This whole election we as independents and orange average joe and janes dont have anybody to support. It is the point third party has the capability as far as understanding Foreign Policy and things of that nature, but when you look at. We are treated as fools in this election. Political parties have taken control and made it so we dont have a choice. But you will vote. Yes, i will. I may vote for a write in. I will ask you what who that is in a second. Independents are frustrated and disgrunteled with both Political Party and not affiliating and gall up tells us that 42 percent of the u. S. Electorate sees themselves as independents and that is the highest number of independent voters registered in the polls. They will be split between the candidate and may sit it out and wait at home. Independents vote at lower rate and we know upon that many of the independents are so called partisan. And they are democrats or republicans or they lean democrat or republican. And many will fall in those camps and when you look at policy position, they tend to reflect the respective parties. And only a small fractions of self declared independents can swing one way or the other or otherwise consider themselves moderate independents or pure. Ethan, are you a closest partisan . Here in california. 50 percent of the new voters. Registered as a no party preference. I am equal. If there is a democrat that deserves my vote and interesting to me, i will vote democrat. And a republican who is the best candidate. Here in california. I probably vote more republican than democrat. I think there needs to be change and i would like to see a third break it. The average joe and janes dont have anyone representing united states. We havent been given a card. And third party dont either. They are not qualified to be president. Is there a single issue in your work that resonates resonants with the independents . They care about the same as the american electorate. And education and maybe less about immigration and National Security we think independents are young people and it is true. Half of young people consider themselves independent and amongst the moderate and pure independents. Many are highly educated white men. That is different than the average independent voter. Have you seen a change in that where they have shifted to be more that way . We have seen more young people identify with the independent voter and that is generally the case and we have seen more of a shift particularly with highly educated voters. Is the number one system what you would like to see change if you can articulate it in one way . Where do you see it going from here. It is insulting our intelligence. You have an intelligent being out there trying to figure out what to do in our future and the millennials trying to figure out what is happening. There is no hope. And you know, countries around the world. If they have a Fair Election there is a choice between someone who offers false hope and someone who has no hope. And Bernie Sanders for example. He drew a lot of people to the election. And he was cheated out of the race. But he certainly offered hope to people. I know donald trump is talking about corrupt. Hes in it. And you play a lot of the different roles. Father, husband and avid reader of the encyclo pedia. Do you have hope that actual change is coming to the system and you dont necessarily hotel totally identify with. I have a lot of hope. I am excited about the millennial generation and hay have their share of challenges and issues. I love they are engaged and they want change and active. And i hear from them. And i disagree with senator joe. I think gary johnson is qualified. He had two termses as governor and we have a lot of opportunity. In texas, one major Insurance Company says it needs to raise premiums 60 just to stay in the health care exchange. Also, hundreds of thousands of people are learning that their health coops are folding so they have to scramble to find koovrge. When obamacare started three years ago, there were 23 coops, another went bankrupt in new jersey leaving six of the 23 still operating. The risk pool has too many sick people and not enough young, healthy people. Coops fold. And Insurance Companies either raise premiums or they pull out of of the exchanges which is happening in droves. Thats going to be the future, and i think what were seeing here is the beginning of a death spiral as far as the exchanges are concerned. As more and more Companies Pull out. Among the big Insurance Companies that have pilled out of some of the exchanges, aetna, blue cross, blue shield, 20 million additional people have Health Insurance. And the rapid growth and Overall Health care spending has slowed. But as far as rising premiums, president obama and Hillary Clinton would like to see a public option that would compete with the forprofit Insurance Companies. If a public option could bring premiums down, primarily by paying doctors and hospitals less and having lower overhead and no profit, that would lower federal government costs.
