Over the course of time, the futures market is expected at 75 or 80 a barrel. If the economy recovers, you will see higher prices. This is very good for china. China does not produce oil. They buy oil. And they buy coal. Yes. Lower oil prices are very, very good for china. Watch for the chinese economy to heat up. The prices have been over 100 a barrel for so long. They will have to cut their production costs. The saudis can produce a barrel of oil for about 75 a barrel. Can america do that.
