They did not say that the clinton or clinton and the dnc had a role in this. Could the fbi have been more clear about that . Should they have been more clear about those kind of things . But in the case of the officers i am sure they will say they were acting within the scope of their employment it was not a personal thing. They will go more so after the actual department. And now you have 74 state lawmakers in florida calling for the sheriff, scott israel to step down. Does this impact legal liability for the sheriff himself . Again, he will probably be identified. You will not go after the individual as kisha pointed out. You will name that as defendants but however, the unions will have attorneys and they will go after the county itself or the Sheriffs Department. For the purpose of that. However, again, the calls were some of this for him to step down to resign you will see mounting pressure. And this is why.
