I believe that we need to become more of a blue collar party, more of a worker party. We need to still embrace our conservative values, especially our conservative social values. We need to attract more minorities to the Republican Party and if were going to grow, were going to have to be a Big Tent Party but consistent on our conservative ideology and focus on trying to help working americans. Ive never seen a General Assembly come down harder on a governor but its warranted. He has unilaterally, without consulting with the legislature, he has shut down businesses and schools for months and months and months and i hasnt been following cdc guidelines. He hasnt communicated with trade associations and Business Owners and its really put kentucky really behind economically, really in the hole from a budgetary standpoint and i dont believe that hes going to be able to do that again after this General Assembly gets through passing all the new bills. On that day our victim coordinators spoke with ms. Lee and ms. Lee asked if we could go and retrieve personal belongings out of their business. Myself and several other members of the search and rescue task force had went into the business to retrieve those items and thats when we saw the flag. The flag was sitting under a pile of debris. Myself and one of the firefighters that was with us saw the flag and we just knew we needed to grab that flag and get it out of there for them. Jillian thats unbelievable.
