officer dylan harris' brother and sister-in-law, david and kayla are harris. good morning to both of you. >> good morning. >> morning. steve: david, tell us, tell us, if you would -- and our heart is breaking for your family are, but tell us what apparently happened with your brother. >> what we know is he witnessed a traffic violation, he made contact with the suspect at a gas station that happened to be across from the police station. the suspect failed to comply with him, you know, wasn't doing anything and ended up in being tased. a couple hours went by, my brother was getting ready to do paperwork at the police station and was shot in retaliation for that arrest. steve: unbelievable. and he had been in law enforcement for a while, but this was the first day at the new job, right? >> yeah.
