apologizes. but will he apologize for "cop out." >> thank you, andy. it starts outlooking so pretty, andy. >> you mean before you eat it? >> i suppose. >> we are done here. >> go away. let's welcome our guest. my favorite part of the night is welcoming our guest. it is an island we would all like to be stand on. anna gilligan sea. she mistake her for a campfire and try to roast winies. and he is charming and the key suspect in the disappearance of a dozen hobos. cs carl zhan. we had bill shultz's chair steam cleaned and sterilized and filling in is john devore. and the president of penn financial group, my favorite financial group. pinch is off tonight it is such a coincidence. they after palin and they want you to do the nailin. they released 24,000 pages of e-mails from sarah palin's first 21 months as governor, and the media jumped into action by asking you to read them. yes, the "new york times" and washington post thinks these e-mails are so important that they have asked their readers to help them investigate. a spokeswoman says it is called crowd sourcing. and we think it is anenting way to bring more eyes to the large troves of information. conservatives say the news outlets are exposing their liberal bias. where were all of the crowd sourcing champions? they dumped a thousand pages on the american people. but it turns out the media was right after all. scandal has erupted. yes, the times as published in the e-mail showing they killed a family of five with a hunting knife all over a snowmobile parking space. actually she considered getting a tanning bed for the governor's house. she is truly a monster m "red eye" did our own kitty sourcing. after captain fluffers read a bunch of them. >> i have no idea, but i think i am in love. if it weren't legal i would marry that kitten. do you think anything big will come out of the e-mails? >> no, it is a witch hunt. they are trying to come up with something. and who is sarah palin? she is an alaska an soccer mom. what is wrong with her? nothing. if her wiener gate is getting a tanning bed, that's you they will get. you can't even drive to where they picked up. you either swim there or fly. who is swiming to get the papers. >> you need a hand truck. it is one of those -- each of those boxes represents a dead tree. i hope you are happy robert redford even though you have nothing to do with this story. anna, a tanning bed, a tanning bed, not a good choice, not a good choice. >> not a good choice. no, i can't believe in this day and age anyone would tan. i hope after she became a fox news contributor she learned the virtues of a spray tan as we all are educated by the fantastic make up artists. they are the best and they told me. i didn't have enough notice though today so i am pale. but these e-mails are -- nothing will come of it. the most we will see is the local alaska anes politicians get annoyeded when they see how they feel. but i don't think we will find any scandal. >> you will see a lot of people with thin skin. what e-mails are is a place where people vent their frustrations at people, and everybody comes off as pettiment carl, thanks for coming. i know you drove down here from wherever you are from. what do you make of this feeding frenzy? >> i think it is a riot. first of all, no one in the country could have the last 21 months of their e-mails revealed without coming up with a little something, but this makes the timing of wiener gate so perfect in all its glorious magnitude. every scandal now will be measured on the wiener scale which is the scandal measurement for the way we measure earthquakes which is the richter scale. unless they find an e-mail where they are -- she has nothing to worry about. >> thank you for subing for bill. you probably couldn't wait to get your pinko fingers all over the e-mails. >> i already read all 24,000 pages. what is the question? >> i didn't have one. >> you said you couldn't wait. >> but that is the modern poll i can its. it tells people what they want to hear and it presses the pleasure buttons and there were thousands of liberals today, millions that squealed at going and trying to find something in these e-mails and for a whole weekend there would be millions of liberals that won't be going outside. >> there are thousands of pages that are not released. their lawyer has a right to say no to any e-mails. there are lawyer issues and a personal matter which they can't released. >> i was wondering about the personal stuff. >> that's what a scandal usually is. >> anybody who says they don't use their work e-mail for personal use is lying through their teeth. you know this because you worked in publishing. be a reporter. your e-mails boil down to this. discussing a hangover and trying to buy drugs or cheating on your spouse or girlfriend. >> not on the "red eye" staff. >> i actually have some e-mails with all three. it is incredible. >> and they were directed at me. >> the thing about the palin e-mails is sometimes you can throw red meat at the people who consume your media and sometimes you though sizzle lean. >> i don't even think they make sizzle lean anymore. >> oh, they do. you know what i really like about this is the quote from the "new york times" where they said it is called crowd sourcing. now that we have a new edgy name for it, they can't say what it really is which is pure unuh dull traited possible see. it is a possible see. >> how is that different from any news outlet that says send us your thoughts on this, vote on this poll. they are all trying to get people to be more engaged. >> i will do that on twitter. say we have a guest on for a guest segment and i can't think of what to ask them. i will say, hey, we got so and on so on. >> there is one hacker who is like john devore's number. >> we all agree it is a bad idea. >> so we will do this every day until it is done. >> to the greg-alogue, it is a can of common sense in a pantry of pre tension. >> all right, so calls for anthony wiener's resignation seem to be falling on deaf ears, deaf female ears that is. why is that? it is a maddening choice for these female leaders. between speaking out and keeping quiet that at best is disrespectful of women. when asked if wiener should go, dianne feinstein said, i am not getting into that. they dismyself motherhood -- kidding. why would the world's most powerful women run scared from a curly sex pest who gets off sending sexually-charmged crud to anyone except me? well it is the deal they make with the devil. i call it the cad-bury which stands for creeps are always democrats. it is that irony. feminists help gross men act gross. as long as your new age male is spewing things, you get a pass as a drooling ghoul. think kennedy, clinton, wiener, shultz. men will take anything they can get from a woman sexually. so adopting feminist beliefs is a small price to pay, and these women gladly accept the transaction. it is why men can be a pig and progressive simultaneously. and who looks worse for it? women. as debbie walsh at rutgers university says of wiener with a straight face, "my sense is they want him to make the decision himself. i bet he felt the same way about clarence thomas" and if you disagree with me, i got hacked. >> you have to give me something here, people. >> before i hit the panel in the face with awesome questions, we have new developments. i mentioned last night that captain winy contacted a 17-year-old on twitter and he bragged about being a super hero while swearing. according to fox news .com he showed up to speak to the girl's mom. a fox news .com reporter says she was at the house when two officers arrived. since she is 17 the girl's identity is being withheld, but sources close to this student say the girl followed wiener on twitter after seeing him speak back on april 1st somewhere. the same sources say wiener direct messaged the gerl back on april 13th. no one knows exactly what was said, but wiener was probably giving advice on grooming and how parents just don't understand and that etch tooers and home work sucks and how an older coming man understands what you are going through. isn't that what it is all about? feminists december mate palin, but they give this guy a pass. why is that? >> you are off on the feminism thing. it is not the duty of female lawmakers to denounce them. men are looking worse and worse with the scandals. they should be the ones speaking out. and people aren't speaking out against him because he is not being hipocritical. he is not break a law. he was a rising star in the party until this. they are hedging their best that he might come back from this. >> i saw you shake your head. >> that's right. >> what is he coming back from? there is no chance he is coming back from anything. there is no chance. >> you never know he is a smart guy. >> and the women are just as guilty as him. they are enabling him to get away with it. >> i am not saying the women are right. >> i am saying women politician daze sh -- >> he is the one who did it. >> they should be sticking up and talking against that. >> it is actually up to them -- >> feminists don't make gross men do gross things. >> feminists loved bill clinton and he was a cad. he was a cad. that was a sweeping statement. look at the pigs in politics. kennedy, a woman died and he still kept his job. >> this is another media shell game. it is not about sex or gender. i want as a liberal iewn -- iewn rep corn i want wiener to design because i got to see him in crisis mode because he sweated and lied for 10 days and that's why i want him to go. i don't -- it is not -- the sex thing wasn't the issue with bill clinton. he lied he purge erred himself. that's what no one is talking about. >> clinton lied under oath and he did not -- >> we have to get to that. i saw him in crisis mode. and as a voter i was like, that's what he does. that's his character. >> i don't think we can fault female lawmakers. >> i think you can. i think pelosi is running scared because he is a crusading liberal and they get a pass. >> literally a party doesn't turn on themselves. >> did you see how quickly he turned? >> that's because it is family values and you can't be hipocritical. >> he is not being hipocritical. >> you just proved my point. because he has liberal values he can do this. >> >> if you are not breaking the law and i am the best husband in the world, is it really our business or is it a personal matter. >> you are saying what i am saying. >> that's wrong. >> so you are saying it is okay? >> so he gets a pass -- >> no, he does not get a pass. i am just saying that you can't fault all of these females for what he did. at the end of the day it is between him and these women. >> it is interesting to note that people resign if you have actual beliefs. if you don't have beliefs you can stay. >> my feelings are aside from women and the complete absence of criticism, what about the rest of the country? this guy is this far from being a sexual predator in my book. so it trans sends all of the books. and i wrote the book. if that was my daughter even 21 years old. it would be congressman wiener is missing. >> underaged girls it totally changes the game. >> would you want this guy as a neighbor if you had kids? >> no. >> he is using his power to prey on women. >> i wouldn't have thought that until i found out about the high school girls. >> well the thing is high school girls is interesting because this stuff leaked out awhile ago and then the girls said that it didn't happen and then i think it was -- what did it say? tight [bleep]. he said i am wearing a tight cape and [bleep] and he said it to other women. >> he said that? >> yeah. >> i thought you were making a joke. >> he was a super hero and wearing a tight cape and swore. >> it begs the question, what do you have to do in this country to garner the disfavor of the american -- do you have to dismember a baby seal on youtube? do you have to blowtorch a jack russell terrier? what do you have to do? >> if it involved animals, yes. >> he can pretty much do whatever he wants. >> again, i can't stand the sexual moralizing of it. i am a polly am more russ nudist. >> you don't want to -- you don't want a politician who makes terrible decisions in a crisis. what was the name of the republican? >> something, something and you know what -- >> christopher lee. >> they took the temperature and they booted him. >> that was -- >> and to think the leader is supposed to be you are a liability and get the "f" out. >> maybe that's a part of the democratic part right now. they don't have balls. >> and why is that? >> i think we have to take a break. wow, that was fun. so what is it like to be cuter than a bucket of puppy in kitten? s but first, if the economy is in the tank, is obama walking the plapping? that's a metaphor. he is not really walking the plank. is the big apple the big crapple? according to a study by jormg mason university, go tar heels, new york is the least free state in the union which means america. also considered unfree, new jersey, california, the tiny island nation of hawaii and massachusetts which is that thing located somewhere up there in the corner that no one goes to. as for the freest? well the granite state is great. that's new hampshire topping the list. south dakota, indiana, idaho and missouri all actual states rounded out the top 5. the study measures economic and freedom. looking at bans on food and audio recordings to gun laws and tax levels. they cur myself americans are voting with their feet and moving to states with more economic and personal freedom and that economic freedom correlates with income growth. for more let's go to bill shultz heading home late last night. >> he is actually getting better, but he will be back on monday. i have to go to carl. you are from one of these states, new hampshire. actually the state that was voted most free. can you support that statement? >> yes. >> yes. >> in a nutshell. yes, i am a second generation new hampshire native, and i am glad we are deemed the freest state. i am not sure what that means or the qualifications are, but yeah there is a streak of independence in new hampshire. it is one of the few states where our state government people get paid $100 a year so you can't be a corrupt politician in new hampshire because there is nothing in it. on the other hand, they are slowly getting tainted by the influx of massachusetts people moving to new hampshire to avoid the income tax, and then inflicting the massachusetts politics upon us. >> luckily people like you own firearms. and you stay at the border and pick them off. >> we can't pick them all off. that's a problem. you can do pretty good, but you are not going to get every one. but they come up and do things like one guy tried to outlaw helium balloons in new hampshire. come on. >> what are you going to do, float away? >> matt, is new york -- we live in new york, it is the greatest city, math. -- manhattan. but it is a nanny state. >> it is. and from a financial standpoint they could be in trouble. at some point in time people can't afford. you have a closet here for $1 million and they tax the hell out of you. you can't even go and have beers. they cost $8. they will drive people away and they will go to new hampshire. i don't know why they would want to live in new hampshire, but eventually they will drive people to new hampshire. >> because he has a barn and god know what's he does in the barn. here is my theory. new york and california have the highest percentage of people who think they know better. is that fair to say? >> probably. but this study is like a very nice idea. it is very american. more freedom equals more happiness. but i think it is rub bish. they don't prove it at all. i think they are really just counting people in the lower socioeconomic classes. one of the reasons new york is lower on this is because we have transportation taxes. and south dakota is great. but if you don't have a car, i'm gonna guess you would be more happy in new york city with the subway than you would be in south dakota. there's all kinds of other factors they are not looking at. >> the subway in south dakota is terrible. >> we only have seven cars in the whole state of new hampshire. >> and six people are living in them. no, i love new hampshire. i have never been there, actually. john, go ahead and make fun of idaho, missouri and south dakota. >> the booming pop -- population centers. the cultural mega metropolis? this is a nonpolitically biased report, right? >> yes. that's why we are covering it. >> just wanted to make sure that there is no political bias that determines that freedom is the definition of freedom is low taxes. >> i like your roll on this show. you came out and checked it and i uh officialed it. day day i uh officialed it. >> here is the way you were looking at it. the states number one in freedom have large wildernesses. it is where you can hide. freedom means where you can hide. they can't find you. >> are you sure they were not sponsored by the states? >> it is like, honey, we are moving to idaho. >> it is funny. let's face it. when people are thinking about crisis, when they say, that's it. i'm out of here, i am moving to -- it is never new york. they are like, i'm out of here. i'm going to utah. i'm going to idaho. you know there is a psychology of freedom there that when you get to new york even though new york for deviant personalities like anna you can get away with anything. you can get away with things, anna. >> i am not the one who lives in the times square area. that's the center of it all. >> that's true. but you would get away with more in new york than say new hampshire, especially with him driving around. >> and it explains why we have the best s.w.a.t teams in new hampshire. >> they get a lot of practice. >> yeah, we get a lot of ted bundy-types living there. we have to move on. do you have a comment on the show? e-mail us. it is red eye at fox news .com. and to leave a voicemail, it is my favorite part. 212-462-5050. love reading numbers. and coming up, andy levy, a phenomenal pain in the neck. >> tonight's half time report is sponsored by waves. the ridges and swells of various sizes moving along the surface of a large body of water. thanks, waves. welcome back. we go to tv's andy levy first. >> did you see leno on thursday night? >> why do you ask? >> well check this out. >> well more and more people are now calling for anthony wiener to resign, but it is not all bad news. elliott spitser said if he does resign he can join him on his show and they will call it wiener spitser. >> yeah, so? >> well, here is a tape of you from the night after memorial day last week. >> you know, i think he should resign and cnn will give him a job and it about spitser and wiener. sounds gross, sounds gross, but it could work. they are two opinionated guys. >> that's really similar, andy. >> similar, greg? it is pretty much the exact same joke. >> i guess. >> i think you more than guess, greg. >> what do you mean? >> let's see a couple weeks ago you asked if you could borrow my time machine. >> so? >> dowdy. you used my time machine to travel into the future to steel that joke from jay leno? dowdy. it? >> -- do you deny it? >> you got me. >> you owe mr. leno an apology. >> i am sorry mr. leno and i am sorry for be smir ofing his great name. >> i would like my time machine back. >> you will get it yesterday. >> thanks forgiving me back my time machine. >> no problem. 24,000 palin e-mails released. matt, you said it is a witch hunt done by liberals. the request came during the 2008 presidential m ka pain when they were trying to learn about a then little known rch goer. it took three years. >> but they were trying 20* go after somebody at that point and saiing who is that lady? >> trying to find out about somebody is not the same as a witch hunt. no
