Can i throw one particular person under the bus . James clapper. It doesnt end there. Only the beginning. And Political Correctness takie inn to a new level. This you have to hear to believe. Fox friends begins right now. Get your coffee. Got your coffee . Yes, somewhere. Can we get coffee . Where is the coffee. Kimberly guilfoyle is back. Nice to see you. We have a big review of the hit movie gone girl coming up. Our own Kevin Mccarthy will join us in just a bit. Thumbs up . Ill wait for Kevin Mccarthy to see what he said. I thought we were going to get the inside scoop. Its a terrific movie. So many people saw it yesterday. Well get more on that. First, a fox news alert. The dallas patient stricken with ebola takes a critical turn. This as cdc officials storm Newark Airport when a liberian man gets sick onboard a United Airlines flight. Reporter we are seeing right now in action these protocols designed to protect the public from ebola. For example, in newark, new jersey, everyone onboard a flight from brussels was detained yesterday because a passenger from liberia was puking and the crew thought ebola may have been to blame. Luckily, that was a false alarm. Down in dallas, not a false alarm. The family of Thomas Duncan who has ebola needed a place to stay to get out of that apartment where he had been that may be contaminated and officials were having a hard time helping them find anybody to put them up. As many landlords and Property Managers were scared by the proximity to the deadly disease. In the end, an unanimous homeowner offered up a place where the family is out of the public eye. Nearby in an isolated part of the Texas Health Presbyterian hospital, Thomas Duncan has taken a turn for the worst. He starts today in Critical Condition. Thats a downgrade from the serious condition he was listed in at this time yesterday. There are still a ton of questions about how he got into the states and what can be done to stop another sick person from entering and the center for Disease Control insists sealing off the border is not the answer. Although we might wish we could seal ourselves off from the world, there are americans who have the right of return. There are many people who have the right to enter into this country. Were not going to be able to get to zero risk no matter what we do unless and until we control the outbreak in west africa and thats what were working very intenseively to do. Tomorrow the nbc news photographer that became sick with ebola on assignment in africa is set to arrive in nebraska for treatment. Back to you in new york. All right. Thank you, peter. Meanwhile, were getting a little darker look this morning inside the leader behind isis. We see him on those videos. Hes really the face of isis. Not the leader. G many people around the world have been asking remove your mask, your coward, while you threat peter kassig calling out president obama and others and saying with all these videos, hes really enjoying this limelight that hes getting. Its like his cause celeb. His minute of fame putting forth these images. Best day is when we get a fox news alert that this guy has been killed. Time after time we see images of this executioner. This beheader. The issue becomes are we empowering this person. Are we empowering isis in terms of their Terror Mission . Last night a former fbi special agent weighed in on this very topic. Lets watch together. You can almost see him getting even more and more through each one of these beheadings and this is not someone thats engaging in violence because its a means to an end. Hes getting off on the thrill and the power of it. He was probably years ago a nobody where he came from. And now hes on an International Stage and hes confronting the two most powerful men in the world and hes really enjoying that. So hes motivated by thrill and power. Thats separating him from many of the members of the group. The question yesterday is whether or not these air strikes are hitting. Well have experts on the show coming up later this morning. You know things are bad for the white house internationally when saturday night live is back. Its the Fall Television season right now. Even isis and the way that the president has handled Foreign Policy has come up on saturday night live. Look as president obama close one of his own members under the bus. Listen. Mr. President , thank you for joining me. Its great to be here, steve. Is it . Not particularly, no. Tell me, mr. President , do you think you underestimated the threat of isis . Without question, question. Obviously my entire administration shares the blame for that but first could i throw one particular person under the bus . Sure. Go ahead. James clapper. My gosh. He moves on right from there. Its so true. Thats exactly what happened. You see a bus coming and obama will throw someone under it. Hes so good at doing president obama. Its funnier even especially when comedy is mirroring reality. You have a hard time separating the two sometimes. But they are stepping up to the plate. This is no extended christmastime for the president. They are mirroring the sentiments of the American People. A lot of people, even democrats, are saying whats going on . Well play you some of the other ones coming up later in the show because they took on some social Media Campaign and had some other funny clips from saturday night live last night. First, we have headlines for you. Back to the news. While you were sleeping, one person is dead after a truck plows through a doughnut shop near los angeles. At this hour four others are in Critical Condition after crashing through the shop. The silver suv slammed into another car driving down the road. No word on what caused the crash. For the first time in nearly two weeks, the parents of missing university of virginia student Hannah Graham releasing this heartbreaking plea. The royal couple planning a trip to new york city depending on how kate is feeling the trip will be at the end of november or beginning of december. Kate, as you recall, is in her second pregnancy and unfortunately suffering severe morning sickness. Prince george would be left at home with his nanny. And those are your headlines. Lets check in with rick now for a look at the forecast. Chilly for you . I left this morning and said i should have brought a jacket. You need a sweatshirt. You got fall coming right now. Very cool temps across the country. Northeastern great lakes as you wake up this morning, temps in the 30s and even 20degree readings across a couple areas i just saw across parts of northern minnesota. Very cool. This cool air sunk all of the way down to the south. Look at this. 49 degrees right now in jacksonville. Weve got incredibly cold air. Front moved through florida. Coldest air making its way to south florida. Drier air mass. Humidity is gone. We still have some rain showers across parts of maine and well even see lakeeffect rain across parts of the great lakes. So you get lakeeffect rain this time of year. Thats what well deal with. Youre a big holiday fan. Can you name what the second monday of october is . That is columbus day. Bingo. Columbus day in seattle may be upstaged with a new holiday. Its just been voted on. Are you prepared to support this. Its called Indigenous Peoples day. The school board says well celebrate this on the same day as columbus. Italian americans are not happy about that. Theyre not. This is something from the school. They say that this is a responsibility of the board recognizing the fact that seattle is built upon the homelands and villages of the Indigenous People of this region without whom the building of the city would not have been possible. They say about good relations among Indigenous People in all areas of the school district. Is this a good idea . They talked about imposed systematic racism toward Indigenous People in the United States which exacerbates health, education and social crises. I think we should celebrate Indigenous Peoples but thats columbus day. It is a federal holiday. We know it happens to be on the same day since 1937. Its just a coincidence really. Arent people going to ask who is celebrating Indigenous People, who does that represent . Specifically. I guess they are talking about that area in particular to that region. In seattle in that area perhaps. It seems to be a larger statement about columbus day around the country and not just obviously there is controversy about the celebration of columbus day. The way that Indigenous Peoples were used by columbus. Thats what they are trying some people suggest that its racist. Theres been this movement coming for some time. This is something concrete. Obviously its an attack on columbus day. Obviously its a social and political statement that says that Christopher Columbus was a violator of Indigenous People. Obviously thats the message. Its not a coincidence. Is that okay . So its a political social movement and they say its part of a social movement and now we understand the Seattle City Council is also going to be looking at that particular issue as well. Perhaps as early as tomorrow. What do you think about that . Should we be confusing columbus day and Indigenous Peoples day . Maybe it should be a separate day. Should it be mixed up with columbus day . Is this political . Is this a social movement . Is this critical of the contributions of italian americans and spanish americans . Controversial. To our heritage and our culture . You can go to our facebook page. Coming up, the government claims to be working on a vaccine to stop ebola from spreading. Our next guest says it may not be enough to stop a Global Pandemic. Thats the question. Then it may have been the most epic signoff ever. As for this job, well, not that i have a choice but bleep it. I quit. That former reporter back in the news this morning. Wait until you hear why. Stay with us. [coughing] dave, im sorry to interrupt. I gotta take a sick day tomorrow. On my journey across america, ive learned that when you ask someone in texas if they want big savings on car insurance, its a bit like asking if they want a big hat. scuse me. Or a big steak. Or big hair. I think we have our answer. Geico. Fifteen minutes could save you fifteen percent or more on car insurance. When folks think about wthey think salmon and energy. But the energy bp produces up here creates Something Else as well jobs all over america. Engineering and innovation jobs. Advanced Safety Systems technology. Shipping and manufacturing. Across the United States, bp supports more than a quarter million jobs. When we set up operation in one part of the country, people in other parts go to work. Thats not a coincidence. Its one more part of our commitment to america. We are working very aggressively and energetically to develop and test a vaccine to prevent ebola and therapeutics to treat it. We would hope that vaccine could be a part of the response even though Public HealthInfection Control is still the core of getting this under control. The National Institute of Infectious Diseases claims to be working on a vaccine to ebola but are they doing enough to prevent a Global Pandemic . Here to weigh in is former Deputy Commissioner of the fda and physician, dr. Scott godly. Thank you for having with us today. Were happy to have you on. Theres so much concern about this and whether or not the cdc is on top of it, are they doing enough to protect americans and from people coming in and spreading this. Im confident theyll stop the secondary spread from the infection in dallas. People may got it but i dont think theyll be spread beyond that. The real risk is a couple months now if you see continued spread at the current pace in west africa, it will be hard to control this from going global. Youll see clusters of outbreaks in western cities and hard to control it and thats why we need to get into africa and reduce the pace of spread there. That seems to be consistent with what the cdc is saying. We wont get to zero risk but i will tell you the most effective way to shut this down is by dealing with it in africa and containing and controlling and eliminating it there and then thats how well prevent spread coming into the United States. Lets look at the United States. The response here. It seems that we have blown it on a couple of accounts. We blew it at the dallas hospital. It took five days to clear out the department. We dont know where to put people. Were dealing with one case in a family involving one case. Should the American People have confidence in how the federal government is responding . Do we need to ramp up how we respond to these kinds of viral crises like ebola . It shows we dont have a great plan. It took two days to get a permit to clean out that apartment. You would think all of these protocols are in place. They needed a waiver from the federal government to get in there and clean out the apartment. Theres more we can do to prepare ourselves domestically. It took five days to get them in. You also had cdc saying we need to go in there with hazmat gear and protective materials but then america saw that in fact they did wear the protective gear. Why wouldnt you do that to begin with and why would he say you dont need to wear that kind of material to go in to remove . You should. We know infectious material can remain infectious for in some cases days but certainly hours. Theres been studies that show that material could remain infectious for up to six days under optimal circumstances. Real quick. Wrap it up about the vaccine. Thats whats on peoples mind to have this vaccine to stop ebola. The vaccine looks promising. We may have doses available early this year. It works on the person and not the virus itself. Appreciate it as always. Up next, one of the countrys biggest banks hit by hackers and wait until you hear who is behind this big, big breach. And then for 50 years u. S. For 50 years the United States law has banned prayer in Public Schools but what if even in this day in age the law could be reversed . My next guest one of hollywoods rare conservatives says she has a solution that may work for all of us. Welcome to the show. Thank you. Its a pleasure to be here. Heres your new book a little bit vulnerable. What did you hope to accomplish with the new book . Its on hollywood, god, politics and sobriety. Its loosely based on my life. I touch on many different topics. My hollywood rejection. The depression. The wrestling with dark times and i chronicle my early sobriety days through poetry but also a bulk of it is political and then i talk about keeping sobriety and death of my father at the end. You drill into this notion of trying to get students back to connecting to god during the school day. And not just any one particular god or particular faith but have a prayer room. Tell us about that. You know, this separation of church and state has been based i talk about this in the book based on a letter that Thomas Jefferson wrote to the baptists. We have a constitution that enumerated the laws and the Supreme Court based this on one mans letter. I dont think Thomas Jefferson would have wanted that. He talked about freedom and not to establish a religion but you remember back then the states had established religions at the time. We moved over here for freedom to be able to prayer and have religion of our own choice. Misinterpreted as far as im concerned. We can overturn this with the legislative branch. A lot of times we think the Supreme Court made this decision and its final. Its not. The legislative branch. I believe our kids need to not only i think were spitting out robots. We teach about science and things of this nature. What are we doing for their spirit . What are we doing for their soul and how to cope . How do we teach them to be good citizens. They need to be people say specifically this is why you cant do it. Lets put this up on the screen. Which says Congress Shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting free exercise thereof. Why do we prohibit children of speaking about god. Thats a fundamental part of our children but also to be able to cope. My idea is you have 20 minutes a day. My dad goes to 20minute advisory every day in her high school. You have god of your choice. You can go to whatever room you want. Christians, jewish, muslim, hindu. If they dont want to go at all, whatever it may be. They go to that room of choice and they have talk freely of their own will about the god of their choice. What have you been hearing from schools . Its good. Youre not establishing a religion. Youre giving the kids freedom to express whatever they want to express. Weve seen enormous success in schools that have put pilot rooms in for meditation. Test scores go up. Kids are not fighting. Theyre not bullying. They are seeing improved all over in inner city schools spending a few minutes connecting spiritually in some way. Can you push this across the country . In america we can do anything. The book is called a little bit vulnerable on hollywood, god, sobriety and politics. Good to see you. Could september 11th have been prevented . Did you hear about what joe biden hes made comments and headlines the past few weeks about some things hes been saying out on the speech trail. Hes actually the administration has taken heat recently in their books and now that theyre out of the administration theyre out doing talking about the administration. Vice President Joe Biden is not too happy about the things that theyve been saying. Take a listen to what he had to say at a speech at harvard. What happened was history will record this because im finding that former Administration Officials will write a book, which i believe is inappropriate, i do think its inappropriate. At least give the guy a chance to get out of office. Hes a loyal guy. I understand where hes coming from. Hes just saying is it appropriate timing to do this . Wait until the president is out of office. I think its always the right time for truth. True but i think theres something to be said for loyalty. I guess you have im trying to think back to the Bush Administration. And the folks that came out of the Bush Administration. People get angry with those kind of books and those kind of stories. Is he trying to create favor with the president in terms of a democratic nomination, a, or b, is this auctisanctioned by the house . The white house saying its okay to push back on folks who are pushing back on us. Or is it just something off the top of his head. Hes been ripe for criticism. Hillary clinton in her book wrote this on syria. She said the risks of both inaction and action were high. Both choices would bring unintended consequences. The president s inclination was to stay the present course and not take the significant further step of arming the rebels. And leon panetta also weighed in in terms of the fights in iraq. To this day, i believe that a small u. S. Troop presence in iraq could effectively advised the military on how to deal with al qaedas resurgence and the sectarian violence that has engulfed the country. Its not the first. Robert gates too. His book duty. That may have been the worse case of former Administration Official taking him out. Kimberly makes the point that there is a lot of mistakes to talk about it. This is going on right now. The impact of panettas statement and others can impact whats going on in the world and how we deal with our position in the middle east and our Foreign Policy and our national security. I think its timely and time is of the essence. Its part of the national debate. Yesterday we played a clip of one of the state departments spokespeople having a difficult time answering megan kellys questions on that issue that mr. Panetta was talking about. Incredible actually. Hillary clinton it seems obvious. 2016 to come out and you criticize the president. You want to distance yourself. For leon panetta, hes not running for president. Hes not running for president but theres always politics and theres also a place in history. Listen, i wanted to do something that would have been appropriate for this country and it wasnt done and people want to be heard on that. Whatever his motivation, i appreciate the honesty. I hope that it helps change the dialogue and make the impactful decision that make us more secure as a country and keep in mind also that he does have a warm relationship with the clintons. Let us know your thoughts. Go to our facebook page. Do you think its appropriate for these people to write books or should they be more loyal and keep their mouth shot . All right. Thank you. Before obamacare, her family averaged 10,000 a year in out of pocket costs but since obamacare that number skyrocketed to more than 27,000. Where is this great money saving Healthcare System we were promised by the president . Joining us now is patty. Good morning. Good morning, peter. Thanks for having me. Im appreciative of you being here. You have written an incredible article in the Washington Times detailing the fight for life you have taken for your sons. Lets talk about whats happened in terms of medication. In terms of copays, 131 for threemonth supply for medicines in the past. Now what are you paying . Well, weve been fortunate to get an exception but it took us lots of paperwork and many years. It took us many years to find the right department to get it and if we dont get the exception it would be 708. We did have to pay a 532 copay several times before we were able to get the medical necessity exception. Your sons face a rare and very dangerous life threatening disease that requires a tremendous amount of medication. Have some of the medications that they were receiving been discontinued as a result of the change in the law . Absolutely. The cocktail that they take we received letters stating that it would no longer be covered as of september 15th and received a letter we could not appeal unless our plan changed back. So we had coverage for the last since 2005 weve had the same insurance so we just lost coverage for life saving medications. The outofpocket expenses that you have undertaken, theyve almost tripled up to 27,000. What effect has this had in terms of Financial Condition . Your credit cards . I understand youve had to max out on some of your credit cards. Absolutely. Theyre maxed out. Were currently looking at trying to consolidate debt to do what we have to do. We need to have more credit because we wont be able to afford these medications out of pocket ourselves. Whats the answer . Whats the answer for you and for other people that are facing this especially when the president promised so much in creating this system where people that had very difficult diseases like your children were being given the care that were needed at a cost that would save families money. What, in your mind, is the solution today . My solution would be the free market. Opening up the Insurance Companys allowing them to compete across state line and allow the free market. Less government control means that costs will come down for everyone across the board. I support a free market solution. Are you afraid that your children could die if you were not able to keep up this payment of dollar after dollar after dollar . Do you worry that its 30,000 this year and maybe its 40,000 or 50,000 or 60,000 next year . Absolutely. Its a concern. The doctor wrote a letter trying to get the medications covered and death is a possibility. We live day by day. Were doing what it takes to get the medications because ill stand up for my children and do whatever it takes to make sure that they get their medications. The burden on the family is a great one when people are sick. Do your children understand the burden thats been created by obamacare . Yes, they do. Were homeschoolers so they are well versed in the constitution and they understand that obamacare was unconstitutional and they do understand the burden thats been placed on our family though we have told them not to feel guilty and that were coming forward to speak out. Its difficult for them that im speaking out but they understand the necessity. We have to stand up against this. Thank you for being here. Weve run out of time. We wish you and your family well. A teenager killed his classmate with a single punch but wont face a single criminal charge because new Surveillance Video so graphic we cant show it to you shows the boy who died started the fight and many of you are asking is this justice . Here for a fair and balanced debate we have a defense attorney and a former prosecutor. All right. Lets get right to this. You looked at this video and th looking at this. Law enforcement, prosecutors, to see if any charges should be filed. Lucky for the defendant that there was a video in this case. The video clearly shows, kimberly, it was selfdefense. He used reasonable force to ward off the attack and unfortunately a tragic accident took place. Sometimes there are just tragic accidents and you cant explain it. Reasonable force is the force they can deem necessary to protect yourself, person or property. Youre right. The question here is should this juvenile be prosecuted for the death of another child . He was pushed by in other child. He was started a fight with him but then the defendant or the suspect started punching him. He landed the fatal punch that caused his death. He should be prosecuted for fighting, for disorderly conduct. This happened in school while school was in session. That typically elevates the offense. The fact that he didnt intend to kill him doesnt mean he shouldnt be prosecuted at all. Thats true. But both kids what you didnt say was both kids wound up. They were like this. And actually the person who died, his punch missed and then the defendants punch connected. What youre referring to is the person who died, okay, the victim in this case was actually what youre trying to say is the aggressor. He was the aggressor and used reasonable force and thats why authorities saw that. When a teenager tries to push another teenager theres no reasonable expectation that hes going to die at the end of that fight. Its a tragic accident but the state should prosecute this juvenile for at least the fighting in school. Thats an administrative remedy. Maybe the school should take action against him. Think the school will. As you see, differing opinions on both sides of this. Two fantastic lawyers. Always a pleasure. We begin with a fox news alert. Hazmat crews board a plane at one of the nations busiest arm airports over an ebola scare as the infected man in texas takes a turn for the worse. Should the u. S. Ban flights from ebola stricken countries . Were live with the latest. On the heels of another beheading, the director of the fbi breaks silence about isis. How Many Americans are fighting in syria on the side of the terrorists . In the area of a dozen or so. We know that but what is the fbi and america doing about it . Saturday night live taking a shot at the president s handling of isis. Mr. President , much has been made of the coalition you assembled but it sounds like america is bearing the brunt of this campaign. Steve, thats how we roll. We roll slow and deliberately almost like we have no idea where were rolling to. Still much more to play from that tape. Fox friends hour two rolls on right now. We know where were going. We think we do. Good morning, everyone. Welcome into fox friends on this sunday. Peter was making fun of me in the hall because i tweeted something i tweeted a picture. Were having fun this morning. I tweeted a picture of Kimberly Guilfoyle and twitter switched your name to lebron james. Im lebron. I got a wicked jump shot. My three pointer is deadly, people. What is this . I dont know what it did. I posted it on instagram and twitter turned you into lebron james. Fox friends will retweet that so everyone can see that. Maybe lebron will start watching this morning. Tweet us. Send us your photos this morning of you waking up and having coffee. Well show them throughout the show this morning. We want to start with a fox news alert because the dallas patient stricken with ebola takes a critical turn. This as cdc officials storm Newark Airport new jersey when a liberian man got sick onboard an American Airlines flight. Were joined live with all of the very latest details. Good morning, peter. Reporter good morning. There are 20 cdc quarantine stations spread out across the country at airports and ports where 85 of International Passengers arrive. They are in place to rapidly respond to sick travelers and try to stop the spread of deadly diseases like ebola. One of those cdc stations is at Newark Liberty airport and we saw it in action yesterday when an entire United Airlines flight from brussels was quarantined upon arrival because a man from liberia was throwing up and the flight crew couldnt be sure it was not ebola. So they took this man and his daughter to a local hospital. Luckily he just had some sort of minor treatable stomach bug. In dallas though, Thomas Duncans condition is now listed as critical. Thats a downgrade from the serious condition he was in when he woke up yesterday. The apartment he visited has been decontaminated. His relatives now have a place to stay in a gated community for the time being that was donated by an unanimous homeowner and this comes as the centers for Disease Control continue trying to track down anyone who may have been exposed to Thomas Duncan. There are about 40 other people and the numbers may change by one or two per day that we cant rule out had contact. We dont know that they had contact. But because were not certain that they did not have contact, we will be monitoring them as well. And tomorrow the nbc news photographer who became sick with ebola on assignment in africa is set to arrive in nebraska for treatment. Back to you in new york. All right. Thanks, pete. Scary. On an Airlines Flight and whats unfolding there, the question this morning to prevent more of these cases should Airline Travel be limited in some way . Should we quarantine people they get on flights . Wouldnt it help alleviate some of the problem and concern by shutting it down . 150 people are going back and forth is what hes saying also. A lot of americans are saying just regular americans shut it down. It seems like a matter of common sense. The cdc and federal government is saying, no. Its going to impede our efforts to help stop ebola in those african countries. Earlier we had a very smart Public Policy physician and scholar weighing in on obamacare in the past and he had a warning about what the future might hold in terms of ebola around the world and maybe even the United States. The real risk is going to be a couple months from now if you see current spread in west africa and it will be hard to stop it from going global. It will be hard to control it and thats why we need to get into africa and reduce the pace of spread there. Thats significant, right . That is significant. And weve heard that from some people and from our guest yesterday who was not a Public Health expert but the doctor is echoing what a lot of people in the federal government are not willing to say that there may be another way. At the same time, we see the federal government trying to do a lot of things. Maybe they can be doing more . Maybe we should have federal officials in those airports in africa and other hot spots around the world. Thats what the doctor said to us after he left the set. He said we need to put our cdc people there to screen right there at the epicenter of this outbreak to prevent it from becoming a pandemic because we can do the job better than the officials over there. Why cant we do it . Nigeria can do it. When they had the Ebola Outbreak shut down completely and were able to get rid of it and wrap it up and quarantine it. Put it in a bubble. Nigeria can do it and we cant pull this off . A lot of questions about our porous borders coming on the heels of what we see with isis and whether there are lone wolves in the United States or people who have gone off to fight with isis and come back into the United States. The fbi director has broken his silence about what we know about who has been fighting with isis in a new 60 minutes interview. Listen to james comey as hes breaking his silence on 60 minutes. Troubling. Listen. How Many Americans are fighting in syria on the side of the terrorists . In the area of a dozen or so. Do you know who they are . Yes. Each and every one of them . I think of that dozen or so i do. I hesitate only because i dont know what i dont know. With american passports, how do you keep them from coming home and attacking the homeland . Ultimately an american citizen unless their passport is revoked, they are entitled to come back. Someone that has fought with isil that wants to come back with an american passport, well track them very carefully. Thats not encouraging. At all. To hear that. Passports not being revoked. They say they have a legal right if they have a passport to reenter this country. Let me take the contrarian view on this. Thats the law. We know thats the law in the United States. I have confidence in fbi director comey. He was a strong u. S. Attorney, a strong federal prosecutor and i think its a matter of understatement. These dozen are so folks if they have the nerve to return to the United States, the fbi will be living in their pocket if in fact theyre not arrested at the airport. What about the boston bomber . They come back in. They left the country and reentered. This is an example of what happened. There was evidence on the table during the boston bombing and field offices couldnt connect the dots and we saw what happened in boston. We have to look at the issue you are talking about. Should we change the law . Should we be able to revoke american passports based on suspicion of bad conduct. Should we shut them down . Youre not getting back into the United States. You had some merit for some people. I like it on some days. Lets talk about that. Well definitely talk about that. Things are actually going so bad, okay, right now for the white house, that snl is talking about. Its true. Take a listen. That actually makes a lot of sense. Now, mr. President , much has been made of the coalition you assembled but it sounds like america is bearing the brunt of this campaign. Hey, steve, thats just how we roll. We roll slow and deliberately almost like we have no idea where were rolling to and then someone pushes us and were rolling straight downhill into oncoming traffic. Mr. President , you made the point that isis and islamic faith are in no way connected. Do you still believe that . I believe there is some connection. Did you know that the first i in isis stands for islamic . I mean, who knew . Its bad at the white house when youre on snl. Do you think they might have gotten a laugh out of that . Probably not. You dont think so . When humor is well done, theres a kernel of truth to it. Remember how effective al gore is when he was caught sighing the whole time against george w. Bush. His staff showed him the video of saturday night live and al gore the next debate stopped sighing. He shut down the sigh. Lets get to the real news now to headlines. While you were sleeping, one person is dead after a truck plows through a doughnut shop near los angeles. At this hour four others are in Critical Condition after crashing through the shop. The silver suv slammed into another car driving down the road. No word on what caused the crash. A security scare at a new york city airport. A passenger at jfk bypasses guards. Officials say the man already went through security screening when he left the terminal to smoke. When he was done, he returned to a gate that wasnt opened. The breach delayed all American Airline flights for about 90 minutes. The man was not arrested. Immigrants that had been kicked off obamacare are now suing the administration. Two immigrant groups filing legal complaints after 115,000 people were booted from obamacare for not verifying their citizenship. The groups are claiming discrimination saying the notices were not sent in their native languages. The Obama Administration says it reached out to customers eight to ten times before terminating their insurance. And call him a taliban terrorists. A spokesman posted a tweet claiming responsibility for a terror attack accidentally giving away his location in the process. He claims he was in afghanistan but the tweet proved he was actually in pakistan. The terrorist blames it on a close enemy plot and those are your headlines. Lets see if rick paid attention to his local weatherman and put on a jacket this morning. Its not that. The coat is up on the 17th floor and its too winter and its not ready for winter. Its all those things. There should never be a question as to how youre going to dress when you leave the house. Except that im from arizona and we never had to plan for that. Theres been lakeeffect snow down across allegheny plateau of western new york. Thats how chilly it is, guys. Its here and coming. Worry. Warm up this week. Its fresh out there. It is fresh. As isis threatens to kill former army ranger peter kassig, will president obama take a more aggressive stance against the islamic terror group. Lets ask a former member of the joint Terrorism Task force. Thank you for being here. Great to see you. Big fan of your commentary. Lets talk about this. Were seeing isis on pace with beheading every two to three weeks. Next up an american. A former army ranger. Thats who they put in the spotlight right now. What is it going to take to get president obama to do something about this and take this to the next level . Unfortunately you have to have a plan in order to have action and Law Enforcement and in the military, we always say action beats reaction. Unfortunately its shown that theres no plan. Theres no plan by this administration for the big picture enemy and thats a problem because they just fight these skirmishes going from country to country fighting b battles and they never take the whole big picture enemy out. Now as you just stated a second ago when we were talking about, theres literally a beheading every two weeks and until they start developing a plan thats forward thinking, theyll never be able to catch up with that. Youll never be able to stop this enemy. So far its degrade and destroy. What does that mean . Its loose rhetoric. Its not intimidating to the enemy. People want to know what well do to shut this down and really get after it because even air strikes are not doing enough of those plus the whole issue of whether or not they keep saying we dont want to put boots on the ground. Boots are there. You have to do whatever it takes to take these guys out. I want to get to a second topic with you. Isis is now threatening the Family Members of military veterans. I want to get some advice from you. What should Family Members of people who have served this country safely do to protect themselves . The administration in issues like the white house where someone can jump over a fence and force protection is not being taken care of sets the example for everybody else. How can a military Family Member be expected to defend themselves properly if someone is jumping over the fence and secret service says we dont want to shoot them. Now theres an act for people to act in their homes and thats not a good precedent. We look at military families themselves and contractor families as well. Social media has gone out of control. People put pictures of their kids on there. They tell where they are going. We have active military members that are on linkedin. Too much personal information. Its like a road map. Its very frightening. We put a lot of heat on celebrities for doing that. The reality is that military families are on the front line. There needs to be force protection set up in place constantly. We even have generals out there that texting it im flying over afghanistan now. My wife is here tweeting that out. Its ridiculous. Very loose from a security standpoint. You know about this also former navy s. E. A. L. I s i see that. Our commander used to make us back into a parking space to keep your minds ready to move and families need to think like that. I dont think military members should even be on social media. I agree with you. You should be a ghost. You should not be on there. Great advice. Thank you for being with us this morning. Could september 11th have been protected . Airport security in boston saw something was odd and did nothing about it. Its the movie everyone is talking about. Gone girl. Is it worth your 12 bucks . Here with us to review, Kevin Mccarthy. Its an honor to be on with you. Im a big fan of the work you do on the five. Thank you. Starting off on a good foot here. Peter, were doing a certain tie match today. Were brothers. So much love here. How about this movie . Is it fantastic or what . Heres the deal with this film. This proves yet again that david is one of the most consistent filmmakers working today. Hes an amazing filmmaker based on the 2012 bestselling novel who also wrote the screen play for the film and the idea is husband and wife. The wife disappears and the husband becomes the number one suspect essentially. Now, this movie finds an insanely brilliant balance where it is very sick and very twisted and very disturbing but theres a strange comedy into the film as well creating this perfect form of entertainment where you find yourself with knots in your stomach on the edge of your sheet and shouting and its incredible to watch. This is brilliant. My second five out of five of the year. I have seen 95 movies and this is the second one ive given this year. I definitely recommend it. I had a chance to talk to ben affleck about the movie and the director does dozens upon dozens and dozens of takes he does in the movie. This is what he had to say about it. Check it out. I should have filmed them. I run a thousand foot. David does more. We would take bets. Sometimes at 35. Theres a few 50s but not many. That opening scene was 99 shots. There was something that was 100. He likes to set records. 99yard kickoff return. Could you imagine shooting the same scene 99 times . Thats what he does. I dont like to do something one time. The movie is amazing. I didnt read the book. It was shocking to me. I recommend it. My producer just said we know. One take. Theres been some confusion about the Kevin Mccarthy. We know you are the real Kevin Mccarthy but you came face to face with another one. A couple months ago the other Cable News Network tweeted out a mistake. They thought i was going to become the new House Majority leader because our names are the same. It took a while to figure out there were two in washington. We met up a couple months later right here on Fox News Sunday and we formed a movie bond and then this past monday we saw each other again at A Kevin Spacey benefit concert and this is what happened. Check it out. Look at this guy. You keep getting google alerts. What do you get with a google alert about me . Its a movie review and i havent even seen it. Lets do dual Kevin Mccarthy movie review. There was a show on cable called the leftovers and left behind is back out and a series of faith based movies and perhaps people are more open to it. Open to telling all sorts of stories. Not just your standard action adventure movies but movies that have some sort of spiritual component to them. Joining us now to react is father jonathan morris. Nice to see you. Great to see you. We talked to nicholas cage yesterday on the show. I asked him about his brother. His brother is a pastor. Pastor pushed him into doing this film. He wasnt familiar with the series. He says it seems like theres something in the atmosphere. People are more open and accepting of these type of films now. The world is a crazy place right now for a lot of people. Theres chaos going on internationally and also its very tough domestically, financially for a lot of people. And in tough times, were made to look for something that gives us hope. I believe that is present no matter if things are going good or bad but sometimes when its tough, were looking for answers and were saying were not finding answers in the nothingness that would be a World Without any presence of god. So were seeing it in cultural ways. We see it in movies. Why . Apart from the need but theres also a need and interest with some of the people that are making that movies that we havent seen in the past. I think in part because hollywood is beginning to get the formula right. Theyve gotten it wrong a bunch of times. Formula for a spiritual film is very simple. Do great art unbelievable film making. You better get that right. Secondly, if youre going to do something about faith, the people doing it better be doing it really with faith. Weve seen films either do great faith based films but not so good art and it wont work. Lets talk about passion of the christ. You were the adviser on that successful film. Mel gibson is an artistic genius. Incredible actor but artistic genius. We feel bad for whats happened in his life afterwards. And i hope and see it now that hes coming back a little bit. Thats one example. Another great one i think thats going on right now is over in morocco right now. They are putting out a fullfledged prime Time Television series called a. D. It will come out at easter. Theyll go from the crucifixion through all of the acts of apostles. Its coming up after the bible series that they did. This will be huge. Let me ask you something, is it a matter that people are more accepting of a christian filman genre or is it because theyre paying off at the box office . Again, theyre going to payoff if theyre a good film and if its really deep spirituality and i think were seeing people connecting with that formula thats working. I like it. I hope we see more of it. We need peace in our life. Even in hollywood. Happy sunday, father. I have 8 30 service. Do you think im going to make it . Youll do it. Many blessings to you. Get out of here. Thank you, father. Its a fashion statement. Im just not that stylish but well get to this in just a second. Its very interesting scarf that could protect us with influenza and when were riding in airplanes and on a bus or on a train or subway. Theres ipad apps that can help us get a better understanding of whats going on with ebola . There are brilliant apps and we have two that are very good. One that is do you mind holding this . So one first is really an app that was put out, World Health Organization got behind it, and it tracks the virus through the app using twitter. The app interprets whats on twitter and it will give you an idea of where the outbreak of ebola might be headed. The other one thats very, very interesting is this one called about ebola. This one is simply an answer to what kind of questions were all getting right now. What is ebola . What can you get to in terms of information . Dos and donts and gets you well educated and will track the virus but not quite as quickly. And this is very innovative. These are folks out of brook lynne noticed people were riding subways and buses around america and they would naturally take their own scarfs during the winter and cover their mouths thinking that that is going to help them keep the germs out. Flu virus and anything like that. This was not made for ebola. There is certainly no claim that it will keep ebola away from us. Were not saying that this is something that is meant for that. What it is meant for is at least a protective layer. It actually has a built in Technology Inside of this. You saw it. You insert a mask inside of this. This filter gives you three months worth of use. Its built into the scarf and you simply put it on and you strap it behind your ears so that this covers your mouth and your nose while youre riding public transportation. What about the jacket in this is also getting a lot of attention. This is a crowd funded jacket. Look at this jacket. You are looking handsome already. Well have to work on that one. We have video of this jacket. These folks put this jacket online and it has similar properties. You zip it up and that has a silver filter and a carbon inside of it. Its going to be out in january about 250 bucks for that. I predict this will be a big seller. This is brilliant. I may not be wearing it right but its brilliant. This will fly off the shelves. Great to see you this morning. A fox news alert. Another ebola scare. This right on a plane at one of americas busiest airports. If you ware a denture, take the simple test. And one of the countrys busiest airports goes into high alert after a passenger gets sick aboard a plane. We have the latest on the ebola scare. The president blamed bad intel for the rise of isis but even snl isnt buying that one. Tell me, mr. President , do you think you underestimated the threat of isiisis . Without question, yes. We should have a shoot off to see who is the real lebron james. Concerns about ebola this morning. Cdc officials storm a United Airlines plane after a liberian man gets sick during the flight. This is the man being treated with ebola virus in dallas takes a turn for the worse. Good morning, peter. Good morning. In the last 24 hours Thomas Duncan has gone from serious condition to Critical Condition. Duncan is the only person inside the United States right this minute known to be suffering from ebola. Theres a lot of mystery as to how he got sick and it grows especially now that his family is telling reporters hes too sick to even speak on the phone. As he lays in isolation at Texas Health Presbyterian hospital in dallas, texas, the centers for Disease Control has what they call their disease detective on the case reaching out to anyone who may have crossed paths with Thomas Duncan while he was symptomatic. There are about four dozen people being observed right now believed to be at the highest risk of exposure. Meanwhile, on the east coast, one of the 20 cdc quarantine stations that exist at ports and airports to prevent sick passengers from entering the United States went into action yesterday on the runway at Newark LibertyInternational Airport when a United Airlines flight from brussels was basically stopped. Everybody onboard was detained and thats because a passenger from liberia started throwing up and the flight crew feared ebola. Luckily after tests at a local hospital, this sick passenger was determined just to have a minor and treatable stomach bug. He does not have ebola. And neither does his daughter who he is traveling with. Now, before finally deplaning, the nervous passengers who were sharing a cabin with that sick man and his daughter had Contact Information scooped up by cdc just in case it turns out they really were exposed to Something Like ebola. Just scratching their heads trying to play catchup to this. A lot of people wondering should we be shutting down air travel all together. Fair question. In and out of these countries and people saying its just not a thing you can possibly do. So many flights coming in and out it would be impossible. Listen. Although we might wish we could seal ourselves off from the world, there are americans who have the right of return. There are many other people who have the right to enter into this country. And that were not going to be able to get to zero risk no matter what we do unless and until we control the outbreak in west africa. Wow. I mean, listen, they are kind of playing catchup and theyre doing this along the way. They figure out what they should do. I dont know they can completely rule out shutting down air travel. Theyll have to wait and see. See if this spreads and how well theyre able to learn from this one test case, the first u. S. Case of ebola and how well theyre managing it. Imagine how much worse it could be to your point. If this from that newark flight yesterday ends up that we find out it spreads as a result of that, there will be an outcry. The liberian passenger on the newark flight brings into focus the question were talking about. Should travel be shut down to and from those countries . Earlier in the show an expert in Public Policy says that we may be facing a greater risk in the months ahead with regard to ebola. The real risk is a couple months if you see continued spread at the current pace in west africa it will be hard to control this from going global. Youll see multiple clusters of outbreaks in western cities and it will be hard to continue to control it and thats why we need to get into africa and reduce the pace of spread there. Hes consistent with the cdc in saying the real key is epicenter in africa that if we can contain it, control it, eradicate it there at the center, we can really do the best job of preventing it from reaching the United States. A lot of similarities between that disease and the threat of isis this morning. Can we contain it where its growing right now which is in syria spreading into iraq or do we have to face it here at home . We see front page of the New York Times where we see the midwest part of this country, ohio, dealing with the threat of radical islam and whether or not Community Members can fight against it and why are we seeing this spread . Social media . Were seeing the heroism being shown off by this guy in this community. The jihady john. The video shown off by this guy and hes able to radicalize these young men who are turning to him as some sort of leader, some sort of hero. Heres their hero and inspiration. Thats how jihad works in their mind. You know, the issue is whats bigger . The threat or the actual fear . And so americans say whats the president doing . Where is the government responding . Earlier in the show we had a former navy s. E. A. L. And a former fbi special agent interviewed by kimberly and he had some interesting thoughts. He really did. Lets take a listen. In Law Enforcement and military, we say action beats reaction. Unfortunately it has shown that theres no plan. Theres no plan by this administration for the big picture enemy and thats a problem. Theres a beheading every two weeksthey start developing a plan that is forward thinking, theyre never going to be able to catch up with that. Theyre never going to stop this enemy. He went onto say that degrade and destroy isis is not good enough. You have to have all options on the table. Troops on the ground and more aggressive air strike as well. Even saturday night live last night was sort of mocking the catchup play right now to isis. They have had this big social Media Campaign. Isis has on videos and social media. Twitter and hashtags and everything and driving young people to join their ranks. Even saturday night live was making fun of the white houses response to that. Take a listen. Well, steve, we underestimated their military but most importantly, we underestimated how effective isis would be at social media. They really blew us out of the water. With all due respect, mr. President , you had an historically effective Media Campaign in 2008. How could you be worse at social media than a ban of terrorists at a desert in sayyria . These terrorists have nothing to do. They can tweet all day. Im talking peak hours between 11 00 a. M. And 3 00 p. M. They can maximize. Those are retweets. And these guys are subtle. I mean, check out this tweet. Hearing cool stuff about law. Ill check it out and then a ghost with an eye patch. You know you are in trouble with saturday night live when they dont give you the full love anymore. All right. What was in that cup that hospitalized this woman for weeks. And then between the va mess, the secret service slipups and now ebola in america, can we really trust the government to do its job . A gruelling lists of concerns rocking the administration. The threat of an Ebola Outbreak, secret service breaches and corruption at the irs and the va, just a few on that list. So how much can we really trust our federal government to do its job . Joining us now to discuss is the host of Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace. Chris is going to solve the ills of the world this morning on Fox News Sunday. It seems like the federal government makes more of a mess of things than it does helping things. Heres a trust in federal government right now, fox news poll out there. To handle domestic problems, 8 of americans believe that they can do a great deal to fix these problems. 32 a fair amount. 42 not very much at all. Those are not good numbers for the federal government. Theyre not. Look, in fairness, that includes a lot of things that are very controversial policy like healthcare or medicare or dealing with issues of poverty. Were talking about something that would seem to be much more basic, which is keeping people with a deadly disease from spreading that disease across the United States. But i think that the basic premise that you guys are talking about today is exactly right which is that youve had all of these failures and what we thought of as trusted institutions like the irs, like the secret service, like the Veterans Administration and when we see real breaches in competence and sometimes in ethics in those institutions, it raises questions about can we trust an agency like the centers for Disease Control and our Health Establishment to set reasonable guidelines in terms of how were handling the Ebola Outbreak. Obviously this is very frightening. Its an incurable disease that can kill people. And i think that its not really a crisis in confidence. Its a crisis in competence and when that extends to something life and death issue like ebola, its very troublesome for people. Who is going to take on those issues today on your show . They are really obsessing a lot of folks in this country. Were going to talk with a few people on a variety of subjects. When it comes to ebola, were going to talk about a guy who really walked the walk. Dallas county judge clay jenkins. Jenkins is the top person in charge of dealing with the issue in dallas. Give you a sense of this guy. He personally went into the apartment where Thomas Duncan was saying and four people quarantined were and obviously ground zero for potential contaminant material and took them out and drove them in a car to the separate home because everybody wanted them to get out of that Apartment Building without any protective gear because he said theyre not symptomat symptomatic. And no danger of spreading the disease. Well talk to him about that. Clearly he was making a statement to the people of dallas and well talk to one of the top people at the National Institutes of health. A great doctor. Well talk to him and ask him questions people are asking. Should we ban flights from africa . Should we have a visa ban . How long does the ebola virus if somebody sweats and touches a door knob, how long will it stay on the door knob . Well talk about that with him and when it gets to secret service, well talk to a former Obama Secret Service agent and also senator from Homeland Security committee and well talk about this broader crisis of confidence inside the administration. Passengers onboard a flight reportedly smelled fire as firefighters and police surrounded the aircraft. Thank god no one was hurt. Kimberly . Thanks, peter. Its one of americas favorite pastimes. Could your child be unsafe playing football . The past few weeks three High School Football players have died after sustaining hits on the field. Died. Unbelievable. Latest tragedy was that of 16 year old from long island, new york. He suffered a brain injury on the field and later died at the hospital. Is the sport getting more dangerous and how concerned should parents be . Lets ask an attending neurologist. Nice to see you this morning. Is sports becoming more dangerous is there just more attention around it . I think these are very tragic cases and we still dont know exactly what the cause of death was in any of these, but i think it drives home the importance of making these sports not only football but soccer, hockey, rugby, some that we know have higher rates of head injury safer. You know theres suche number of boys playing football. About 1 million in the u. S. Play High School Football. There is grave concern. When you hear these types of injuries, this is fatal. It can happen in an instant. Your loved one leaves the house in the morning and they dont come back. Par parents are concerned. Do you think one sport is more dangerous than the other . We know football is more dangerous than the other sports. A large study looked at almost 700 concussions in football. Only 1 of those concussions had a bleed around the brain which is likely the cause of death in these two cases. The other sports studied including soccer and basketball did not have any bleeds around the brain. Overall the risk is very low. Only about 9 in 100,000 kids each year die from head injury. Most head injuries are not from sports. Theyre from falls or motorcycle accidents. You can see preexisting conditions that we see that could impact on it. Exactly. Is there a way to protect the kids . We have done a couple segments here on the plaza here where we have talked about the proper way that these leagues now are hitting using their shoulders instead of heads they used to do in years past. Are you seeing a common theme among head injuries that leads you to believe theyve done something wrong on the field . I think mechanics of the hits are very important and i think theres been a lot of efforts both by the nfl and also by the Pop Warner League which made rule changes to reduce likelihood of severe head injuries. Theres more we can do to protect our kids and make football a safer sport than it is. You dont want to ban it and say High School Football or pop warner football is not safe for children. We want to encourage our children to follow passions whether its baseball or basketball or football or rugby. Good to be healthy and get exercise but regulations and rules can help lower the impact of any kind of life threatening or serious injury. I couldnt agree more. We need to find a balance between keeping kids active. We know theres a huge rise in obesity and diabetes. We need to get kids out playing sports. We need to at the same time keep them safe as theyre playing those sports. Keep things in perspective. We hear stories about cheerleading has a higher number of incidents of concussion than football. Very dangerous as well. Great to see you this morning. What a pleasure. Thank you. Political correctness taken to a whole new level. In clinical trials, most adults with moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis saw 75 skin clearance on humira. And the majority of people were clear or almost clear in just 4 months. Hazmat crews board a plane at one of the nations busiest airports over another ebola scare. A man infected in texas takes a turn for the worst. The breaking details in a live report. On the heels of another beheading the director of the fbi breaks his silence about isis. How Many Americans are fighting in syria on the side of the terrorists . In the area of a dozen or so. We knew that but what will the fbi be doing about it . And it could be the greatest first pitch of all time. An army veteran gets down on the ground on his stomach and launches the baseball like a grenade over home plate. Watch this. A standing ovation for that. Fox and friends hour four starts right now. Welcome to fox and friends on this sunday. Thats a great first pitch. Weve seen some pretty horrible first pitches. Yeah that didnt go so well. What was that one that was like a that was miss america . Who had the worst one . Hes a hero. He has the right to pitch it however he wants to pitch it. He know house to throw a grenade. Thats right. Lets get to the fox news alert. Hazmat officials storming a plane after a liberian man gets sick during the flight. This as the man being treated in dallas takes a turn for the worst. Peter is joining us live in washington d. C. With all the details. Good morning peter. Good morning, peter the nbc news photographer with ebola isnt expected to arrive in nebraska until tomorrow so Thomas Duncan is the only person known to be sick with ebola in this country and his condition has been downgraded from serious on saturday to critical on sunday. Duncans relatives are telling reporters hes too sick to speak even on the phone and that means the cdcs socalled disease doctors arent getting much useful information out of him either so theyre trying to retrace his steps and are observing about four dozen people they think he crossed paths with to make sure nobody becomes symptomatic. Back east we got to see firsthand how the cdcs stations work. Theres 20 nationwide designed to monitor people coming into the country and keep the sick ones out. They sprung into action when a man on a flight from liberia started vomiting and they thought it might be ebola. This man and his daughter were tested. Luckily the results came back clean and the cdc is now telling people that the spread of ebola and scares like this one will not be stop first degree the border is shutdown. Although we might wish we could seal ourselves off from the world, there are american who is have the right of return and many other people that have the right to enter into this country and were not going to be able to get to zero risk no matter what we do unless and until we control the outbreak in west africa. Thats what were working to do. We got word this morning the american who has already been treated for ebola and sent home from the hospital is now in the hospital again with an upper respiratory tract infection. Doctors dont think this is ebola but just in case they do have him isolated for 36 hours and then theyll go from there. Back to you in new york. Live for us in d. C. , thanks peters. Talking about who is coming in and who is coming out . How do we track these people . Thats a concern as we look at whats going on with isis and terrorists. Whether or not theyre here on our home soil. Using their american passports and coming back into the United States. Are we tracking them . Well, james sat down on 60 minutes, the head of the fbi breaking his silence on exactly what is going on and who are these people. Listen. How Many Americans are fighting in syria on the side of the terrorists . In the area of a dozen or so. Do you know who they are . Yes. Each and every one of them. I think of that dozen or so i do. I hesitate only because i dont know what i dont know. With american passports how do you keep them from m cog home and attacking the homeland. An american citizen unless their passport is revoked is entitled to come back. Someone thats fought with isis that wants to come back well track them very carefully. A lot of interesting legal questions. Im sitting there thinking they know who they are. We know who we r. Were tracking them and watching them. What rights do they have . Do they throw their rights out the window when they join a terrorist organization and come back in the United States. We were discussing that earlier. They have the legal right to reenter the United States. We have seen this like in the boston bombing the tsarnaev brothers allowed back in. But he said i dont know what i dont know. He said i know a dozen and i guarantee you. I trust comey. Hes one of the few people doing his job in the Obama Administration, that they will track and arrest these folks they know if they return to the United States. The bigger question is what should we be doing in this country about people like that that do have passports that are disloyal to this country that are terrorists. Should we revoke it . Should we revoke passports . I think we should. So congress has to act on it, right . Congress passed some legislation and maybe make that move to write a law that says if you join a terrorist organization, a traitorist organize aation agai the United States. You should have those rights and privileges revoked. Have an administrative proceeding. Youll agree with me. Well revoke your passport if you show up and well have a hearing on it but well look you up and detain you in the meanwhile. Thats the proper procedure and a way to do it. Other countries do it. They shut it down. And maybe put those people we know, the dirty dozen on the fbi most wanted list today. So the 12 that he talked about in that piece we heard from a congressman that said upwards of 100 or more than that. Publish their photos. 1200. What is it. Lets know who they are. You can tell this is weighing heavily on the minds of americans and you know its bad news for the white house when it enters the halls of saturday night live. President obama being mocked last night. Mr. President thank you for joining me. Its great to be here steve. Is it . Not particularly no. Tell me mr. President , do you think you underestimated the threat of isis. Without question, yes. And obviously my entire administration shares a blame for that but first could i throw one particular person under the bus. Sure, go ahead. Then he went on to talk about isis and what are they doing to combat this group. Did they know anything about him. Listen. Now mr. President much has been made of the coalition you assembled but it sounds like america is bearing the brunt of this campaign. Thats how we roll. We roll slow and deliberately. Almost like we have no idea what were rolling to and then someone pushes us and suddenly were running straight downhill into oncoming traffic. Finally mr. President you made the point that isis and the islamic faith are in no way connected. Do you still believe that . Actually im beginning to think there is some connection. For example did you know that the first i in isis stands for islamic. I mean, who knew. I love how he uses his hands too. He has the gestures. He has it down. Very entertaining. Well done saturday night live. Now to your headlines, three u. S. Air force personnel are feared dead after being swept away in high winds caused by a typhoon hitting japan. They were washed out to sea after the eye of the storm passed through. A coast guard helicopter was deployed to search for the men. A small earthquake rocking nevada this morning. The u. S. Geological survey saying the quake happened around 3 00 a. M. With a magnitude of 3. 6. It hit just 15 miles from las vegas. Fire officials saying it was in the downtown area. The quake is described as having nondamaging intensity. And a security chair at a new york city airport, a passenger at jfk bypasses the guard. Officials say the man already went through security screenings when he left the terminal to go smoke but when he was done he returned to a gate that wasnt open. The breach delayed all American Airlines flights for about 90 minutes but the man wasnt around. And an army veteran throws one of the coolest opening pitches we have ever seen. Sergeant first class ryan keaton surprised the crowd when he droppedo his stomach at the Pitchers Mound and threw the ball like a grenade. He spent 3. 5 years recovering from a brain injury and ptsd. And those are your headlines. Couldnt seal the deal. Sorry about that. Lets talk about facebook this morning because a new study out this morning showing people are having Emotional Affairs on facebook. Not just actual affairs but Emotional Affairs. That women specifically are keeping sort of emotional husbands or back burner relationships. Back burner relationships. You have such a nice way of putting it. Theyre keeping them as friends and communicating with exs while theyre in a current relationship and having emotional relationships with someone in the past. Sort of as a plan b. Hi if things dont workout now have plan b. These type of posting and communications can end up in court, Divorce Court as evidence. Besides being the wrong thing to do. Jim on facebook writing in about this, those that are predisposed to a lack of fidelity will find a resource for the lack of fidelity anywhere. Facebook or the bar. So much of Popular Culture looks down on traditional values as bad as unenlightened. Do you have a back up on facebook . We promise you wont read your last names on here. Well keep it secret. Coming up on the show remember when a then senator obama ripped president bush for his flu response . Failure to prepare for emergencies can have devastating consequences. We learned that lesson the hard way after katrina. So why isnt he taking his own advice . Wheres the Ebola Response from washington . Great question. And it may have been the most epic sign you have ever. As for this job well not that i have a choice but [ bleep ] i quit. Oh, boy, well that former reporter back in the news this morni morning. It mayeem strange, but people re can love their laxative. Especially when its miralax. It hydrates, eases, and softens, to unblock your system naturally. So you have peace of mind from start to finish. Ve your laxative. Miralax. The new Jersey Department of health has given the all clear in the case of the passenger expected of having ebola after he got sick yesterday but this is the latest in the number of scares across the country. Theres been one confirmed case of the deadly disease in texas so why are people still allowed to fly into the United States from countries with the disease ebola . And why cant the president use his executive power to stop this from happening . Joining me is Jay Christian adams. Good morning. Good morning peter. We hear about the president s pen and phone can he stop it today with the pen and the phone and how . It would take him about five minutes. All president obama needs to do to stop people like the person who is now in dallas with ebola from entering the United States peter is issue a proclamation under federal law. Theres a law in the immigration code that says the president has power to deny entry to broad classes of aliens for any reason he wants when he finds their entry to be detrimental to the interests of the United States thats what the law says. Now the big question is why has the president done absolutely nothing. If he had done this a month ago and issued a proclamation while ebola was raging in west africa this man would not have entered the United States. Tell me why has he not done that. Im not a mind reader but theres a couple of trends in this administration. Number one general incompetence but number two and perhaps more discouraging is this president doesnt want to have the sbrets of the American People on the top of the list. Its always about something. For example theyre making excuses peter like, well, if we deny liberians entry into the United States ebola will get worse in west africa. Its crazy logic. It doesnt work that way. Americans should be his top concern. It didnt make sense to me either. Lets go back to 2005 in term of concern about flu and pandemics. President obama in 2001 was bashing the Bush Administration on its flu response back in 2005. Watch this and then react, please. Failure to prepare for emergencies can have devastating consequences. We learned that lesson the hard way after katrina. This nation must not be caught off guard when faced with the prospect of a pandemic. Because the consequences are simply too high. Very quickly, is he following his own advice Going Forward . Of course not. Its the buster we have become used to from this president where he says one thing and then behaves the opposite way. Why not protect americans and close the border to liberians and people from other ebola rackrac racked countries. Its simple to do. Great questions and great answers this morning. Well seal you soon. Always great to have you here. Thanks. The president slapped with another lawsuit, obamacare underfire from immigrants. Details on the suit coming up. The Administration Says it had reached out to those customers between 8 and 10 times. Its a true story of thousands of children orphaned by a brutal civil war retold by some of the very people that survived it. Its all my fault. Whats your fault . My brother was taken away by soldiers instead of me, to protect us. To protect me. They are the stars of the good lie a movie inspired by 20,000 displaced children now known as the lost boys of sudan and they join us now. Nice to see you this morning. Is it hard to watch that . Yes, sometimes. And you as a little girl that had to flea sudan, what is it like . Why did you feel it was so important to be able to educate so many people around the world of this message. This is a story of millions of people and this is the story of a nation going through war and is still going through it today. I also think its important because it brings into perspective what they have gone through and how much they had to endure in order to survive. What did they have to endure for people that arent familiar with this story . What was it like . This is a story of, you know, children that have been orphaned because of the war. You know, rebel soldiers came into their village and killed their parents, killed their whole family and because of that they have travel by foot to the neighboring country of kenya. They first went to ethiopia and from there they managed to make their way to america. This isnt like a tom cruise action movie. This is a powerful story. The images on your screen are pictures from that region. Whats it like playing a character little boys and little girls in these villages must look up to you. This is my story too. I grew up in a refugee camp and was born in a refugee camp so to go through that again was a personal journey for myself and its empowering for people to see that and for them to know that were here and were here for them. Its very uplifting. And its incredible too because the director pulled you aside at one point and what did he say . When i was filming . Yeah. Thats when he pulled me aside and the scene was emotional and a lot of us cried on set when we were filming it because its so real and he pulled me to the side and he said this is you guys story. You have a big responsibility to put it together and lets make this movie. First half of the film takes place in africa and then we go to the United States. Reese witherspoon in the morning. What was it like working for her . Amazing. She is an alyster and Award Winning but shes like our sister. Shes very humble and looked after us. We learn sod much from her. Watching her. How she works. She gets one take and shes done. What do you want people to remember about this film . Almost everything. I want people to know this is a film of its not a sudanese film or american film, its a film of humanity. Its the whole theme of togetherness. The movie is out this weekend in limited release and worldwide people will get to see it toward the end of october. The movie is called the good lie. Great to see you both this morning. Thank you for having us. Coming up could september 11th have been prevented . The bombshell new document that reveal Airport Security in boston saw something was odd and did nothing about it. Then it may have been the most epic sign off ever. As for this job, well, not that i have a choice but, [ bleep ] i quit. That reporter is back in the news this morning. Its your start of the morning people. A canadian mans unexpected trip while singing the countrys National Anthem at a hockey game. The vancouver native didnt miss a beat though immediately getting back on his feet and finishing the song like a champ. You at home love this video and have been commenting on it all hour. They turn out the lights and theres a red carpet out. You know what theres a lawyer out there that wants to take that case. Cut the rug. Ice dancing. The jokes keep oncoming. Vice President Biden has been making headlines over the past few weeks in speeches he has been giving around the country. Hes at it once again this morning and not for something that he unintentionally said but perhaps something he intentionally said. Purposeful. Purposeful about people that left the administration, Hilary Clinton and others he took a little swipe at things they have been saying lately. Take a listen. And what happened was and history will record this because im finding that former Administration Official write book which i think is inappropriate. But anyway, i do think its inappropriate. At least give the guy a chance to get out of office. So what hes saying is zip it. Yes. And also, zip it. Dont get chatty. If you look at Hilary Clintons comments on syria its a pretty obvious statement here she said the risk of inaction and inaction were high. Both choices would bring unintended consequences. The president s inclination was to stay the force and didnt take the further steps of arming the rebels. She wanted people to know. Seems like shes running for president 2016 and heres where im different than the president. I told him we have to take strong action on syria and he didnt. She has a right to distinguish herself. If shes serious about getting the nomination. She tried before. She got it last time. This is her turn and her moment. She has to tell people why they should vote for her. She has to right to freedom of speech and say whatever she wants but if there a level of decorum . A loyalty . Its just hard politics. In fact leon panetta said to this day i believe that a small u. S. Troop presence in iraq could have effectively advised how to deal with the resurgence and the sectarian violence that engulfed the country. Everybody is saying the president is doing the right thing and now joe biden is stepping up for the white house saying thats disloyal and wrong. Lets go up and get thick skins. If youre going to make calls you have to take the criticism. People said i told you so. This is important. This is whats happening right now in america and these are threats were facing and there were people that said we should have left troops in iraq. Thats whats happening. We have to talk about it to make the best decisions Going Forward. The gates point is perhaps the worst in his book duty. He really hurt the president. It was a long line of former Administration Officials coming out and saying things but vice President Biden coming to his offense. Should you be loyal and keep your mouth shut when you leave office or are you free to speak your mind . Let us know. Loyal and honest. Speaking of iraq we start headlines with a fox news alert. The military conducting air strikes against isis and syria and iraq. Fighter jets destroy tanks and several isis firing positions. In iraq Central Command reports u. S. Joining us now to discuss a toast of sunday morning futures she has all the answers and were going to share them with you right now. Welcome. Thank you so much. Good to see you all. So the president is to blame for our fixed economy. Hes been driving the wheel so everything were seeing now this improved economy is thanks to the president. Well, you know, its really thats not the case you get from business. Thats not the case you get from ordinary individuals as we just saw from that poll. Its difficult to feel good about anything when you have these uncertainties around. When you look at the jobs numbers on friday theres more jobs. The numbers were up but wages are stagnant. People are not necessarily feeling like theyre in a better place. Wages were flat and thats why the stock market rallied on friday because most people understand that until we see wages going up that people are seeing more money in their pockets that the Federal Reserve wont be in any hurry to raise interest rates. Businesses are hoarding cash. Individuals are hoarding cash because theyre not sure whats around the corner. What are the predictions . Where are we going . The people that dont have the capacity or money to buy stocks, theyre feeling it. Their real income is down over the last seven years. Whats the prediction . Where are the economists saying this economy is going. This is a good point you make. The truth is that the stock market is really indicating that the top 1 has done better but income inequality, the massive middle of the population is not doing well at this point. Theyre not making any more money. Theyre being soaked with new expenses, more money for their health care, you know, the Regulatory Environment having businesses sit on cash where is it going . The 4th quarter were expecting to see the improvement continue. Jobs are improving however we need some catalyst to get people to feel better job numbers seem to be increasing. Shes got a grenade. Handing it to the kid. Got eyes on this. Can you confirm . Negative. Your call. Bradley cooper playing the most lethal sniper in u. S. History but if you think thats intense, imagine what it was like to live it. Joining me now is debbie lee. Her son mark lee was the first navy s. E. A. L. Killed in iraq and chris kyles teammate and great friend. Hes featured in the film as well. Thank you for spending time with this on this sunday morning. Heartfelt condolences to you. Hes memorized in greatness in this film. Tell us how it made you feel . Thank you so much. Im so proud of mark and the sacrifice that he made for the freedoms that we enjoy each and every day. Chris kyle was with my son when he was killed. Chris became like a son to me. Its just been tragic losing both of them but to see the trailer on this film obviously its bittersweet. Definitely mixed emotions there. I look forward to seeing the film. Telling the story of chris kyle, not just what they did as navy s. E. A. L. S but who he was growing up. He loved to rope growing up in texas and it shows the life and not just the navy s. E. A. L. But who he was as a man and who he was as a father and who he was as a son and its going to be amazing to see that on film. To see that hollywood is standing behind our troops and telling their stories and i can tell you that as a mom, its the strangest thing to see my sons name on a granite wall or in a movie or in a book but when we have heroes who did what these guys did, their stories need to be told. Marc was on s. E. A. L. Team 3 and charlie platoon and delta platoon about 32 guys are the most highly decorated special ops units since vietnam. Amazing group of men. It shows all of what happened. It shows the deployments. What it does to the family. This is going to be an amazing movie. Im very excited for it to come out. I think its an important film because it shows people at home exactly what our troops go through and Family Members and when theyre deployed and showing them in action as well. And the emotional experience, the aftermath for the Family Members and your son who you loved so much, it shows in detail the day that your son lost his life and a good friend of mine, lone survivor in that movie, the Family Members of the Family Members that died depicted in that film they said in some way they got emotional closure watching their loved ones, the way they were portrayed on film immortalizing them. How do you think it will make you feel . As i said, thats going to be bittersweet and hard one to watch. I know a lot of those families i know marcus from lone survivors. That was a tough one to watch. This will be my sons personal story. And chris kyle who became like a son to me. To know they will be honored and their stories will be told and theyll be recognized means so much. Marc wrote an amazing last letter home two weeks before he was killed and i would encourage your listeners to go to our website at americas mighty warrior. Org and read that it its inspired millions of lives around the world. That letter will be part of the movie. He ends that with to my family and friends, do me a favor. Pass on the kindness, the love, the precious gift of human life. I founded americas mighty warriors to do that very thing. And chris kyles motto was to serve those who served us and so in the memory of these two young men, i carry on and we continue to make a difference both in the lives of our troops and families of the fallen. God bless you and your son for his service. Thanks for spending time. You bet. They can go to our website if they havent got the book and pick up the book too. Thanks for being with us.
