Hillary clinton joined in New Hampshire. In the meantime the first lady First Lady Michelle Obama said to take the stage the Political Panel will digest it from the trail. Ending up costing the banks more than 40 million. Just one day before we get set charlie will be around for that story. Billionaire he wants to put 1 Million People on mars. He wants to do it. We will examine his out of the world idea. Less than an hour to the closing bell. Its begin the countdown. After spending most of the day in the red very close to session highs they reportedly struck a deal to limit Oil Production to 32 and a half Million Barrels per day. It will be executed as the report goes when they meet in november. Nearly five and half percent. And this is the biggest day for the crude oil in six months and the stocks also celebrating the news. Skyrocketing across the board. Up 8 on the news. It is National Drink Beer day. That explains the studio crew. 100billion plus they had cleared another hurdle. They voted in favor of the day. Above 818 for the first time in contract for another record close. And flipping over to a big loser on wall street. Some 24 and a quarter after the mattress giant slashed its full year revenue. Theyre not liking that news down 24 percent. We do have history on capitol hill. They did override the veto. That is the first veto from president obama. Peter barnes is following the latest there covering the latest adam shapiro the opec oil deal. It picked up in the last half hour because of the announcement that in november as you said they will be trying to finalist the agreement which will cut production to between 32 and half Million Barrels per day that would be down from august levels. I dont need to tell you there is a glut of oil on the world wide market. Oil shot up in the last half hour. But they closed at 47 dollars and 5 cents per barrel. It is the biggest gained. Oil getting a boost there. Clearly this is big news. That inventory in the United States fell more than have been expected inventories were down 1. 8 Million Barrels. A double whammy. Thank you very much. You are watching right now is the house voting to override president obamas veto. That is the victims of the 911 attack. They overwhelmingly voted 97 to one against the president s veto to over overrides it. Has been a fastmoving and developing story. All of the details you need to know about the hit historic event. They each needed two thirds of the house. They have officially gotten more than two thirds. 34877. And it follows the vote in the senate early this morning. They were trying to scramble to try to find they think that that families the family should have their day in court. All they want is the opportunity to present their case in the court of law and that is what this legislation would get. Under our system of justice. They discounted concerns that foreign governments could now all American Companies and citizens into their courts. They will now sell their billions in u. S. Bond holdings. Thank you very much. We do have some breaking news on wells fargo learning that california is suspending business relations with the bank. They are barring the nations largest issuer. They forfeit more than 60 million combined in bonuses and unvested stock options. After a graded to pay a hundred and 85 milliondollar fine. The firebrand on that committee. Its can be high drama i would say. And here is what i would say. If they have a redo of his appearance before the house like he did. But even worse than that didnt have a grasp of many of the facts and circumstances and didnt suggest that they took concrete steps to prevent this scandal which was a highpressure sales tactic by the way that is called a bank fraud. The numbers are low on this. Actual money being ripped off. You start creating accounts in someone elses name that is called bank fraud. The fact that they gave the money back it doesnt count. If he can answer questions tomorrow that basically says this. The bank understands its a cultural problem. They have taken massive steps to stop it and this will never happen again. I think its probably a good bet that he will stay around for a while. But longterm his job is in jeopardy. Im hearing that from people pretty close to the bank. If he is i will be there. And we will try to advance the story tomorrow. To the campaign trail now. Some life pictures. The former democratic primary opponent joining the democratic nominee. There is a crowd waiting for Hillary Clinton the real news happening over on capitol hill today. Just as the camp called that and that it was feeding. Fbi director james comey testifying today after clintons top aides were granted immunity as part of an fbi probe. They reject a call to reopen the clinton email case. How about donald trump. He is scheduled to speak in the next hour. Unless his Campaign Says it has raised 18 million in the hours following the debate. They have the very latest if i didnt get all the details from the campaign trail. There is a lot going on. We will take some of it. Lets start in New Hampshire. She is said to have some vip help in that state. Alongside Ernie Sanders. A couple things to know on this one. It was sanders arrival beat her in the state by 26 plus points. During the primary more republicans voted in New Hampshire the democrats. Hillary clinton is up about five points in that state right now if she is to hold onto that lead about 42 days from now shes gonna need the help of Bernie Sanders supporters and shes expecting to get that today i believe a live look shows her getting up on that stage. That Younger Voters that they had been trying to target in the recent days and it was millennial voters. They have their hands up high. It was democratic millenials who went for sanders and the primary today she brings sanders out onto the campaign trail in the state that he carried during the primary. Back here in dc the have of the fbi testified here on capitol hill lets listen into Bernie Sanders generating that excitement. Lets listen in. I want to take secondary clinton for inviting me to join her here in the great state of New Hampshire. And today i am asking all of you to think big not small. To understand that here in the United States we are the wealthiest nation in the history of the world and if we are prepared to stand together and not allow people to divide us out if we are prepared to stand up to powerful and wealthy and greedy special interests there is nothing that we can accomplish no goal that we cannot achieve and that includes making fundamental changes in the way we find Higher Education in our country. Now here is a simple truth 40 or 50 years ago in New Hampshire in vermont virtually any place in america you went out and you got a High School Degree the odds are you can go out and get a decent paying job and make it into the middle class. That was the world 40 or 50 years ago. But that is not the world today. The world has changed the Global Economy has changed technology has changed and education has changed. Today in highly competitive Global Economy if we are can have the kind of standard of living that the people of the United States deserve we need to have the best education and workforce in the United States. And in the world. But let me be very honest with you and tell you that sadly that is not the case today. Our nation used to lead the world with Young Americans with college degrees. We were number one. Today, we are number 15 and that is not acceptable. That is why secretary clinton and i understand that in todays world when we talk about Public Education is no longer good enough to talk about the first grade through high school that was wonderful 30 or 40 years ago it is not enough today. In today when we talk about Public Education and must be making public colleges and universities tuition free for the middle class and working families of this country. [applause]. Now during the Campaign Secretary clinton had some very strong proposals at a different approach but we came together after the campaign in which the agreement that says that every family in this country earning 125,000 or less thats 83 percent population should be able to send their kids to public colleges and University Tuition free. And make no mistake about it this is a revolutionary proposal for the future of our country with a wide reaching implications. It means that first students will not be leaving college with outrageous levels of student debt. I went all over this country during the campaign and i talked to too many young people and people who were not so young who are paying off student debt for 30, 50 100,000 and in some cases it was taking them decades to pay off his debts. I want young people to leave school excited about the future. Not being saddled with tens of thousands of dollars in student debt. And secondly, making public colleges makes them even more profound than just reducing student debt. In my state here in New Hampshire and throughout this country kids who dont know anybody my parents never went to college and they are thinking to themselves theres no way in gods earth that there ever gonna make it through college and into the middle class. What this proposal tells us is that if you are a low income family is of able to make and to college. Today hundreds of thousands of bright and qualified young people do not get a Higher Education for one reason and one reason alone their family lacks the income. That is unfair for those families it is unfair for the future of this country how many great sciences and engineers and lease officers are out there who well never get a chance to do what they could do. You have the ability you will be able to get a college education. And why we are going to make public colleges tuition free they havent already occurred with that. And lower those student debt as well. It makes no sense for us that we can go get an automobile loan refinance your home for two or three or 4 and theres millions of people stuck with Interest Rates on their student debt at six, seven, 8 . They should be able to refinance those at the lowest Interest Rates they can find. Some people will say its a good idea making this tuition free but its expensive the truth is it is an expensive proposal. A familiar tone. Weve heard it many times before. Calling for free tuition obviously talking to millenials thank you for joining us. We have heard this before can Hillary Clinton pick up bernies votes even though we know to those hacked emails that her campaign shut down what we know is that they are trying really hard weve seen huge efforts this week new events. I think you can see Ernie Sanders campaigning. They are working to address it. Im encouraged by what ive seen so far. Then will take a break. Does this help hillary can the supporters and jump on her bandwagon. The fact that she went to North Carolina and spoke in africanamerican groups. In a Minority Group that voted heavily for obama but are excited about her at all and if shes trying to do something about that maybe will help a little. It appears the Hillary Clinton has a nice bump coming out of the debate i think ive seen in her demeanor. She seems more relaxed. Its not that long before the next debate what does she have to do between now and then. I think she is to keep her head down and keep working. I think there is a lift and everybody step. I think we feel like we have a slight lead and if she can beat trump and each of these debates she should be the next president. I think frankly many people were surprised he seemed really unprepared im sure hes can be working much harder to make sure the next debate is not as bad as this last one was. We will have to take a break. We will jump back in in the meantime just wanted to mention the market was very close. On the back of a potential deal. It seems to like that. We will be right back. Ashley go back out to durham, New Hampshire. You can see Hillary Clinton speaking at an event. Lets listen in. Were not only electing a president but were electing a commanderinchief. Were looking to see who can protect our country and provide steady and strong leadership around the world. I was very honored today to earn the endorsement of john warner, a retired republican senator, world war ii. [applause] veteran, former, former secretary of the navy who served under two republican president s. I served with him on the Senate Armed Services committee. And i have the deepest respect for his patriotism and its a great honor. He has never endorse ad democrat for president before. And im also very grateful that a number of republicans and independents here in New Hampshire have announced their support for this campaign. [cheers and applause] in fact, it is really an extraordinary honor that 150 republicans here New Hampshire, are supporting this campaign because they understand how high the stakes are. The next, the next 40 days will determine the next 40 years. So im going to close my campaign the way i started my Public Service and my career, fighting for kids and families. That has been the cause of my life and it will be the mission of my presidency. [cheers and applause] and when you go to vote in november or if you vote early, it is not just my name on the ballot. Every issue you care about think about it. It is in effect on the ballot too. It is whether or not we continue to fight Climate Change or we give in to denial. [applause] this is a big deal. I never thought when i gave my acceptance speech at the Democratic National convention that i would have to put in the following sentence , i believe in science. [cheers and applause] Climate Change is is real, its serious and we have to be united and committed in addressing it. I never thought i would ashley lets jump in here. Youre listening to Hillary Clinton at a Campaign Event in durham, New Hampshire. I still have our guests with us. Thanks for sticking around. Simon rosenberg a democratic strategist, fred barnes with us as well, Weekly Standard editor. Welcome to you both. Fred, let me see with, Climate Change, at an event calling for Free College Tuition for those people earning a certain amount of money, 125,000 or less. What does mr. Trump have to do between now and the debate or does it really matter . If he has a strong showing at next debate are we back where we started before the big event on monday night . I dont see how he can have a strong showing, one, unless he changes his approach and two, stresses issues that he has a distinct advantage of. One is the economy. Now Hillary Clinton, and Bernie Sanders, they want to pay for college and take away some of the loans that students have already gotten, they wont have to pay as much. Taxpayers will have to pay for that. And hillarys tax increases are incredible. And look, the Trump Program is basically one that john f. Kennedy used, that Ronald Reagan used, to a lesser extent bill clinton used but it works. Spending a whole lot of money is what obama tried and we have had a flat economy. So he needs to talk about that, about immigration and about crime and terrorism. And not talk about rosie odonnell. Ashley very good. Simon, bring you in quickly, if donald trump is so awful and Hillary Clinton and others have said why, and his troop of deplorables i add, why is the polling showing her to be in a pretty close race . Look, i think any republican nominee for president would start with 45 of the vote. And i think that is about where trump is. The question now is can he get above that . Hillary is starting to inmuch up into the high 40s. He has been down in the low 40s. This will be competitive race, no doubt about it. One thing i disagree with fred on, somebody who worked for bill clinton, Donald Trumps Economic Policy looks nothing like with we did with bill clinton in the 1990s. Democrats now twice in a row, weve seen strong job growth, lower annual deficits, Median Income going up. Ashley right. Last two republicans president s, Median Income going down, unemployment go
