people cross the border illegally is so they can exmoit the immigration loopholes it that we have. and if you look back at all of the number every single time that we've had a major increase in numbers it is because catch and release had program has been implemented mayor pete's plan will actually put catch and release on steroids and it is a very bad plan and cause chaos on border. >> look at key point from his immigration plan, and this includes maintaining separation between federal immigration enforce. and state and local governments. would end harmful border and terminate asylum agreement what do you think of those two bullet points? >> so asylum corporation agreement that we have that's what has driven number down that's what -- that is what has ended catch and release program and so when mayor say he's not going to deport anybody anymore and talk about get rids of corporations that we have with other country he's talking about bringing back the catch and release program but talking about putting on a pace that's greater than we've ever seen before and so if you bring that back, common sense dictates that you're going to have a lot more people cross e heelly will benefit from mayor pete's plan are the criminal enterprises the criminal cartel. >> he also has that separation between feds and local enforcement as well basically what we see in sanctuary
