of it. we will be very strong. we have all sorts of federal agents whose over there right now, searching what's going on in austin i'm a great place to my tremendous place. it is absolutely disgraceful. so we have a lot of power over there, not easy to find, but these are sick people and we have to find them as soon as possible. we have to find them immediately. i was a working with texas, working with the local governments has been great. we have to produce, we have to find is very sick person or people. i thank you very much. >> is it a hate crime or domestic terror, mr. president? >> president trump: i had a call with president putin and congratulated him on the victory, his electoral victory. the call had to do also with the fact that we will probably get together in the not-too-distant future so that we can discuss arms, we can discuss the arms race. as you know, he made a statement that being an arms race is not a great thing, and i was right after the election, one of the first statements he made. and we are spending $700 billion this year on our military and a lot of it is that we are going to remain stronger than any other nation in the world by far. we had a very good call and i suspect that we'll probably be meeting in the not-too-distant future to discuss the arms race, which is getting out of control. but we will never allow anybody to have anything any close what we have. and also, to discuss ukraine and syria and north korea and various other things. so i think probably will be seeing president putin and the not-too-distant future. >> will see what happens, the iran deal is coming up, it's probably another month or so and you're going to see what i do. the world itself appropriately. a lot of bad things are happening in iran, the deal is coming up in one month and you will see what happens. >> your royal highness, shut the president pull out of the iran deal? >> president trump: thank you very much, everybody. >> sandra: president from holding a bilateral meeting of the saudi crown prince as you can see, answer questions on a wide range of topics including russia and vladimir pugh can. i just had a phone call with vladimir putin and congratulating him on the recent election results. said we will probably get together soon on the iran deal. he was asked will he be pulling the iran deal? said you're going to see what i do. also weighed in on the recent bomb explosion in texas saying austin is a great place, it is absolutely disgraceful what is going on there. we have to catch this guy. they were sick people and we have to find them immediately. if the president just concluding that bilateral meeting. if he will now had with the saudi crown prince for working lunch. the president says about vladimir pugh and in that phone call saying he will be meeting with him soon. >> jason: i think that's good news. you need the world leaders to have a discussion in a relationship. i think it's healthy for them to have those types of discussions and as a president said, there are myriad of topics, everything from north korea to syria to ukraine. there's a lot to discuss and i do hope they get together sooner than later. i think that's a very good sign. >> melissa: i think it's interesting that he talked about the arms race is going on. that sounds like pretty aggressive language to be speaking to putin about that. it was funny that we talked about that way kind of laughed and congratulating him about the election because it sort of like as if the outcome wasn't already predetermined. but at the same time, it does give him an opening to call and to have a conversation and set up a meeting, so there is that. but the ongoing arms race, that is not good for anyone, that's pretty aggressive. >> sandra: his exact words, the arms race getting out of control. >> marie: is a very cold war language. it reminds me of the soviet union and the nuclear arms race and it was interesting that he said the president said, the arms race isn't a good thing that we are never going to let anyone get on par with us and that's true, no other military is on par with us. to sum up like the arms race is bad but only if we win. it's an interesting way of putting it. he should talk to president putin. the election congratulations is sort of odd but that is what it is. in this meeting today is also very important about the same topics. syria, iran, a very important relationship in a very important region and i'll be curious to see what comes out of it. >> katie: he specifically talking about iran and vladimir putin as an ally of the iranians and the regime. so he's speaking in those terms as well. they have been very critical of the iranians. he had the crown prince over the weekend during an interview with 60 minutes call the leader in iran the new hitler of the middle east. so the very serious about taking that issue on and i have a feeling the president is going to be throwing the iran deal into the garbage can where he things it belongs. >> sandra: so the crowded crown prince was asked if he should pull out of the iran deal and he responded with a smile saying that we should talk about that today. the iran deal is coming up, you're going to see what i do. if they're not treating that part of the world well. >> jason: had the opportunity to travel to saudi arabia to meet with the seniormost officials there have got to tell you, they are unified in saudi arabia. they hate that iran deal. they think is disastrous for the region. but face-to-face speaking attic and i think is healthy. >> sandra: echoes back to the way that the iranian problem which is grouped into the border of syria with israel has actually formed alliances between the israelis and the saudis. even they don't talk about it publicly, they are certainly talking about it diplomatically behind the scenes. >> marie: but what they both like to do is publicly say how much they hate the iran deal but then say don't throw it away, try to fix it because if we rip it up and they start enriching uranium again which they are not doing today, they are very nervous about that. so they like to sort of stop around and say how much they hated, but they're not going to fix the problem. so they want us to "fix it and make it better" which is what the state department i think is trying to do right now with the europeans. >> melissa: this is a very different regime that's taking over. i traveled to the kingdom a number of times and this new prints on one hand, he is very modern, he was so much younger. on the other hand, the way with which he laid down the power as soon as he came into office and really let the rest of the royal family know that he was in charge i think is going to be interesting to watch this develop and i don't think we can totally predict what's going on in the kingdom right now. >> marie: i agree, and he fled the war in yemen. this is a new saudi crown prince. he is to behave very differentl differently. >> sandra: the president give him a lot of credit in the paul notes. one thing is to be focused on is a terror threat. we talked about the funding of terror. it will not be allowed. the president just wrapping up that meeting and to begin their lunch now. one top republican is getting closer to answer is yes and as i say, the whole matter is coming to a head. we've had communications with the department of justice about this, and they know that not just myself and sherman county, but many other members of the house are very concerned about w nature of those documents being produced and action is going to have to take a new level here very soon. >> melissa: that was house judiciary committee about issuing a subpoena for the justice department's records linked into the hillary clinton email probe. two sources tell politico a subpoena is imminent the inspector general has gathered in his investigations of the probe but so far 2,000 have been turned over. i jason chaffetz issued a subpoena for those same files back in 2016, watch. >> jason: you don't get to decide what i get to see. i get to see it all. i was elected by some 800,000 people to come to congress and sea classified information. i was elected by my colleagues here to be the chairman of this committee. that's the way our constitution works. will the fbi provide to congress the full file with noted reductions? >> i cannot make that commitment sitting here today. >> jason: then i'm going to issue a subpoena and i'm going to do it right now. >> melissa: how that worked out? be three if bob goodlatte is probably going to get around to issuing a subpoena that more power to him but the problem isi issued a subpoena as chairman of the oversight committee a year and a half ago we got less than 3,000 documents are so out of more than a million. congress has notorious for not standing up for itself. they just do not do it. >> melissa: what is that mean? be three it was a close case. there is no reason we shouldn't of been able to see anything. before the tape, what i was saying to them is what is it you think congress shouldn't be able to see and there's no good answer to that. there is no legitimate answer to that. but they have to be able to see these documents. i think the way it's actually going to play out is the inspector general in about five weeks will come out with a report, they have reviewed all of these materials, they have had unfettered access and i believe in his 450 people there at the department of justice, their independent auditing function, and i think that will be the definitive report, and i think it will be a second special counsel that will then be assigned to work with him so that they can get an additional 24 witnesses of the ig couldn't get to you and be able to prosecute some people. >> melissa: what does that mean stand up for yourself? if there's no teeth in it, can they ignore subpoena? when i want to drive someone crazy, i could drive them bananas until they do whatever it is. it's sad, but it's true. he needs to go stand there and just drive them bananas until they hand over the documents? >> jason: here's what happens. when the department of justice issued a subpoena, you'd better do it otherwise they're going to arrest you and they're going to charge you and the judge is going to put you in jail. as a member of congress when we issue a subpoena, department of justice just ignores it. there's no way for congress to get an expedited way to get to a court to incarcerate someone were to actually find them. you have to to the department of justice to actually serve and follow through on a subpoena to the department of justice. that's why eric holder was held in contempt of congress. >> melissa: which is exactly why people have called for a second special counsel because they just believe that the fbi and the doj can't investigate themselves. one thing that drives the american people bananas when a watch of this to the question that i constantly get when i'm out on the road are speaking to groups or even to students is how do we prevent this from happening again? it constantly seems like their scandal in washington, d.c., and nothing ever comes of it. when you write a story about documents being released for documents being subpoenaed, people respond and say nothing's going to happen even if we get these documents and it's so true because sunlight is the best is infected in the reason these things continually happen is because there's no accountability which is why the andrew mccabe firing is a big deal because that someone is finally held accountable for their actions but it keeps happening because congress can't get anywhere, the fbi is not going to punish their own people necessarily for not complying with these documents, so i think that really makes people very frustrated and the accountability portion is crucial. we never see it in washington, d.c. >> marie: that's what's so interesting when you were denied the documents, it was a democratic administration. this is now jeff sessions and doj who is refusing to hand over documents to a republican midi chairman. so i don't know what part of it as ones are sitting the department, you feel like you're part of it, you want to protect their prerogatives which i think is probably natural, but that's what's so fascinating. this is not a democrat versus republican thing. it is jeff sessions in his department getting the heisman so far. >> jason: i don't believe that jeff sessions is up to the job. i think he's inept and that he should leave that job. he's recused himself out of the most important things that had to do. i think it's unfathomable. haven't given up the fast and furious documents, the irs documents, the hillary clinton email, is just like eric holder as best i can tell. >> sandra: want to jump in here with a fox news alert because we are getting more information on that san antonio fedex facility that had an explosion this morning. now we are getting word from the san antonio police department that they are saying another package was found at that same facility that did not detonate. this is the facility outside of san antonio. this is coming in from the police chief there saying the latest one was this morning as far as the one that did explode were 20th at 9900, a package exploded in a facility. female worker was knocked off her feet. suffer concussions. if there was one other package that we believe was also loaded with explosive devices that they are working on right now. and to add to that, there is the other package that was discovered in austin this morning as well but not set off, but that was obviously the hazmat team i sent in there as well. so this is the latest information, another package was found that did not detonate at that church facility. the story continues and there is currently a manhunt underway. continue to update you as you get no information on this. as we await an update from police at the top of the next hour, maryland this morning i school shooting as we learn more about the school resource officer who may have saved so many lives in that school. that is going to be just minutes away. plus, hillary hugh? the potential democrat 2020 contender who would rather talk about anything else when confronted with hillary talk i'm calling from voters backwards. whether clinton will remain an albatross for her party. will debate that next. empowering. downright exhilarating. see for yourself why chevrolet is the most awarded and fastest growing brand, the last four years overall. switch into a new chevy now, with 20% below msrp on these select 2018 on the form of the purchase of the finest military equipment anywhere in the world, there's nobody even close. as i said before, when it comes to the missiles and the planes and all of the military equipment, there's nobody that even comes close to us in terms of technology and the quality of equipment. and saudi arabia appreciates that. they've done test of everything and they appreciated and they understand it very well, probably better than most. so i just want to welcome you, it's a great honor to have you back again. some tremendous things have happened since her last visit to the white house when you are the crown prince and now you are beyond the crown prince so i just want to congratulate you. i thought your father made a very wise decision and i miss your father, special believe the same. i believe the opportunity is huge to prepare the visit of your majesty possible with the new wave of opportunities in different ability, we can do those things. >> president trump: thank you very much. thank you, everybody. thank you very much. but what do you want robert mueller fired, mr. president ? >> president trump: terrible. a terrible thing. >> sandra: the president was answering a question there about the maryland school shooting this morning where we know a safety officer at that school used the gun to stop that shooter from doing more damage. this is a story you've been following this morning. the president happening is a working lunch with the saudi crown prince there just asked about this as we wait for an update from police on the ground there at the top of the next hour. >> katie: unfortunately a school shooting, a male student he walked into a classroom and shot two students were now in hospital. a school resource officer, the shooter is now deceased, so it just proves that the county sheriff maybe should take some notes on how to do protocol when it comes to the school shooting shootings. >> sandra: horrible when we got use of this happening, what a terrifying experience in the president weighing in is another case of another sick minded individual. >> jason: you hate that this happened but you've got to love this officer who went to work, i didn't know what was going to happen and then all of a sudden, things are going south and he runs to the sound of the shots and takes his person out evidently. the report was, fired one shot, took the shooter down, the shooter is now dead. and god bless him. i think it st. mary's county sheriff but they should learn from this and i hope we as a country passed this guy or this woman on the back and say thank you for doing the right thing for saving lives. he went to that point, there is a lot we don't know happened at that school this morning. it's supposed to happen at 1:00 p.m. eastern time, just a few seconds away. and will bring that to you when it begins. we'll be right back. >> sandra: many things to former congressman jason chaffetz. always glad to have you on the couch. >> melissa: he was on fire today. we are saying that at the rake. he went any parting words for comments? >> jason: no comment. he went there you have it. there's a lot of news to get to. we are going to be back tomorrow and our other studio, new studio where event, not a new studio. here is harris. >> we begin with breaking news. a school shooting, police in maryland saying a student
