the employer wants to protect the employees when they allowed the criminal free access to everything in the store. it is backwards. >> i completely agree. harsher penalties do not necessarily have an impact on deterring crime. what they approve it does deter crime is when you have a criminal that knows there is a high likelihood that they will be swiftly prosecuted and then there will be consequences, that is not what is happening in cities all across the nation. >> they should change their name to looter lemon. [laughter] throwing up their doors to anyone that wants to come in and steal. there is something deeper here. not only incentivizing more of this criminality, more of this reckless looting, but you are, as sarah said, endangering your employees and the customers of lululemon and any other store with this kind of policy.
