Army pilots from the special Operations Regiment reportedly flying the aircraft back to base after a raid. A military official says that the crash is likely the result of a mechanical malfunction. Brian this marks the Third Military aircraft crash in iraq. It happened this year. The last one march killing all seven Service Members on board. The other happened back in february. Do you sense some distancing in that respect . I think there is first of all, there has been, i think, some concern for a while now. I have written about brennan in his sort of new media personality role now for some time. And, you know, my view is that its, you know, i think that when he is interviewed, and he makes allegations and says things that, you know, the russians must have something on him. He has an obligation at this point to his viewers now that he is pundit to provide that evidence or he shouldnt make those kinds of accusations on air and should be, you know, providing that to mueller, the fbi, the Justice Department because those are very grave concerns. And if its indeed true and not just speculation, not just sort of the regular kind of partisan blather, thats something that every american would have to take seriously. So it kind of begs the question. I would say this. This strategy from trump, i think, could back fire if you see more people like bill mccraven who is, you know, the special operations commanders who oversaw the bin laden raid, is he far less partisan and political. The fact that he got into the fray this week to defend brennan, that could be, if you see more of that, that could be a problem in a lot of ways, at least for the officer suedable parpersuadable. What was he promised from hillary as much as people respect him and has the best commencement speech ever and over at the university of texas now. He might have a political horse in this race. So, brennan has a checkered past in this as well. I think is he a divisive figure also among progressives.
