policies failed? and is it a preview of coming attractions, should pelosi, schumer, and biden ever get elected in 127 days? look at your screen. the cities that ranked the highest in violent crime are almost exclusively run by democrats. the anarchy in seattle has led to yet another murder, two shot in the chaz, chop, summer of love spaghetti potluck dinner zone. two teenagers shot. a 16-year-old was killed on a 14-year-old was left critically injured. several days ago a 19-year-old named lorenzo alexander was also killed. by the way, has america heard these names before? did the media mob even bother to report the story? the mayor of seattle, the governor of washington, you are the leaders, you're elected. you've allowed the anarchists to take over part of a major city in your state and your city. you own this. the president has offered to help you. you keep saying no. you own all of what is happening here. here is seattle's police chief from earlier today. >> it's very unfortunate that we have yet another murder in this area identified as the chop. two african-american men dead at a place where they claim to be working for black lives matter, but they are gone. they are dead now. and we have had multiple other incidents. assaults, rape, robbery and shootings. two men are dead, and a child, a 14-year-old is hospitalized and we don't know what is going to happen to that kid. enough is enough here. >> sean: the weekend before, they wouldn't let the cops and emergency personnel in the chaz chop, autonomous free love zone to even take care of people that were shot. they had to fight their way and plead and beg their way into the zone. so far, two young people have been killed and many others have been brutally injured in seattle's lawless chop zone. their lives matter. all lives matter. yes, black lives matter, american lives. we are one american family, they matter, but their deaths are being largely ignored by the left. in fact, chaos and anarchy is spiraling out of control, the democrats in charge do absolutely nothing. the cops aren't even allowed in to do their job and they don't have the support by their mayors and governors to even do the job, if they got in. sunday morning. new york city, look at this, an angry mob surrounded the police vehicle pelting that with bottles and other objects, have about 1,000 police officers around the country. responding to a shooting. in st. louis, the group broke down a fence and stormed a gated neighborhood where two local residents took up arms in order to guard their home. by the way, i spoke to people on the ground including that man with a gun there and he says there were no police to be found and they were warned of this was going to happen. where were the police? maybe they were afraid to do their jobs. where's the governor? where is the mayor? where all the other politicians? 99% of good cops that do their hard job every day, they are there to protect and serve. they risk their lives daily, the 99%. full report ahead. in minneapolis, two city council members, they have now spent over $63,000 in tax money on private security and all the time vowing to dismantle the police force that protects everyone else. hollywood, pelosi, schumer guess what? they also have protection. private jets, de blasio, cuomo. what about you, me, the people. will you call? i have been asking this question for a while. when they defund and eliminate police department urges also now going on around the country. in chicago according to the sun-times, 18 people were killed over this past weekend. last week and it was 14. 12 kids shot last weekend. 106 people shot in total. this weekend it included a 12-month-old baby. have you heard this name before? sincere gaston is his name, hit by a stray bullet during a drive-by shooting. three more kids were shot and two others killed including a 10-year-old girl, 17-year-old named antoine douglas. have you heard these names? what about these? it's our american family. when will these mayors and governors wake up and restore order? when will they protect the security and the lives of our fellow americans? when will they improve their community police relations? why do they keep saying no when the president offers all the help they can ever want or need. by the way, where is joe biden? he emerged from his basement bunker, and will he answer questions about any of these important issues in these tough times we are all going through? and why didn't barack and joe ever stop the violence in the city of chicago, barack's hometown, for over eight years? we will have more on that in a moment. first, joining us with a full report from the horrific violence in chicago alone is mike tobin. >> you mentioned it, 18 people killed over the weekend and two of them were children. one you could say a baby. just 20 months old, he was strapped into a car seat and his mother's vehicle. there was a gun battle down the street with two other vehicles and the mother and the baby were hit by stray rounds, never stood a chance, that bullet went right through his chest. one chicago police officer who handled this case posted on social media that he never handled anything this difficult in all of his time on the chicago pd. also, 10-year-old leah nunes in the second-floor apartment came right through the second-floor window and hit her in the head. he pressed the public to end this code of silence. he said someone in the neighborhood knows who the shooters are. usually the motivations for the gun violence in the bad parts of chicago is gang wars, drugs, money, turf battles, perceived slights over social media and the endless cycle of vendettas. over the weekend, a person was picked up for shooting two teenagers because they asked him how tall he was. an extra 1200 officers are expected to be on the street for the fourth of july holiday weekend because historically the gun violence has been pretty severe over the fourth of july. >> sean: thank you. mike tobin. let's go back to st. louis. i spoke with the homeowner. they said they were warned that this was going to happen. the gates of the community, it literally was broken down and in come protesters. by the way, when he emerged with a gun, well, there was tons of criticism all over social media. here is the one thing that he told me that should scare everybody. there were no cops. he says they threatened to kill them. according to his lawyer, kill their dog and burn their hometown. here with the full report on all of this is jeff paul to make. jeff. >> the protesters claimed they walked through an open gate as they tried to reach the home of st. louis' mayor but the couple says they feared for their liv lives. mark and patricia mccloskey said it started when 300 protesters marched through the private community. while the videos don't show it, they say some of the demonstrators smashed through the gates and rushed towards their home. they called 911, armed themselves, and that's where the video picks up, appearing to show mark with a rifle and patricia with a handgun where she at one moment appears to point at protesters. >> the storming of the bastille, the gate came down in a large crowd, very angry shouting aggressive people poured through. i was terrified we would be murdered in seconds, her house would be burned down, our pets would be killed. >> the couple's attorney released a statement they acted on their property and this had nothing to do with race. their lawyers says those responsible for causing fear were white and that the couple supports the black lives matter movement in hopes this incident doesn't take away from its important message. >> sean: thank you. pretty terrifying. st. louis has already been ruled by democrats since 1953. chicago have been ruled by democrats since 1931. in 127 days, you, we the people we will be the ultimate jury and i would argue that states like new york, new jersey, illinois california, washington, oregon, that would be a preview of coming attractions if it is pelosi and schumer and the ever forgetful joe biden. ask yourself, have they been successful in security and peace for the citizens in their states and cities? have they created educational opportunities? look at your screen. look at all of that right on your screen. those are the lives of all of chicago's citizens. have they been improved? no, those are homicide victims. chicago's most vulnerable have suffered the most and these are all of those that were shot and killed starting in the barack and joe biden years. this is something the mob and the media will never show you. it is a nightmare. every one of those names are part of our american family and look at this on a national scale. do we want to do what they're doing in chicago for the rest of america? i don't think so, and nancy pelosi, chuck schumer, and the invisible ghost of a candidate hiding in his bunker basement, joe biden, the forgetful one have been in washington a combined 125 years. donald trump has been there. less than four. what has biden done to improve the lives of all americans? did biden pass criminal justice reform? no. did he pass police reform? no. that was president trump. by the way, after baltimore, after ferguson, what did barack and joe do? nothing. who changed it? president trump changed it. did barack and joe create opportunity zones in struggling neighborhoods? no, that would be president trump. president trump has been in office less than four years and during that time precoronavirus record after record low unemployment for african-americans, hispanic-americans, asian-americans and african-american youth unemployment. that is great for our collective american family. recently, the president took important steps to restore order in american cities including those tough measures against vandals, those who have been attempting to tear down any and every statue across the country by the way, where does joe stand on these issues? i know terry mccullough wants him handing in the basement and i'm fine with them there. only sees two people that day and he stepped out, what did he do? he talked about 120 million americans that died from covid. where does biden stand? wait until you see our montage later tonight. does he want to statues of these generals and lincoln and jefferson and washington torn down? where does joe stand on this? does joe support princeton university stripping the name woodrow wilson from its international affairs school because of president wilson's "racist" thinking? what about planned parenthood? we, you, the taxpayers spent hundreds of millions of dollars funding planned parenthood. margaret singer, the clinic. should that be renamed as well? founded planned parenthood in the early 20th century, was a well-known racist and eugenicist. guess what, arguing in favor of population control among poor people. also, those with mental and physical handicaps and others who struggled in society. she once wrote "we do not want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the [bleep] african-american population." sanger once took her message of population control and presented it guess where? at a ku klux klan rally. joe biden, where do you stand on planned parenthood and its founder? where do you stand on the american taxpayer funding such an organization? and by the way, buildings named after her, we want to go there, where does joe stand there? american taxpayers gave around $600 million to planned parenthood. why would taxpayers give a dime to any such organization? what about the senate building named after a prominent democrat also a known segregationist? in their decades in the capital, why haven't biden, pelosi, and schumer, 125 years, why haven't they done any of these things. then there is the former klansman that was ahead of the democratic party for all of those years, robert byrd. biden praised and eulogized his former colleague, biden said that he held him in incredible esteem. pelosi called called byrd a great american patriot. schumer also heaped praise on senator byrd. without a doubt, cd hypocritical history of what is the democratic party that they would like america to forget. for example, biden once worked side-by-side with segregationists including the former klansman. during a speech in 1973, joe biden praised southern democrats and said that the two-party system in the south was "good for [bleep] and at the same time, biden was actively working to slow integration by opposing school busing. according to nbc news, "he led the charge on an issue that kept black students away from classrooms of white students." 1977, biden worried his children would grow up in his words a racial jungle if integration isn't done in an orderly way. 1993, referred to inner-city young people as predators on the streets. he coauthored a crime bill that ramped up prison sentences for dozens of crimes, that's where disparate sentencing came into play and that's what donald trump fixed. predators on our streets? really, joe? biden's rhetoric didn't stop in the '90s. 2006, the one that said you have to have a slight indian accent if you want to work at a 7-eleven or dunkin' donuts. he also bragged his state delaware was a state. he also said about barack obama this is the first, the first mainstream african-american who is actually articulate, bright, and clean. said it is storybook, man, his words. 2019, he bragged about his work with segregationists to get things done in the u.s. senate. last year, he said "poor kids can be just as bright as white kids." okay. weeks ago, biden told a radio host you ain't black and less you are supporting him over donald trump. pretty obvious why he spent all of that time in his basement bunker because every time he pops his head out, he can barely string two sentences together. he is constantly making weird statements, many of them racial in nature, and it's only getting worse as biden ages. many are wondering, joe biden, is he really fit to serve as the commander-in-chief? i asked this question in 1984 about ronald reagan -- they asked this question. as joe biden have the mental alertness and stamina and strength to take on what is the hardest job in the world? what's going to happen when he finally has to leave his basement bunker for good? when will the media come after 80 days, start demanding a press conference. a rasmussen poll shows 30% of all voters think biden has some form of dementia and that includes 20% of democratic voters. will the mob and the media, will they will ask biden the same question they asked reagan about age and mental acuity. don't hold your breath. guess what, in fact don't expect biden to leave the basement. they're not even asking him to. here now, leo terrell, burgess owens. running in utah, i believe it's second or sixth -- second congressional district or sixth? oh, the fourth. sarah sanders. leo, we start with you. i am laying out facts. we are now living in a time where we have young children and kids and teenagers shopped, murdered and killed, and america doesn't know their names. we have thousands murdered one biden and barack were in the white house after ferguson and baltimore. they did nothing. he doesn't get any questions. he hides in his bunker which seems like a very odd strategy of trying to convince people to run for president. but at some point, america needs answers. >> sean, we are in a divided nation right now and the democrats are sitting on their hands. i am asking democrat, if you trust me, the democrats right now are doing nothing to stop the shooting of the murders in their democratic cities. please, i'm asking you. do not give joe biden in any of these democratic mayors your vote. they are pandering to us simply because they are used to believing that african-americans and people of color are going to vote for them. i'm not voting for them and i'm telling you everything that's been laid out in the first 15 minutes, you don't hear it on those other cable networks. they don't talk about it. their term trying to prevent donald trump from winning. if you look at what trump has done for people of color, much more than pelosi, biden, and schumer. i'm asking every democrat to question why you are a democrat, because it's been hijacked by the black lives matter movement and extremists. >> sean: burgess, 125 years is an awful lot of time for three people that want to actually rule washington but they've had to make changes. maybe i missed it but i went over just a small partial history of joe biden's record, not that impressive to me as a matter of fact. it's downright scary and i would argue that leo terrel, i think he's made the case that he's pretty angry about it and now donald trump has only been there three and a half years and he's got more done with more records set than any president in the history of this country. but yet the media has given joe biden a pass. >> leo nailed it. first of all, black america is now waking up. something thomas jefferson said, what the democrats have always done is worked on america's ignorance. they purposely make sure we don't know our history. if we want to ever get past this whole thing of lynching, let's just say one word and we will get it done. it's called democrat. lynching was done by kkk democrats. 4700 americans come of that 1300 republicans, italians and jean were also lynched. these people, this party has dealt with people for a long time. they still are. they are bullies and cowards and i would say it on thick america, so confident in our country because we don't go that way. we are a country of hopefulness, positivity and want to move forward in these guys are tearing down our monuments and our past and trying to divide us and we go on a different direction so i feel very confident that we can come together as a country across the board, across different lines and we are going to vote for america. we are going to pull our country back from the evil marxists that spend behind the curtains all the time and we see what it looks like. >> sean: you have a primary tomorrow if i'm not mistaken for the fourth district. sarah sanders, i think what's on the ballot in 127 days as law and order. i would look at chicago, illinois, new york city, new york, state, look at new jersey. look at michigan. i would look at california and seattle and washington. i would say trump wins on the economy. nobody has broken more records for employment. nobody's got more promises than donald trump. we will have 400 miles of the wall build. we know the democrats want amnesty and they want open borders. at i would argue donald trump will never put 150 billion in cash and other currency in a cargo plane to send to the mullahs in iran either. >> you're absolutely right. what's taking place, the violence in the chaos in democrat run cities is absolutely tragic. just imagine if we allow democrats, pelosi, biden, aoc to run the entire country? that would be absolutely awful and disastrous of epic proportions. we cannot allow that to happen. they ballot is all about law and order. we have to reestablish our country as a country of law and order. the best way to do that is to make sure that donald trump gets reelected in november because no one stands stronger for law and order than that president. >> sean: but leo, donald trump keeps offering help. the summer of love zone. we have how many people shot? chicago. this happened all during the barack and joe years. this is our american family. these are our american children. they're not living in safety and security. look at these big cities and their record on education has been more cohabit -- spent more per capita than any country in the industrialized world. we have failed america's kids. they run the states and cities for decades. >> democrats have failed these cities. i want every democrat to join me and lead that party and look what trump is done and look at the facts. money to historical black colleges, the first step fact. he reversed what biden did to african-americans in 1994. he came out with an executive order on justice reform. he tried to push through the senate at justice reform bill but look at what the democrats have done. nothing. i don't need nancy pelosi to take a knee. i don't care about the monuments. stop burning down the cities. force democrats to do something. leave the party and join me. >> sean: by the way, burgess is in utah's fourth district, you have a primary tomorrow. we are going to be paying close attention. sarah sanders is going to announce soon looking into the "hannity" crystal ball that she may be running for the governor of arkansas. if it helps or i will give her my support. it will help for her to -- if it will help her for me to shut up, i will do it. >> any support will be helpful. >> sean: you like your father will be a great governor. coming up do you think seattle is bad? 11 people were shot new york city in under 12 hours. comrade de blasio was cutting the nypd budged by a lot of money. dan bongino, geraldo rivera. also a definitive montage everybody needs to see. you might want to record. joe biden in his own words. it's not pretty. straight ahead. 's the one flower leftar lawlessness continues to run rampant. let's look at new york city. look at your screen. another video showing nypd cops being attacked in harlem yesterday. cops say one bottle broken officers when children another broker passenger window. the sad part is this is what we've now come to expect from the failure of leadership under comrade de blasio and the ever incompetent idiot andrew cuomo. it's only getting worse. this weekend 11 people were shot across the city in less than 12 hours including a basketball standout, 17-year-old young man named brandon hendricks. he was fatally shot at a bronx, new york, barbecue yesterday. y an american hero. talented, gifted athlete just days after his high school graduation. he had his entire life in front of him andnd while this violence is spiraling out of control what is comrade de blasio doing? p pushing forward on plans he's going to cut back drastically the nypd budget by a billion dollars, just like i've been saying. don't we all want to step back, take a moment, realize we as a country, we are at a tipping point. at a point will worry will either go the way of law in order and safety and security in our cities and states, the way of peace and prosperity and capitalism, the way of safety and security, or wey are going o go down the road of liberal lawlessness. new york and chicago and seattle. that will be a preview of coming attractions for the rest of the country. last leaders by the way we need to be listening to right now are people like de blasio, and cuomo. remember they completely botched the coronavirus response.or they were downplaying it well into march. cuomo putting his executive order out followed by let's seeo new jersey pennsylvania and yes, michigan. at actually put sick patients with covid-19 and nursing homes and by the way all these governors did this but despite cuomo's undeniable massive failuree which by the way is about 40% of all covid deaths in nursing homes. he never took any responsibility. he just gives lectures inre powerpoint that are given to him by his staff. take a look. >> in this situation, the facts do feet fear because the reality is reassuring. >> we have been helping them with more ppp but it's not our job. >> you can't save everyone. you're going to lose people. that's life. what new york did was follow what the republican administration said to do. >> in new york we handled it on her own. >> sean: o and then he said people are going to die anyway. they didn't need to die. trump had built the hospitals, man to the hospitals, gave all the ventilators you were screaming about because you didn't buy the ventilators youre own health task force told you to buy, the same with the city mayor of new york and guess what trump built the hospitals and manned the hospitals, converted the hospitals to covid-19 preparedness and then he also gave you everything that you needed for free. you still left the beds empty that he built and sent them into the nursing homes. people die anyway. not my responsibility to give you ppe. here with reaction, fox news contributor and former secret service agent, dan bongino. geraldo rivera. geraldo, we can't allow this to go on anymore. chaz, chop, autonomous summer of love zone. shooting them up. the dopey governor and mayor, they are not saving lives. not doing it in new york and chicago. the school systems in these cities are the worst of the entire country and now after decades of democratic failures they're going to tell us to vote for joe biden, nancy pelosi and chuck schumer? 125 years combined experience in failure and at best mediocrity? what have they done. >> i think what's happening in new york is the bitter fruit of the utter lack of effective policing in the first couple days of the rioting following the death of george floyd. i think the bigger story is the one that you started talking about when you mention the 18, 18, 18 dead this weekend in chicago, including a 20-month-old. at what point do you say black lives don't matter. black lives only matter when they are killed by cops. atthe kil entire movement is so misguided. i fear.. i feel for anyone who's been abused by a law enforcement officer or by anybody. >> sean: me and dan agree with you. but the 99% of cops, they protect, serve, don't get paid a lot of money and the risk of dying every day. who's going to want that job? >> cops are shell-shocked, demoralized. they are facing an apocalypse where society which once embraced them is rejecting them to the extent that teenagers can with impunity throw glass bottles at them. after shots are fired. in the neighborhood. this is something that's very,g very troubling. what's happening in chicago is even worse, even more serious. it is a ghetto civil war that's going on and we been averting our eyes. >> sean: you will get in trouble for using that word. >> i've -- >> sean: it's our american kids. 106 shot last weekend. 12 kids shot last weekend. 14 people died last weekend. 18 died this weekend. nobody mentions their names. chicago homicide victim since barack obama and joe did nothing. dan bongino. >> we can't lose this fight. we can lose a fight overregulation the people don't iglike. we live to fight another day. you win an election, use graphic. lose this fight over the cops and people are going to die. let me take that back. tmore people are going to die because more people are -- people are dying right now. not like there's not evidence for l this. if you lived in new york 20 or 30 years ago before broken windows policing, everyone, listening to me, everyone knew someone that had their car broken into, mugged on the subway. a matter of fact, my wife and i were talking this morning before my show. i made a joke to her. i said it was so horrible and i said a lot of my friends, when they got accosted on the subway, they never call the cops. she laughed and she said that happened to me. she got mugged on the subway nobody called the cops because us was just expected. people seem to think new york was always like it's been in the past 20 years. it wasn't. do you want this? what are you voting for? do you want people slinging drugs in front of your house, people mugging your kids, for the subway to become a shooting gallery again? just a couple decades ago we were there like you said and i agree with you, these are american citizens, not everybody in new york, brooklyn, and the south bronx voted for these lunatics. they have rights. we are responsible. it's our country. >> sean: let's go back to this incident. i talked to the homeowner.wn they broke down the gate to get into the community. they were warned that this is going to happen. no police showed up according to the lawyer and according to this gentleman that i spoke to. is that a preview of coming attractions, geraldo? >> could be. it could very well be. could be every man and woman for themselves. i think it's sad, it's tragic and i want this to be an issue. why is it not an issue except on fox news? 18 dead in chicago. how is it that the sound of silence echoes through all the democratic corridors? i can't get it done i don't -- >> sean: according to their lawyer and what they told me, ehey were being threatened directly with their lives and they were being threatened that their home would be burned down and they killed the dog i was told. that's what the lawyer said. >> when you call nine on one of the social worker answers, you know that's -- >> sean: they knew apparently, they were told it was going to happen, not one single cop showed up. dan, the last 15 seconds. >> you're going to see more of this. through this politics out the window and people think their family and friends are in danger. through all this. every name, that could be your child, your relative, it could be your neighbor. this is going on now for years. joe did nothing. barack did nothing. pelosi did nothing. schumer did nothing. 125 years of failure. donald trump, he's been there three and a half years. everything is his fault? i don't think so. up next, you don't want to miss this. the definitive montage of joe biden trying to speak. it's not good. maybe this is why he hasn't held a press conference in 88 days and they view why the mob and the media's letting him get away with it. ari fleischer and matt schlapp next. you can't always stop for a fingerstick. with the freestyle libre 14 day system, a continuous glucose monitor, you don't have to. with a painless, one-second scan you can check your glucose with a smart phone or reader so you can stay in the moment. no matter where you are or what you're doing. ask your doctor for a prescription for the freestyle libre 14 day system. you can do it without fingersticks. learn more at freestylelibre.us. >> sean: the ghost of the candidate, the week, ever forgetful joe biden hasn't done a press conference and over 80 days. he's in hiding, does need to answer tough questions. the media is giving him a pass probably because he's a human gaffe machine. take a look. >> scale.ho [phone ringing] i don't know who's phone that is but the scale of the loss is staggering. it's been two months. good evening. thank you so much for tuning in. tomorrow's superstar tuesday and i want to thank you all. i am rushing ahead, aren't i? we hold these truths to be self-evident. all men and women created, you know the thing. my name is joe biden. i'm a democratic candidate in the united states senate. look me over. if you agree with me go to the joe 30330. truth over facts. play the radio. make sure the television, make sure you have the record player on at night, the phone. poor kids are just as bright anw just as talented as white kids. it's not hypothetical. why in god's name should someone clipping coupons in the stock market pay a lower tax rate than someone who is, like i said, a schoolteacher and firefighter? >> sean: now? only a small sample. we will have more every night for the next 127 nights. joining us with the reaction white house press secretary and fox news contributor, ari fleischer. and matt schlapp. i would say he's like the invisible ghost, week. let's be charitable, forgetful candidate but americans now including democrats are beginning to see problems with him cognitively. how real isn't? >> it's real. here's the deal. joe biden on his first day in office if he wins will be older than ronald reagan was on his last day in office. never would america have elected president anywhere close to the age of joe biden and he would be in his 80s and his first term. when you look at joe biden, a look at how is performing and what he stands for nec how weak he is, what he really is is a trojan horse without a spine.ro the trojan horse the democrats want to put into the white house and all will pop nancy pelosi, chuck schumer, aoc and al all te other liberals who been leading joe biden by the nose this entire primary getting him to abandon all the position that he used to take because he is that week. >> sean: and the new green deal. >> can't stand up to china and may be too weak for a presidential campaign and maybet the white house. >> sean: 88 days, no press conferences. the media gives him a pass. if it will be ocasio-cortez. it will be schumer and pelosi and biden. that's 125 years combined of washington failure. trump has been there three and a half years setting record after record. >> here's the deal. the reason why there is such a push to stop the presidential campaign is because the last -- the left nose and their allies in the media know the only time the american people start to like joe biden's when they never hear him and they never see the because the more you hear this man and hear them talk, the more he turns you off. he's o had 30, 40 years of publc office. we have gone through his votes. i disagree with ari a little bit.ag he's a very bad guy. his votes are terrible.re he's been wrong on race. he was wrong on a military bill. he was wrong on china. he's thinking everyone -- he's,l the more people who know about joe biden, the more will turn away. >> sean: ari, what advice do you give the vice president -- what advice do you give the president? >> it's not sleepy joe biden. sleep connotes calm and quiet and i think for some people that's the antidote donald trump. he is weak, joe biden that's with the president and everybody should call him because that's what he's coming across as. you need a vigorous president. that job is brittle and if you never see biden during the campaign, how do you know?gn joe biden. >> sean: one hour, one hour of airtime free, commercial free on the show. i will give you five hours, joe. i will give you 15 hours of my radio show. 625 of the best radio stations. let's see how well joe -- free airtime, joe. come on the show. come out of hiding, joe. i will even let you do it from your bunker. how is that? thank you both. when we come back, the left pushing of national mask mandate. they didn't say anything during the protests. dave rubin and jason chaffetz next. >> sean: democrats are using masks as a political weapon. congressman clyburn is saying that the house to run a virus committee members will not be permitted to speak of the mask is not over their face. speaker pelosi pushing a federal mask mandate. i've been saying forever, anecdotally i was in the epicenter, i went to my grocery store every week. guess what, they wore masks. nobody at my grocery store, thank god, got coronavirus. i think they work. especially if i wear a mask and it opens of baseball, concerts, nfl football, i'd rather wear the mask and goat of the game to protect grandma, grandpa, mom and dad and watch the ball game. joining us now, congressman matt gaetz from the great state of florida, host of the rubin report, dave rubin. sorry, jason chaffetz is with us. i thought it was matt gaetz tonight. i will start with you. the important thing is i live in a free society. i would choose to wear it for the protection of others. my parents and grandparents have long past but i don't want to get some of the sick if i get it. if it opens up football and baseball stadiums, i'm in. i i'll wear the mask. i want to go to the game. it's a short period of time. >> jan i think it makes good common sense but what's different about what nancy pelosi and the democrats want to do is they want to get this to be a federal mandate. i don't know how they're going to enforce it whether -- are you going to get social workers to come and give you tickets or arrest you? the problem is they are always picking on the law-abiding citizens. never mind the people that are rioting and looting and tearing down and burning things and defacing monuments and stuff like that. no, no, no. they want another law, another mandate and have the arm of the federal government to be placed on the people that are law-abiding citizens. that's their default. they go to it every time, and it's wrong. >> sean: dave, the things, americans are wearing it and you could mandate that you can't get into the baseball stadium or the football stadium if you don't wear it, that's fair. they can make the rules. but at the end of the day whenn are we going to have -- why weren't they talking about this when the protesting was going on in the anarchy was going on? >> well, they are kind of into the protesting and into the anarchy. they can be into protesting, that would be fine. anarchy not so much but i think what nancy pelosi is forgetting when she's talking about a federal mandate, we had something although i have to check what time it is, we have something called the constitution and we have something called the bill of rights and the tenth amendment basically says that the states are supposed to do some stuff and the federal government is not supposed to do everything. there's no reason to think -- that's the point. no reason to think that people of wyoming should be living under the exact same regulations as the people of new york and california. unfortunately this is consistent with what we've seen out of the left and progressives and democrats which is that they want one rule for all. that's the reverse of the federalist system, the reverse of what the founders wanted in every freedom loving person has to fight it. you move to a place in line with your beliefs and try to make its better. that's what you do in america. >> sean: i am a libertarian. i advise people to wear it. he will work in the short-term. more "hannity" next. and with hil now during the coronavirus pandemic. our elderly jewish brothers and sisters who are so precious to god they have no access to food. as christians and jews we know that we have a scriptural mandate to feed the hungry. and here there are thousands in desperate need. 17 years ago edna was in a horrible terrorist attack. she's still in excruciating pain her food is running out and she's isolated and frightened. >> sean: in 36 days, i release a t due to the coronavirus pandemic. your call right now with a gift of $25 will rush food and emergency aid to an elderly jewish person struggling to survive. every gift helps keep them alive and show's your love to god's people. for over 35 years, the international fellowship of christians and jews has been bringing christian and jewish communities together. and it's only with your help that we can meet this challenge of delivering emergency aid and food boxes to elderly jews across israel. inside every food box we put a note letting the recipients know that it was provided by christians and jews who love them. it means so much to me. your help will bring emergency aid and much needed peace into their lives. whether you can help one time or once a month you will recieve god's blessings when you bless these children of abraham. go online or call right now. you can be a miracle for an eldelry jew today. >> sean: in 36 days, i release my book "live free or die", my first in 10 years, ronald reagan said that freedom is but one generation away from extinction. we have the history and what has made america great, the failure of socialism the radical 2020 agenda, the mob and the media and what donald trump will do the choice is yours and the future is at stake hannity.com, laura ingraham. >> laura: hi, and hannity aree you in a good mood or bad mood? >> sean: you know what mood i'm in, the mood to save the show and people are dying, the american family dying and it's all on the line in 126 days. >> laura: now we see who really believes in the constitution, sean, great show tonight asas always. >> sean: have a great show. >> laura: i am laura ingraham and this is "the ingraham angle" coming from the great state of wyoming tonight. what do we as americans put at risk if we submit to the mob or if we allow a biden president? victor davis hanson and dinesh d'souza a message for donald trump and the g.o.p. and they all need to hear it. also tonight jusfa
