I see it as a continuation from friday. Big games that pulled back, i do say bubble, dont like to use a word, but when it comes to biotech i saw the last couple of weeks the it could start collapg on friday and bio techs collapsed early in this session, starting to pull everything along with it. Circuited nasdaq. It is important to point out where we are right now. S p 500 up 1 on the year. The Broader Market rarely in positive territory. What has been scary to me is when the market does really the past few weeks, charles, it has been led by telecom and utility names. High dividend paying stocks, safe names. You have not seen an aggressive investor out there, which means there is some hesitancy to get in the market right now. Charles they are not going to the sidelines. They are rotating to safety. Another major point is the highfliers, a lot of these fans dont even make money. We have to admit that had a huge 2013. High tech names, tesla, netflix. Lot of news associate with that but it feels like the momentum names, some profit taking. They wall street analysts said this would be a stock pickers market 2014. And we have seen that from the investor. They havent been buying groups or sectors, they have been by individual names. Individual names. Charles we get a special treatment from comcast. They bypass all of the heavy web traffic. I can see why it is to apples advantage and i can see why it is to comcast advantage. If there is a way to get streaming faster, yes, people will pay for it. We see 80 of the peopl have taxpayer subsidies. Also, look, charles, at what they are requiring. First of all, everyone has to purchase Health Insurance. Then, there are also benefit requirements. Next, i believe, we will see that states require certain hospitals, certain providers to be covered. That can only increase the cost of the insurance. It also takes away the negotiating power of the company to negotiate lower rates with those providers because now the government is saying i have to cover them. Charles that puts us right back to where we actually began. You mentioned subsidies. I want to ask you about this. 400 above poverty. Do you think that maybe the administration could be desperate enough that it could be even higher . Something they cannot possibly do without legislation. I think congress would find a way to put a stop to that. It would be direct allocation. We are already talking about subsidies. How could they possibly get away with thinking that higher . Wherever you have real serious embedded problems, i think the internet will play a significant role in the next phase of revolution. I keep looking at china. Well, china has done a very good job of being able to maintain certain control over their internet. It is refreshing to see the first lady and Michelle Obama speaking out about this issue. The stuff that is going on right now, i do not know. I want to talk about traffic here in our country. 36 of web traffic is fake. Obviously, it is not good for sellers of advertising. Are they getting the wrong deal . I think that it depends on how you defined it. With advertising, you definitely want to make sure that the quality of traffic that you are generating is high. Charles how do you do that . If i am running a Retail Operation and i am not necessarily tech savvy, someone tells me you guys need an internet plan. We do it. We get out there. In the last eight quarters, they have paid that money back. A gigantic moneymaking machine. Now, the government may shaft individual shareholders. Congress could probably get away with whatever it wants. The constitutional and moral and freemarket angle is just a monster with another name. Fannie and freddie will cease to exist and some other government sponsored enterprise will come into existence. It does not lend money. It buys mortgages. Usually lousy ones and packages them and sells them to investors. The federal government should not be in the business of doing this. I think that that is where the profits came from. Qe3 began in 2012. I think they sold a fed a lot. Now it is a moneymaking machine. The 185 billion used to euros to bail them out came from the fed. Charles it has often given to the administration. The General Motors. Basically find some bankruptcy judge that is willing to change the law. The government is not allowed to take any asset without paying for it.
