Let me just show you for the 6,000 plus migrants that are in the city, attached to a small camper, that is the extent of the Health Services available from tijuanas municipal Health Department, and the numbers are alarming. Take a look at this. 2,267 migrants that have been treated so far. We know that over 60 have respiratory infections. There are three confirmed cases of tuberculosis. There are four cases of hiv, 101 cases of lice, and four cases of chicken pox. Hepatitis is a real concern here as well because of the overcrowding and unsanitary conditions. Its been raining all night. It is expected to rain all day. They are cold, wet, frustrated, not only because they are sick but because they believe that they were lied to by people who told them that it would be much easier to get across to the u. S.
