Reality is he has not won the presidency with legal votes cast. Right now joe biden is ahead in both the popular vote and in the electoral college. Also right now neither the president nor his campaign have provided any evidence to back up their claims of electoral fraud. Now were starting to see some republicans on capitol hill speak out. Now the Trump Campaign is trying to find that evidence by setting up a hotline at the campaigns headquarters in arlington, virginia asking supporters to tell us what you are seeing and to report cases of voter suppression, irregularities and the president waits in the white house to see if any of his legal challenges stick. The other big question at this hour is if joe biden does hit 270 today and declares himself to be the winner, then what will President Trump say and do and right now, sandra, were being told the president has no plans to concede. What is the latest . Trace, we expect that the counting here at the Philadelphia Convention center thats ongoing right now will be finished today and theyre getting the increase for former Vice President joe biden here this morning as we have been reporting. And they are pushing back against the president s baseless claims of voter fraud and other problems here. They say that the president is basically trying to undermine the credibility of this election, undermine our very democracy itself for our country. That is wrong and what he said yesterday and what he has said in the past about whats going on here is not true. For example, the president said that republican poll watchers are not allowed inside this. Thats a lie and is not true. Last night there was a federal Court Hearing in which the federal judge said there will be 60 poll watchers allowed. 30 from the democratic party, 30 from the Republican Party. Ive been told by sources that republican watchers have been in this arena watching since it started at 7 00 a. M. Tuesday morning. After the federal hearing last night the lawyers admitted there were republican poll watchers which was in direct conflict and contradiction of what the president was claiming during the News Conference yesterday. Here is what the commissioner said in part last night. The president and his Campaign Representatives have falsely claimed that their representatives were not allowed in the room. They had at least 19 Party Representatives as observers in the convention center. The secretary of state said the process has been honest and transparent. We have no reports of any type of widespread voter fraud. There potentially could be scattered instances. None being reported right now. But under the law watchers, canvassers are allowed to be in that massive room behind me. They have to be they were at 25 feet away from the counting. The federal judge moved them to six feet in front of the counting but the republicans and democrats are both there. There is a sense here that the votes for the former Vice President are really coming in from the socalled suburban collar counties. The counties right around philadelphia. Also they are reporting heavily skewed votes for biden and unlike what the president claims, they are not counting votes that are arriving after the election. These are all votes that arrived before the election. They are segregating any mailin votes that arrived after 8 00 p. M. On tuesday night. Those are the votes that the state Supreme Court said could still be counted under the extension of three days. Those are being segregated in case there are legal challenges. We expect legal challenges but observers dont believe those votes that arrived from tuesday to today at 5 00 p. M. Will be enough in any event to have any meaningful impact in this election. The voting counting is still continuing and we do expect more lawsuits from the Trump Campaign. Trace well get back to you as changes happen. Eric, thank you. Here is the difference. 98 of the vote in now the difference is 5,594 votes. By which joe biden is leading the president. That is the news at this hour. Of course, pennsylvania is key. Thats the big 20 electoral votes were watching there. You now go down to georgia where the heat is on in this race. Right now it is neckandneck as you can see. 49. 4 to 49. 4 of the vote for donald trump versus joe biden. When it comes to georgia, 16 electoral votes key if biden can claim victory here he wins the race and tops 270 in the electoral college. When it comes down to the counties were watching and what made the difference and why joe biden was able to take the lead overnight Clayton County where they were tallying votes well into the night last night into the wee hours of the morning this morning. Clayton county went 87 of the votes to joe biden there. Those came in and made all the difference this morning. As you can see joe biden 85 of the vote in Clayton County. You look back at the election in 2016 thats about even with what we saw as far as performance by Hillary Clinton in that county. What were waiting on now is another county in georgia. It could make all the difference. Were hearing that about 4800 more votes have to be tallied there. You look in 2016 how important this was in the race there. Joe biden right now is leading by a bigger margin than Hillary Clinton in that county in georgia. So were watching that. Of course, important to point out that when it comes to the clayton and gennett counties they are near atlanta. Were watching that. Ill bring in byron york in a second to take a look at the big map. Pennsylvania, joe biden is leading at this hour. Georgia, of course, North Carolina, North Carolina President Trump still maintains a lead there. He is topping 50 at this hour. 94 of the votes in and broadening this out more nevada still very much in play. Of course, the six electoral votes could make all the difference for joe biden. You have joe biden with the lead there 84 of the votes in. So were watching all this at this hour and byron york, chief Political Correspondent for the Washington Examiner is joining us now. What can you tell us at this hour where the race goes next . Well, its very, very close to the end, it appears. There is major developments overnight with joe biden taking a very narrow lead in georgia and pennsylvania. If thats the case, if that continues and joe biden wins pennsylvania, then he wins the presidency. He is over 270 electoral votes. The president and the Trump Campaign are trying to compile a list of allegations, a bill of particulars in which they say there has been corruption or voter fraud or irregularities that would make a difference or at least would send this all to court. Well have to see what, if anything, they come up with. In pennsylvania there has been another controversy which is the idea of counting ballots that arrive at election facilities after election day. The state Legislature Earlier this yearinlaw said that all ballots had to be received by 8 00 p. M. On election day. Then the state Supreme Court said no, no, no, give it three more days. Some wanted to give it six more days for ballots that had been postmarked by election day to arrive and some ballots with an unclear or no post mark at all. It went to the u. S. Supreme court which declined to intervened. Alito said we should get involved. Now you see the big problems. If that issue is resolved in the democrats favor biden wins pennsylvania and becomes the next president of the United States. Sandra just to bring back up the what if scenario as those four states are in play. Alaska is leaning republican. Joe biden at 264. Any of those four key states outstanding at this hour would take a simple win in nevada to put him to 270. Donald trump would have to run the board. The president accusing pollsters of cooking their numbers to suppress the gop vote. Here is the president. President trump the pollsters got it knowingly wrong. We had polls that were so ridiculous. No blue wave they predicted. They felt like there would be a big blue wave. Thats false. That was done for suppression reasons. Sandra were hearing from Jonathan Turley on the Fox News Channel coming up as well saying it doesnt do the president any favors. He has his team of lawyers that are going into the key states and almost undermines their efforts to for him to have the rhetoric he is at this time. I wanted to get your reaction to that and well hear from Jonathan Turley in a moment. The issue of the preelection polls is different from the issue of the count thats going on right now. Look, everybody both parties i think at best disappointed in the preelection polls. In pennsylvania in wisconsin, the Washington Post did a poll in the days before the election with joe biden leading by 17 points. That was crazy. And what the president and some republicans are saying, the key word in what the president just said was knowingly. That these polls were designed to discourage republicans and say well, there is no hope, there is no reason to even vote, trump is so far behind. I spent the last week of the campaign in pennsylvania and the skepticism, the suspicion with which republicans viewed the polls was off the charts. They connected any pollster with the media and they distrusted the media entirely. So there are two issues here. There is the count thats going on. The president will have to raise some legitimate issue about that to prevail. But there is the issue of the preelection polls and they were terrible in some states. Sandra im bringing back up the georgia total here as some of these counties that were watching, if you could just give us an idea what the timing of all this looks like and what we might hear from those georgia officials. Theyre expected to talk around 10 30 this morning. When it comes to some of these key counties were watching. The military votes and overseas votes that they have yet to count and how could lean donald trump or joe biden pointing out the support for donald trump from the military. But gennett county were told there are 4800 more votes coming in today. 10,000 outstanding total so far. What would that mean as far as the candidates and who that would favor as those votes are tallied . Well, with gennett county a suburb of atlanta those remaining votes are likely to help joe biden a bit more than President Trump. Military votes weve seen that military in general has supported the president more than joe biden. There are a lot of provisional ballots yet to be counted in georgia. Those are always the source of contention. Thats when say a voter has gone to the wrong precinct or done something wrong and cant file an official vote right there on the spot. Files a provisional vote and its checked out later. Thats a builtin argument there. We may not see an absolute total final result in georgia today. But it is pretty clear the trend since Election Night has been trending toward biden catching and then overnight surpassing President Trump. Sandra i bring back pennsylvania here because at the top of the hour we got word that joe biden has now taken the lead in that state, 98 of the vote in. The difference is just over 5500 votes. Its amazing it is coming down to this. Well get an update on these states throughout the next couple hours. I asked two different questions. There is the president talking about suppression of votes that he says happened as a result of some of the polls just getting it so wrong. But then there is this idea that Donald Trumps rhetoric heading into some of these legal fights doesnt exactly help his team of lawyers that is trying to take this on from a very strategic standpoint. What can you say on that as we await what happens next in each of these states . Well look, the president has made problems for himself throughout the campaign and various times. I spoke to strategists who were protrump strategists who said that all the president s criticism of mailin voting ended up hurting him in the sense that he had discouraged republicans all along from voting by mail. Now the fact was the states were going to do what they were going to do so states that had instituted mailin voting in a big way had the constitutional right to do that. Trump could not stop them. Instead he fostered distrust in mailin voting and urged his voters to have a big red wave on election day. Meanwhile, democrats day after day after day had banked hundreds of thousands and then millions of votes already in the bank by the time election day came around. And i think that after this is all over if the president loses, he and certainly a lot of republicans are going to regret their strategy of denigrating mailin voting so strongly. Sandra as far as the timing of all this, because im sure our viewers as we watch this want to know when will each of these states ultimately be called . When will this race ultimately be called, byron . Pressure is on you to answer the question. Pennsylvania secretary of state is saying. She said the ballot counting is running ahead of schedule and almost all votes will be tallied by friday. Does that mean we know what happens in pennsylvania . If so, do we know the outcome of this race today . Well, it could well be. Fox news has biden at 264 electoral votes. The smallest of the states in question is nevada which has six electoral votes. It would get biden to 270. Any one of these states, georgia, pennsylvania, arizona, nevada, any one of those is going to put trump excuse me biden over the top. So i think it actually could come today. Now, that doesnt mean the president comes out and concedes today. There will be a lot of pressure on him to do that. But weve had races in the past where the losing candidate did not concede for a while. Waited for some challenges to take place. Waited for whats called canvassing to take place in a lot of local areas. So it doesnt mean everything is wrapped up in a string. But it appears to me that biden reaching 270 is getting pretty darn close. Sandra 11 00 last night 175,000 ballots were outstanding. We had the update this morning that joe biden is now leading in that state when it comes to pennsylvania county, there were more than 55,000 mailin ballots as i bring that up on the screen. Papa pennsylvania county and Allegany County pittsburgh. Both democrats leaning areas as those votes continue to be counted at this hour. Byron, stand by, thank you. Thank you. Trace sandra, you look at the big map and see how quickly things are moving now. An hour ago the focus was almost entirely on nevada. Those six electoral votes would have given joe biden 270 electoral votes and the presidency. Now in the past hour things have shifted and rolling joe bidens way. He is now ahead in pennsylvania as sandra was saying and now has a very small lead in the state of georgia. Lets bring in peter doocy live with the Biden Campaign in wilmington, delaware. Peter, will we hear from the former Vice President at any time today . Thats not clear yet, trace. Campaign told us last night after the motorcade brought joe biden home. There was a lid. But they could revoke it at any time if there were Election Results for him to talk about. A few hours before that the campaign walked us through on a zoom call. The way they saw the map shaking out over the next couple days. Their expectation as of this time yesterday was that they would close the gap with pennsylvania in pennsylvania with President Trump. Catch him and beat him by a sizeable margin. We dont know if that is entirely how it will play out but that was their expectation as of yesterday. We know that biden only had one event in wilmington covid19 briefing and spotted with the same small circle that has been advising him for years. His former chief of staff, and his sister, Valerie Biden owens. We dont know exactly who was with joe biden right now. Something else that we know the biden team has been doing is watching President Trump very closely. When the president spoke last night we got a text message from a biden official who said this. He said the president s remarks were desperate, baseless and a sure sign he knows he is losing. Something else that is notable about this development normally when you are at a campaign hq for a candidate and there is a Development Like this, there is a tv screen with a broadcast and a huge reaction. You see something or you hear something. But none of that here because of the hour and because of covid19 considerations and nobody here right now. If they decide for him to spoke right now its all quiet still in wilmington. Trace who would you hear from first, peter . Give us a timeline here. If the former Vice President plans to come out, how does that get to you . Thats a great question. The campaign has been hosting a Conference Call where they walk us through their confident predictions and explain what the day is going to bring. So Jen Omalley Dillon might be able to fill us in with that on a Conference Call. Theyve been doing one every day for the last few days. If there is going to be a loose plan laid out it could come from the Campaign Manager herself. Trace good stuff. Peter doocy back to you as the news breaks. Live in wilmington. Sandra trace, when we all went to bed last night we understood the president was still leading in pennsylvania. That has now changed. When it comes to georgia and some of those counties surrounding the atlanta area, Fulton County, a lot of those votes were still being counted when we went to bed. Clayton county just south of Fulton County home to atlanta, 85 of the vote going to joe biden there. Overnight of all the ballots that were counted into the evening and to the early hours of the morning 87 of those ballots in Clayton County went to joe biden. What we now understand as the count is on in gennett county where joe biden is leading President Trump 58 of the vote to donald trump 40 1 2 . Thats what were watching for. Thats the cluster, very blue counties in the state of georgia that were watching at this hour. Here is Fulton County where joe biden 72 1 2 of the vote there. You compare that to 2016, he is out performing Hillary Clinton in some of these very blue counties in georgia making all the difference. Fulton county Jonathan Serrie is live in atlanta. What part of georgia was the lawsuit in this state specifically targeting . Good morning. Good morning to you, sandra. The lawsuit filed on behalf of the Trump Campaign and state Republican Party was down in chatham county, democratic stronghold includes the city of savannah, georgia. It was alleging that ballots that arrived late after were somehow added to the mix and allowed to be counted. Chatham county judge ruled against the republicans saying that there was no evidence that late ballots were accepted and no evidence that poll workers down there had done anything to violate the law, sandra. Sandra taking a look at some of the Fulton County where were focusing right now difference 238,000 votes in that county, highlighting gennett and Clayton County which came in overnight and made all the difference in that state. Jonathan, what can you tell us about further watching the vote counts that are coming in before we ultimately know the outcome of this state . Well, a significant factor overnight was Clayton County. Thats a democratic stronghold that includes many of the more liberal suburbs of atlanta. Those ballots were tallied overnight and into the wee hours of the morning. It had a Significant Impact as Fulton County did. Today as we look at the ballot counts today gennett county is probably going to be the biggest factor according to the latest information from the georgia secretary of states office. There are 4,800 ballots from gennett county that have yet to be counted. Thats more than half of the outstanding ballots. As of this morning there are 8,197 ballots in georgia awaiting to be counted. More than half of them from a democrat leaning gennett county. That total does not include military and provisional ballots. 8,899 military and overseas ballots that are still out. Now, they arent included in the total of outstanding ballots because we dont know how many of them will arrive by the 5 00 deadline today. They have to arrive by 5 00 today and they have to carry a post mark no later than last tuesdays election day. In other words, by the end of today we could have anywhere from 0 to 8,899 of these military and provisional ballots. Sandra thats key and what were watching for. Georgia officials holding a press conference an hour from now. Gennett county to bring it to the state as a whole. 99 of the votes in. Difference right now. Jonathan, this just changed in the last few minutes or so when we headed down to studio biden was leading by 918 votes in that state. He is now leading by 1,097 votes. The difference with 98 of the vote is 5,596 votes. Were watching Allegany County. We know as of last check there were 36,000 ballots left to be counted there. In that county solidly joe biden 59 of the vote to Donald Trumps 40 . You go back out to the state. A focus is Philadelphia County. 81 of the vote going to joe biden there. Still many votes, tens of thousands of votes yet to be counted in that county. Watching this state closely. Thats where we find you this morning, eric. What is the latest you can tell us ahead of hearing from those officials on the ground one hour from now . The latest here is despite the noise and accusations on the outside and building behind me the Philadelphia Convention center the work of counting this race is continuing vote by vote as the workers are doing the work they are tasked for, the election poll workers here in pennsylvania. As part of joe bidens strength, he is, of course, scranton joe, having been born here even though he moved to delaware when he was young because his father got a job in delaware. Able to capitalize on working class roots being a pennsylvaniaborn native son and really reach out to not just the working class, but the middle class and those suburban voters. The massive tilt 80 plus in Philadelphia County, the city of philadelphia, also not reflected to that level but strongly in what they call the collar counties such as montgomery right around the philadelphia suburbs. Those also going toward biden clearly. As for the count here and the allegations of fraud, we have not seen any evidence of any type of massive fraud or in fact any report at the moment. There could be some problems with 30 ballots in one county. Well wait to confirm what type of situation that is. It is, i think as we reflect, a remarkable personal american story for joseph biden. 77 years old. Tried for the presidency twice before. Youngest senator ever elected from delaware. His wife and daughter killed in a car crash. He had to persevere through that. Stay in the senate through decades. Through the death of his beloved son beau. I saw mr. Biden in 2016 at the commencement at Colby College in maine where he gave an emotional stirring address to young graduates. After college graduation, a couple hours later and you have lunch and come back. On the hit there was a crowd around two black suvs. The reporter in me said its him, he is there. Sure enough. He stayed at the commencement for 2 1 2 hours after talking to 30 people when they talked about beau. I thought then he is running. Beau tried to have him promise he would run. He did not think the last time was the time because of Hillary Clintons jauger naught and huge lead and money and begged off last time. This time he did not and he may come up with success. Finally, the city commissioners here were waiting for the News Conference to update the numbers. 50,000 ballots still remain to be counted. We expect 20,000 to come in. Let me explain something thats very important. Our viewers at home have heard about the massive votes that appeared for joe biden. Thats not true. The fact is that they count the votes and they continue that. Then they decide four times a day to release the numbers. The officials strongly say there is no Election Fraud. They refute and reject all of the allegations from the president of the United States and his campaign concerning any possible nefarious actions here. They say its not true at all as they continue, they say, to fairly and honestly count the votes. We expect that update within the next hour and the commissioners have said that they will likely have a result here completely later on today. Sandra of course looking at Philadelphia County waiting on the additional votes there you reminded the 75,000 absentee ballots is adding to the confusion as we work our way through this day. Allegany county 310,000 absentee ballots there. Election Officials Say on the ground we expect to be done counting votes by end of day. Big news is that joe biden has taken the lead in the state of pennsylvania. A difference of votes 5600. 98 of the vote in. A. 1 advantage joe biden has. I want to finish with this. The Trump Campaign put out a statement talking about each and every one of the states saying that election is not over. Calling it a false projection that joe biden is a winner based on results in four states that are far from final. While were talking about pennsylvania in this statement what the Trump Campaign says there were many irregularities in pennsylvania including having Elections Officials prevent our volunteer team legal observers from having meaningful access from vote counting locations. Thats a brandnew statement from the Trump Campaign at this hour. Well hear from officials on the ground a short time from now. Trace thats a good time now because of the statement from the Trump Campaign to bring in Jonathan Turley, law professor and fox news contributor. We were going to talk about big picture with you. In light of the breaking news coming out of pennsylvania and georgia, we would like to focus mainly on pennsylvania. You know, the ballots received after election day, the secretary of state now says in pennsylvania that those will not change the outcome of the election. If thats the case, the pending lawsuit in pennsylvania, is it nothing more, sir, than a hail mary or could it be important down the line . Well, it certainly may be. The key is that were moving from the stage of counting ballots to keeping ballots. To paraphrase that famous son of philadelphia, you have it, lets see you keep it. That will be the approach of the Trump Campaign. Theyll want to try to keep this margin as narrow as possible so that theyre within the range of an electoral flip if enough votes with impacted. But you are absolutely right. One of the first things a court does is look at whether the challenge is immaterial. Even if everything goes in your favor it isnt enough to change the electoral votes. Thats something weve been asking for a while. How many votes are involved with these late processed ballots . But the Trump Campaign is really doing a saturation bombing on all of these states with litigation. What were waiting for is hard core proof. There is lots of rhetoric out there. Some of it overheated, quite frankly. We need proof. We need to see actual allegations of fraud and particularly those allegations that can impact sizeable numbers of votes. Now at the moment pennsylvania is close enough that it is vulnerable to a challenge. And so while biden could secure 270 votes today, there will remain the question of whether he can retain those votes in any challenge. Trace you talk about proof and you talk about challenges Going Forward. I want to read you part of the statement of the Trump Campaign sent out there and get your response. It says there were many irregularities in pennsylvania including having Election Officials prevent our volunteer legal observers from having meaningful access. We prevailed in court on our challenge but deprived of valuable time and denied the transparency were entitled to under state law. Is that enough to get the courts to take a second look at this or to bring up their grievance in a legitimate way . They have a legitimate objection to how monitors and observers were treated in pavement im still at a loss to understand the high ground of these electoral officials in trying to prevent monitors and observers. It has fueled these views of many that there was something untoward happening. But you also have to keep in mind how this looks to a court. The count will be over and a court may view this as just mute. Might actually agree they violated the rules. Thats a difficult position that the Trump Campaign is in. At this point they have to hit below the waterline. Otherwise they are just scraping the deck and it wont make a difference. Trace i have to go. Is this meant in some cases to challenge the actual outcome of the race or in some aspects to delegitimize the entire voting process of a state like pennsylvania . I hope its not the latter because at the end of the day trump is the president of the United States and he may have the greatest moment of his career bringing us together even if its in a concession speech. On down to georgia where a very close race still exists there. Neckandneck 49. 4 joe biden to the same for the president. Difference of votes just under 1100 with 99 of the vote in. You go back out nevada is still a key state to watch because a win there for joe biden puts him at that even 270. The difference of votes in nevada is 11,438. 84 of the vote in. The trajectory that we have seen ever since tuesday night in the state of pennsylvania, its hard to see how the president turns it around. And if you look at what is outstanding there, right . Pennsylvania certainly puts him over the top and when you look at the trajectory in georgia and in nevada i think the president will hold North Carolina, but those other states on top of the call fox made in arizona, i think its just a matter of hours before were referring to joe biden as president elect biden. Sandra any of those states would put joe biden over the top. Rachel, continually pointing out the what if scenario. If you give joe biden pennsylvania, he tops he goes up to 284. If he is able to win in georgia it puts him at 280 and even six in nevada brings him to 270. We wait to hear from officials in pennsylvania as joe biden takes the lead there. My thoughts are that i am still upset that we had universal voting. The coronavirus was used in that manner in order to use universal voting where all ballots are sent to everybody on the voter rolls and we know that is ripe for corruption. And abuse. We know that donald trump and also a. G. Barr back in september in a heated debate on cnn talking about how there is a great history of corruption and abuse of this kind of a system. It was new and that we the states were not prepared to do this and to handle the kind of corruption that can happen with it. So i dont think that joe biden winning potentially as mo says 270 votes is going to quell the concern that so Many Americans have that their votes were nullified by this kind of abuse. Also i would like to ask mo what he thinks about democrats telling basically defying a court order telling them that they need to allow republicans in to look and observe the count. How does he defend that as a democrat . Sandra mo . Well, i would be very concerned about it if there was truth to it. The truth is what do you mean. This has been debunked time and time. Dont interrupt me. Time and time again all of these baseless all of these baseless allegations of fraud have been proven to be baseless. Republicans were in the room where some of these states where people were turned away was too many were sent in. Equal number of democrats and republicans watching the election returns. You can lie all you want about it but doesnt make it true. I am not lying, you are. Sandra the heated debate will continue to sometime as these states do their own research what is happening. Mo that is the talking point that we continue to hear. Rachel yours as well. The repudiation on republican policies, rachel. This is an important point to get to. Wall street Journal Editorial Board says joe bidens nonmandate. He may win the white house but his party and progressive ideas lost. This is really important what they point out. There was no blue wave. Certainly no mandate for progressive change. If anything the fevered Democratic Media anticipation of a transformational election drove more voters to turn out to stop it. Its important especially if you hear this from a virginia democrat. Listen. The number one concern and things that people brought to me was defunding the police. If were classifying tuesday [inaudible] rachel, it is a point that has to be made, no . Absolutely. It is important to note that the republicans made gains with hispanics and with women and those policies. 13 women elected into the congress. They did all of this in spite of the most vicious attacks we have ever seen on the gop where they basically the media and the democrats told minorities, told women that the Republican Party hates them, that the republicans are racist, and yet the republicans without pandering, with giving an american first unifying message managed to make gains with minorities and with women. I think thats something remarkable that when you put policies out that are about america first, that are about loving our country and bringing back patriotism, when you have upward mobility and policies that help working class people, it resonates with all americans. Yesterday on the view you had sunny hostin tell women and minorities youre selfish and Michelle Obama say you are betraying your race if you vote republican. What i think is fascinating is that those attacks arent working anymore. Minorities and women now know they are Free Thinkers and they can vote as they wish and as they feel. And this strangle hold of racism and genderizing everything by the left is now dead. Sandra mo, final thoughts. Well, lets not pretend that republicans werent out there demonizing democrats saying if you vote democrat youre a socialist. Both sides had rhetoric out there was that hard edged. The reality is both sides have a lot to celebrate in this election and both sides require a lot of intro spec shun. Georgia and arizona and so many other traditionally republican states have gone to joe biden means the Republican Party needs to take some time and look inward. Sandra georgia hasnt been called yet. It is trending this way. The fact its even in the game means there has to be some intro spec shun on the republican side 57bd democrats lost seats in the house and senate wasnt the look, there is still a chance in the senate but the fact that it wasnt the blue wave that we expected requires requires the democrats to look at it. The fissures are deep and it is divided country. One in three blacks in the midwest voted for donald trump. There is a class this is a class not a racial election. And i think that the democrats need a lot to look inside a lot more and aoc a socialist and the face of their party will cause them trouble. They didnt, thanks. And he moved ahead of President Trump in battleground pennsylvania. Biden also ahead in nevada while President Trump still has the advantage in North Carolina. Both candidates speaking out last night. President trump ive already decisively won many critical states including massive victories in florida, iowa, indiana, ohio, to name a few. We won these and many other victories despite historic election interference from big media. I continue to feel very good about where things stand. We have no doubt that when the count is finished senator harris and i will be declared the winners. So i ask everyone to stay calm. All people to stay calm. The process is working. Nothing normal about 2020 and it looks like there will be nothing normal about the end of this election. Typically one candidate gets to 270. The other one concedes. It didnt happen in 2000 and looks like it wont happen again this year. Statement from the Trump Campaign giving us a glimpse of what lies ahead. This election is not over. The false projection of joe biden as the winner is based on results if four states far from final. Georgia is headed for a recount where were confident well find ballots improperly harvested and where President Trump will ultimately prevail. Many irregularities in pennsylvania having officials keep our people the statement goes on. Im told basically the result of all of this is the president has no plans to concede the election if the current counting trend continues. Joe biden hits 270 votes. Because one race will be called later on today. Now there is some discussion among the president s closest aides of what the president should do. Im told some aides are saying he should concede the election. Other aides saying he should continue to fight on and insure the vote count is correct. At the moment it appears as though the later is the prevailing wind. The fight to insure the vote is correct is winning the day. The president claiming as he has for months if not for the massive amount of mailin voting that is ripe for inaccuracy and fraud he would be the president. Listen here. President trump our goal is to defend the integrity of the election. We will not allow the corruption to steal such an important election or any election for that matter. And we cant allow silence of anybody to silence our voters and manufacture results. The president continuing to be critical of the mailin voting. According to aides his attitude today is he is skeptical. He warned about this for months. The media didnt take it seriously and now here we are with the scenario. His campaign expected to press more court action to allow access to the ballot counting and ballots themselves that are being counted. The president also railing against polls that were published before the election. He has long complained theyre suppression polls that send a signal to his supporters that coming out to vote is fruitless and that certainly we did see polls wrong by a stunning margin like the one in wisconsin that had him down 17 points. Im told the president will likely seek recounts wherever he can. Pennsylvania if the margin is tight enough, georgia, maybe arizona if the president doesnt prevail. His Campaign Still believes he will win that state. The vote difference there is tightening. We could also see a tremendous amount of court action. Listen to what the president said yesterday. President trump we think we will win the election very easily. We think there is going to be a lot of litigation. We have so much evidence, so much proof and it is going to end up perhaps at the highest court in the land. Unclear at this point exactly what the legal arguments will be Going Forward. If you get into recounts as we saw in florida in 2000, then it is ripe for litigation. In terms of proof a letter was sent to attorney general barr yesterday from the Trump Campaign that alleged voter fraud in clark county, nevada saying some 3062 individuals appear to have improperly cast ballots. They did not meet residency requirements. There are thousands more people will be added to this particular list but trace and sandra, if you are going to try to win the presidency of the United States there is an awful lot of allegations out there. There are plenty of talk on the internet. You will need hard proof to bring to a courtroom. Trace you talked about the internal debate in the white house. If for some reason today or tomorrow that georgia and pennsylvania and nevada are all projected to the former Vice President , would that change the calculations of the white house in your estimation . You know, the one thing ive learned here nothing is certain until it comes out of the president s mouth. There is always the chance he could just say listen, for the preservation of democracy and unity of the nation i will concede the election. But at this point this morning there is no indication thats going to happen, trace. Trace john roberts live at the white house. Thank you. Sandra all right. Lets take a look at the big picture with Fox News Sunday anchor Chris Wallace. Digging into some of the counties in georgia. First to pennsylvania of course. This is the big news at this hour that joe biden at the top of the 9 00 a. M. Eastern time hour was declared he is leading in this state. Difference of 6800 votes at this hour. Chris, im also looking at georgia. Were waiting vote totals to come in from the key counties around the atlanta area. Fulton county and south were watching clayton. It made all the difference. Some votes that got sent in overnight led to a greater lead by joe biden and therefore in the state of georgia did put him over the top by 918 votes overnight. As you can see that lead has now grown by more than that. Gennett county all eyes. It was a very specific area to watch in georgia because they had a Software Glitch that delayed the counting of 6,000 votes and decided to recount 80 thousand votes. Absentee ballots 333,000. They couldnt get to them until they counted what came n. It could make all the difference in some of these key states. Good morning, chris. Yes, thank you, good morning to you. You are exactly right. The vote hasnt been finalized in either of those states. And fox news hasnt called a winner in either of those states. But if the significance of pennsylvania is this. Every indication that remember, pennsylvania now the president is trailing by 6800 votes. On Election Night he was leading by a total of more than half a million votes. There is every reason to believe that biden is going to continue to advance his lead in pennsylvania. If he does that and if the News Organizations declare that he has won pennsylvania, then he is the next president even without any of the other states on that list because even arizona, which fox news has called, even if you take that away from the biden column and you take away georgia and you take away nevada and you take away North Carolina. Pennsylvania would put him over the 270 mark. Thats why thats so important and there doesnt seem to be any reason to believe that he isnt at least in this initial vote count going to carry pennsylvania. Sandra just to show that graphically with the touch screen here it is a simple win of pennsylvania that puts biden the 284 electoral votes. Also if the president were to run all four of these in a perfect scenario he is only leading in North Carolina, joe biden is leading in the others, he could still top 271. That is why were seeing the fight that we are at this hour. Chris, could you look big picture at the Republican Party right now knowing these states have not been called, the race has not been called. Perhaps you heard the debate between mo elleithee and rachel camposduffy. What we see in house races and senate and what it says big picture over what were seeing here, chris. It is interesting. You sort of want to have a clear winner and a clear loser. It will be a very mixed picture. As compared to what a lot of democrats thought going in they didnt have nearly as good a night. On the other hand, if they win the presidency and look more likely than not to win it, even if they hold onto the house by a diminished majority. Nancy pelosi didnt have a good night. It looks like she is still going to be in control of the house, you cant say it has been a bad night for democrats. And interestingly enough normally it would look like wed say republicans held onto the senate. Because both of those special elections in georgia are now up for grabs in january it looks like, both the perdue and loeffler race thats up for grabs. It is a muddled picture. If biden beats trump not saying its happened yet. If biden beats trump i think democrats will say it was a better night for them than republicans. Sandra when you dive deeper into some of these counties, Philadelphia County weve been watching closely this entire week. The difference of votes there, chris. The difference that this makes overall in the state, joe biden 81 of the vote to President Trumps 18. 4 . You look back at 2016 in that county and joe biden is not leading by as much as Hillary Clinton did in that state. So early on you had a picture that President Trump could pull off victory in that state. I back out because were waiting right now on additional votes in Allegany County where joe biden is leading by 59 of the vote there. This, too, you look back at 2016. He is about even with where Hillary Clinton was in that county. Chris, were about to get an jun updates from officials. Do you think the state gets called any time soon . I have no idea of that. You look at where the votes are still outstanding. Heavily democratic, philadelphia, heavily democratic Allegany County. Well wait and count the votes. It sure doesnt look like donald trump has a path to overcome bidens lead of 6,800 votes in pennsylvania. In fact the likelihood he will increase it. Whether its enough for fox news or any other major News Organization to call pennsylvania especially when we realize calling pennsylvania means calling the election, i dont know. Im not part of those deliberations. And frankly today im glad im not part of those deliberations. Sandra talk about the fight that were going to see on the part of the Trump Campaign. They just put out a statement a short time ago saying this is not over. How do you expect them to proceed . What will be the strategy . Well, you heard john roberts just say there is a debate in the white house. Some people are saying give up gracefully, talk about the unity of the nation and concede the election. That doesnt seem to be certainly based on what the president said around 6 30 eastern last night. The advice he is taking. He seems to be in an allout fight if he pursues that. Obviously he has every right to call for recounts in a lot of these states. To challenge the election count in a lot of these states. So far at least and i want to emphasize so far, you are not seeing the kind of mass fraud of a scale that would be enough to overturn elections. Florida was different in 2000. 500 vote difference. A lot of questions about the butterfly ballots and hanging chads and all of that. And it was enough of an issue and small enough margin that there was a legitimate chance for gore to win. He didnt. There was a legitimate issue. So far when i emphasize so far were early in the process. So far we arent seeing the kinds of cases over the kinds of margins that would turn this election around. Well have to wait and see. Sandra one state we barely mentioned in our conversation at least, chris is nevada. You know, if joe biden secures a win in that state it brings him to an even 270. You look at what could be called in the coming hours there. Here is nevada, most recently 84 of the vote is in. The lead is bigger there for joe biden than in pennsylvania and in georgia. He is leading by 11,438 votes there at last count. He is almost a full percent ahead of the president in nevada. Here is an interesting statistic. Lets say, im just supposing, that biden carries nevada, pennsylvania, georgia and holds on to arizona. I know a lot of republicans are still contesting. He would end up then with 306 electoral votes which was exactly the number of electoral votes donald trump got in 2016. That would make it florida was a question. Remember, even with florida bush 43 ended up with 271 electoral votes and won by two electoral votes. You get a 306 electoral votes a much harder case to make that the Election Fraud in three or four different states was enough to keep donald trump from being president. Sandra ill show it on the map because thats where we are right now. Its down to the wire and i will show the picture you just painted and that is a Biden Victory in georgia, leaning blue right now. Biden victory in pennsylvania, which is trending blue right now, and nevada. There is the 306 you were talking about. Chris, did you think that we would be here where we are right now at this hour on the friday following election day 2020 . Does any of this surprise you . Well, you know, look, if you had believed the polls, which turned out to be dramatically wrong, there was some likelihood of a more decisive victory by joe biden or an easier victory 306 electoral votes would be a pretty decisive victory but we would get there sooner but look, we all were concerned about the accuracy of the polls and hidden trump voters and so also we were concerned what had happened in 2016 where Hillary Clinton looked on a path to victory and lost. So i think most of us you and i have been talking about this for weeks said you have to go slow and all this talk about a blue wave, you have to take with a huge grain of salt and thankfully we did. I dont think you ever talked about there will be a blue wave. I didnt talk about it. Because its 2020 and donald trump he made it a lot closer. Maybe he will still win. Im not counting him out. He made it a lot closer than some were saying. Sandra 2020, the year we ruled nothing out. North carolina the president has a decisive lead 50. 1 of the vote. A difference of 76,701 votes in the president s favor in that state at this hour. Still yet to be called North Carolina as well. Well see you on Fox News Sunday. I just quickly say this. I dont hear anybody suggesting again, you know, just the talk of the smart money and smart money isnt so smart. North carolina i think stays for trump. On what happens on Fox News Sunday. You tell me what will happen in the world. We may be talking about biden as the president elect. We may be talking about major Court Challenges. My guess is well talk about all of it. We appreciate your time here. I want to get clarity. Joe biden for the first time is leading pennsylvania by 6,800 some odd votes. The latest votes came from the democratic stronghold philadelphia, Allegany County, pittsburgh proper. Are we getting more votes from those democratic strongholds or is it your understanding that there might also be some republican strongholds that have yet to be counted, sir . I think most of the mail votes even in republican counties are coming in mostly democrat vote by mail. Republicans voted in person. Just to remind everyone. Counties have to certify all the results and then you have challenges. You can have four challenges and recounts. Clearly interesting recounting philadelphia since they wouldnt allow the poll watchers to do their jobs as in the statutes here. This is just the first step. I think Everyone Needs to be reminded of that. This will continue as we get the final result. Trace you talk about timeline wise were probably not going to get any final results from pennsylvania for how long . Are we talking a day, two, are we talking a week . Do you have any kind of timeline you can give us . It depends. Obviously the vote count may finish up in the next day or two but after that again counties have to certify. They run the elections and certify the results and there are challenges. If there are legal challenges theyre adjudicated. If requests for recount thats the process. This is the unfortunate part about what the secretary and the governor have done by changing the rules over how this is done and doing everything they could to tip the scales in favor of joe biden. Now the integrity of this election is called into question. I dont have evidence of any misdoing but all their actions leading to wondering why they didnt want people watching this process and didnt allow poll watchers in the prevoting. They didnt allow them to get close enough to see what was going on in current voting and current count. I just ask everyone to be patient. Allow the process to unfold as joe biden said. The count is just the first part. There will be recounts, Court Challenges and so if the governor would have allowed everyone to watch it the way we normally are we would have more faith. Unnoortly unfortunately well need time to go through the process. Trace Jonathan Turley said some of these ballot counting places, the president has a legitimate grievance in pennsylvania. Again they didnt allow any watchers going to the prevote before election day. They didnt some counties they had them watch on a monitor. You cant see anything there. Even the ones they let them in they didnt let them close enough. All this is in the statute what the rules are for poll watchers. And by changing the rules as this secretary of state has done and the governor, its unfortunate. What we wanted was a result that everyone can believe in no matter whether it was President Trump or joe biden. Theyve done a great disservice through all their shenanigans even if joe biden was the winner half the population in pennsylvania wont believe it. Thats the saddest outcome he could have had. Trace not as if pennsylvania is the most trusted state in voting. They talked about how confident are you that votes will be counted accurately in pennsylvania . You can see the top of the screen 21 said very confident. 43 somewhat, 27 not to and not at all. Thats not exactly a resounding endorsement of your states voting history. People were skeptical going into the election. Is it your sense theyre skeptical now . They are skeptical. Thats unfortunate. I want to be very clear. I dont have any evidence anything what the result is the result is. But because of all the shenanigans the governor and secretary of state have done theyre calling it into question. The worst result we could have as pennsylvaniaians and americans. Lets allow the process to unfold. The counties have to certify each county and send them to the department of state. If there are court and legal challenges what they did with poll watchers and recounts. It all needs to happen before we can get to a final result. A lot of this wouldnt have happened if the governor would have just allowed and secretary of state would have just allowed watchers they would say these are legitimate. Because they werent allowed to be close enough to the process. They werent allowed at all during the prevote now it is called into question. Thats an unfortunate and great disservice. Trace the other litigation talking about the ballots received after election day. Your secretary of state said it wouldnt change the outcome of the race. Does it make that lawsuit not effective or do you believe that will still go on and be important in this election Going Forward . Well again until we know what the final result is we cant make that determination. For her to even say that chose why i called for her resignation. She has been moving in a partisan fashion doing everything she can to tip the scales. It is important for us as the legislature the court overstepped its authority in doing this and allowing these votes. The fact she went out and said at 10 30 at night on the eve of election. Nine hours before eight hours before the vote started this shows what theyve done to try to tip the scale on this thing. I think it is important if nothing to set precedent for the future. Again this shows what theyve done here and it is such a again, it makes people not believe in the results one way or another. Thats the last thing no matter who wins. We wanted to have belief in the results to move Forward Together as a nation here in pennsylvania. Their actions have now called that into question and no matter who is determined the winner there will be difficult times Going Forward. Trace it is important Everybody Knows the context what were talking about here. Pennsylvania where joe biden is now leading by 6,000 plus votes. You are the Senate Majority leader in pennsylvania. The republicans control the state house in pennsylvania. The governor is a democrat. The Election Commission and the governor are the ones that changed the deadline that the legislature put in place. The breaking news there joe biden also taking the lead in pennsylvania. Keep in mind there are many more ballots to count and you have canvassing to do and there are lawsuits yet to be considered. It appears that will not be called for some time. Lets get to the Senior Correspondent eric shawn live in philadelphia. The Trump Campaign says the election is not over. Thats true. It is not over because all the votes have yet to be counted. They are continuing to do that at the Philadelphia Convention center. 20,000 mailin votes still to be counted. It is important, trace, i want to point out that the absentee military ballots have not even been fully counted. That deadline is tuesday. There are several thousand military ballots still outstanding im told. They could potentially skew for the president. Will it be enough . Have to see when the military ballots are counted. Lets give a live look at the massive counting room you see on television as this process continues. There is controversy over what happens inside here. The Trump Campaign released a statement in the last hour saying there were many irregularities in pennsylvania including having Election Officials prevent our volunteer legal observers from having meaningful access to vote counting locations. I want to point out the key word there is meaningful. Republican watchers have been here watching the counting inside this convention center. Theyve been watching since the election day count started at 7 00 a. M. On tuesday. Take a look at this photograph. It was given to us taken by a republican poll watcher shows you the view that both republican and democratic watchers have. The republicans complained we have to get back to breaking news. Trace, back to you. Trace secretary of state in georgia has stepped to the podium. Lets go to atlanta and listen in. There are 8,890 military ballots outstanding. They will be counted if they are returned by the close of Business Today. Right now georgia remains too close to call. Out of prox naturally 5 million votes cast well have a margin of a few thousand. The focus for our office and for the county Election Officials for now remains on making sure that every legal vote is counted and recorded accurately. As we are closing in on a final count, we can begin to look toward our next steps. With a margin that small, there will be a recount in georgia. Interest in our election obviously goes far beyond georgias borders. The final tally in georgia at this point has huge implications for the entire country. The stakes are high and emotions are high on all sides. We will not let those debates distract us from our work. We will get it right. And well defend the integrity of our elections. In some states there are complaints about monitors not being allowed to watch the count. In georgia, this process is and will remain open and transparent to monitors. If any member of the public raises legitimate concerns, well investigate those. We are committed to doing anything and everything to maintaining trust in our elections process for every georgian regardless of partisan preference. Thank you very much. Trace it was very brief. The secretary of state for georgia and what he said was look, they are still waiting. They are still counting and it will be very close, 8,890 military ballots yet to be counted. Good news for the president. The military ballots have the ended to skew towards lets listen again. As we close in on a final tally. So secretary Just Announced a particular set of numbers that went down from the time he walked from the door to here. The new total were aware of right now is 4,169 and theyre in a handful of counties. Ill go over those now. Cherokee county 150 ballots that they did not upload. There are 75 now in cobb. There is 444 in floyd. There is approximately 3500 in gwinnett as we went through what they already reported what they had left to scan. And i think thats it. A couple of things. Lawrence county the 1,769 votes we had yesterday were basing those on the absentee ballot differences. When they did their reconciliation process on it they discovered they had accidentally uploaded those into their election day totals. The totals will not change but vote type will change when they make that change today. Outside of that we dont have any other numbers that we are aware of. I want to remind everybody we have ballot curing processes through today for absentee ballots. And we can still get any military ballots in by close of Business Today if they were postmarked on tuesday, election day. There are still an unknowable amount of ballots to be counted. Theyre in the hands of the Elections Officials now other than maybe the military ones. I can assure you there are teams of 20 something around the states, republicans and democrats finding the people with the absentee ballots secure and county by counting in ones and twos. A question that will come up. Are we seeing fraud . No, were not seeing widespread irregularities. Were investigating any credible accusation with any real evidence behind it. Let me tell you one thing. When you have a narrow margin, little small things can make a difference. So everything will be investigated to protect the integrity of the vote. Our office intends to do that. Like i said, to get a wide margin doesnt matter as much. Narrow margin it does. A margin of less than a large high school. So we understand that in the state, county officials are aware of that. Investigators are aware of that. Its important to protect the integrity of the election from all sides. With the margin we have and with the certainty of a recount will we know who won the presidency in georgia by the end of november . With the timeline we have laid out essentially lets go through the timeline again. We should be able to know by the end of november. The one thing that is always going to be an unknowable unknown is lawsuits that can affect. We are a country and nation of laws. If a judge tells us to do something a certain way well have to do that and let the Legal Process work its way out. The laws now and the situation and posture that were in today, today is the last day to cure all the absentee ballots. Get the military and overseas in and then verify the provisionals. That gets you to the counter bound of these. You have the situation where the counties need to certify their election. So they take that and give us and reconcile and make sure they have everything right. Trust me these people work very hard at it and very tired but we working with them to get it in as fast as we can. State certification can come only after we do our risk limiting audit. The first time doing it part of hb316. The election reform law. That happens. Then well have the state certification. Thats november 20th. Our hope and intent is to move it earlier. At that point whoever comes in second whether President Trump or Vice President biden, either one of them whoever is in second place can request the recount if its within 1 2 . We have to wait for the recount after the audit and certification. Most interpretations, a recount cant be requested until the election is certified. We have no way of nothing right now. Never done a statewide recount with a new system. We hope it will be a week but no way of knowing that at this point. Are there a lot of concerns from people outside georgia, the vote count is clear and accurate [inaudible] what can you say about how poll workers and Election Officials and directors are doing to make sure that everything is fair and accurate . Weve thousands of poll workers and election workers, hundreds of volunteers on certification panels. As the secretary noted. It is a public process. You can watch everything that is happening. Paperwork on top of paperwork in many cases so we know how many ballots there are. One of the things we know from wednesday night on we knew the basic amount of ballots that were there. With the slight moving target of the military coming in, the absentee ballots being cured and provisionals. Those are unknowable on tuesday. Its impossible to know what we have. The law allows for these things to be done to protect the ballots of those who we really want to make sure get to vote. In general, and specifically this office has worked very hard through the forms in hb316 which allow for notifications to be immediately sent out for ballots that are received towards the end of the process that need to be cured. People talk about threeday cure process on this and thats not the case. If you sent in your ballot early you can have a monthlong cure process. We encourage people to do it as early as they could. We have many safeguards built up over many years to secure the integrity of the vote. [inaudible question]. Im not going to talk about Ongoing Investigation at this time. Harvesting votes for a recount will be difficult. You have what the recount original showed. [inaudible question] im not going the try to get into the president s mindset on that. There are republicans and democrats involved at different levels. There are republicans and democrat election directors. The secretary is a republican. Im a republican. I dont make any bones about that. People look at my twitter feed and linkedin it is obvious. In general we have people who have partisan beliefs but the job to to follow the law and insure every legal vote is counted. [inaudible question] we have no way of knowing. The one thing people asked me 8900 potential military ballots ask me how many. I dont know. There will be more than zero and less than 8900. Trace the bottom line out of ga. The election is very close. 1,000 votes separate the two candidates. You just heard Georgia Election Officials Saying they might not certify this election until the end of november. They have military ballots and canvas and cure some ballots that might be certify. Maybe by the end of november. Thats not to say that somebody might not call. News network might not call it. When its this close it appears unlikely. Georgia very tight with a handful of ballots in the thousands left to be counted. Sandra well await those as they come. Sandra trace, thank you. You have been focusing on the blue counties around Fulton County, atlanta, georgia, area. Clayton county made a big difference overnight and put joe bidens vote total over the top. Putting him in the lead in that state. Were also watching henry county, newton county. The surrounding areas. But specifically Gwinnett County you heard the secretary of state referencing that county a few moments ago. They had technical problems. A Software Glitch. Led to a recount of the votes and got to the absentee votes. Were awaiting a vote total. That could make a difference. Good morning, kristin. Good morning. As im looking at somewhere like Gwinnett County i have three questions. The first is how many ballots are still left . Where are they coming from within that county . And if we can know that and then third what type of ballot are we talking about . In georgia you have 4,000 votes from Gwinnett County. Democrats have made inroads there in recent years. A county i believe went for Hillary Clinton by only 6 points. This time around biden seems to have widened his lead there. More ballots from Gwinnett County ought to be good news for biden. Another big number in the press conference. The 8,000 outstanding military ballots in georgia. Those ballots might be much redder more pro trump than what you would see from a single county like gwinnett. Not all 8,000 of those ballots might be returned. They might not all get back in by tonight. Less than 4,000 in gwinnett. 8,000 military ballots coming in will be the big thing ill watch in the next 24 hours. Sandra cobb county as well northwest of Fulton County, Atlanta Georgia where the vote total has biden in the lead 56. 3 . 75,000 ballots still outstanding. All of these counties will be a focus. Take us into pennsylvania now where at the top at the 9 00 a. M. Hour it was declared joe biden was leading President Trump with votes in that state. The differential now. 6,826 votes in joe bidens favor. What are you watching here . Obviously pointing out that Philadelphia County is under close watch with joe biden 81 of the vote there. Allegany county another blue county weve been watching. Joe biden 59 of the total there. 128,000 is the difference in Allegany County. Both of those very closely watched. What are you watching in philadelphia . In pennsylvania were dealing with much larger numbers either way in terms of the margin between the candidates as well as the number of votes outstanding. And the types of places theyre coming from. In a city like philadelphia you would expect not only because it is philadelphia because its the city, tends to be a very big democratic stronghold but a lot of the ballots were counting in pennsylvania are those mailin ballots. Another reason why you see the blue shift later on. We knew going into this election that pennsylvania would be the kind of state where early on they would count all the dayof votes leaning heavily for President Trump. He said i want my voters to show up on election day. For democrats they pushed their voters more to vote early, via mail. Those ballots coming in and being counted on the back end is why you are suddenly seeing the swing of many, many, points. A county you should watch bucks county outside of philadelphia. The suburbs there. A county thats its split closely between trump and clinton in 2016. This time around biden seems to have grown his lead there slightly. It is the exact type of county democrats have tried to make efforts to win over in the last couple of years. If there are still ballots outstanding there they wont break nearly as heavily for biden as you might see within Philadelphia County itself. Depending on which precincts are out within that county and what types of ballots are out within the county will make a big difference. Sandra out of the almost 400,000 votes counted so far there is a difference of 14,200. Kristin, you went through Election Night tuesday night with us, trace and me on the Fox Broadcast Network and we talked about so many things. Here we are several days following election day. Youve got these four key battlegrounds that we were watching so closely on Election Night where no decision has been made. The races havent been called yet. A win in any of those would put joe biden over the top including nevada would bring him to an even 270. Donald trump would have to run the board with these four remaining states. Did you see us being here on the friday morning after election day, kristin . Well, i always knew it might be possible with pennsylvania because we knew the vote count would be slower there. I dont think i thought it would be so many states still in the game at this stage. What will be really interesting as we unpack things like that Fox News Voter Analysis trying to understand the story of this election, again no winner has been called. As we try to figure out what were the groups that shifted one way or the other im still fascinated by some of these trends. We have looked at the data and you can see that in some of these precincts across the country where there are large latino populations Donald Trumps numbers went way, way up. Clearly that has paved an interesting path forward for the gop. Democrats and particularly joe biden expanding his lead with moderate and independent voters compared to Hillary Clinton four years ago. We watch both of the parties coalitions change in realtime as the results continue to come in. Sandra finish off with nevada for us, knowing the state has not been called yet and could make all the difference. 11,400 votes makes the difference there. With joe biden leading by almost a full percentage point in that state. Some of the key counties that we watched in favor of donald trump, elko county for trump. Why the election desk hasnt called the state. A pretty decisive lead by joe biden in this hour. Yeah, i think at the moment part of the reason why you are seeing biden perhaps favored though the race is not called yet is because of clark county. Thats where youve got las vegas, huge democratic stronghold again. I believe thats where well look to see how the votes come in in the end. Trace if for some reason nevada is counted for joe biden it would put him at 270 electoral votes. The rest would be gravy. Still waiting for georgia, still waiting for pennsylvania, still waiting for North Carolina which they dont anticipate coming in until possibly next week. You can continue to look at the numbers. His election is historic, propelled by the biggest vote ever in the history of our country 73. 8 million and counting americans. Most votes ever received any received by any president ial ticket in history. President elect biden has a strong mandate to lead and will have a strong Democratic House with him. And Many Democrats in the senate. This has been a life or death fight for the fate of our democracy, as he says, the soul of our country. We did not win every battle in the house but we did win the war. In 2018 we won 40 seats, 30 or 31 of them in districts where trump had won before. They were in trump districts. In preparation for the 2020 election, i said to people you have to help us. They say youve won. Lets do the senate and white house. No, we won in districts, trump districts, with trump not on the ballot. The next election he will be on the ballot and makes winning those districts a steeper climb. I am pleased weve won districts. Not all of them. Next time he wont be on the ballot. One of the reasons we were able to win so many seats was because of the caliber of leadership of our members. Some of them won, a few did not, all of them excellent and i hope that some of them will reconsider will consider going at it again. As you all know, the right to vote is a sacred right in our country and having that vote counted as cast is the foundation of our democracy. So we must be patient. I said to people be calm. I said this sunday, monday, tuesday, be calm. Be confident, be patient. And the votes are tallying and the races are called. We look forward to continued victories in house races. We have some out there and we look forward to progress for the people, which was our agenda and continues to be for the people. Lower healthcare cost, bigger paychecks, cleaner government, hr1 which will be the first on the agenda in january. Again, it will be hr1. While we prepare for the new biden administration, we must also move swift by for new Coronavirus Relief bill. We can do that.
