>> it is a great political move for senate republicans because this is a way to point to their base and say we did repeal. the key provisions of the obamacare legislation is the foundation of the way the program works is the individual mandate. it's a great political gain and political strategy. however, republicans destabilizing the entire health care market is people's premiums go up even more than they had before, they'll have a lot of blood on their hands so to speak politically. in the senate there is a company bill the alexander murray bill which is a bipartisan bill was sure is that the payments to insurers, which president trump said was going away in the payments to insurers as well as republicans ability to give the state more authority in how they implement the obamacare bill. that means the republicans can feel good about repealing the individual mandate if another bipartisan bill nature insurance market don't know. it could lead to some success in reading together among republicans on the senate. trade press about this outcome in the end of the house and senate roots develop together with the individual mandate is repealed in the end?
