attorney says his client is willing to be interviewed voluntarily. jerry nadler plans to authorize a subpoena this week for the full unredacted version. nadler is not saying whether the subpoena will be issued before attorney general william barr publicly releases the redacted mueller report. that is expected to happen later this month. >> finalizing the subpoena will take place one day after today's deadline. barr says he is working with mueller to finish redacting the report. according to the attorney general, those redactions include grand jury testimony, grand jury material, sensitive intelligence material, information from owning investigations and information that could damage the reputations of people not charged in the mueller probe. breaking overnight, police in los angeles have named a suspect in the shooting death of rapper nipsey hussle. authorities say the gunman identified as eric holder was last spotted in 2016, white four door chevy cruz license plate number -- through on his threat to close the border with mexico. even the white house admits its anyone's guess. president trump adviser stephen miller says trump has not decided yet. it depends on how the week goes. the president vowed to act if mexico does not step up and stop all illegal immigration. homeland security secretary kirstjen nielsen bowing out of a g 7 meeting in paris to deal with the situation at the southern border. >> administration officials tell cnn a border shut down could be catastrophic. they believe it would create a world of hurt economically and they doubt how realistic it is to close down parts of the border. the trump administration is speeding up the hiring of 750 new officers. a growing number of migrant families are surrendering to u.s. border agents in the texas rio grande valley. customs officials say they are doing their best in a bad situation, especially for young children caught up in the crisis. >> we are doing everything we can in our power to ensure that they're safe. that's all. we want to let them know they're safe now. i'm father. i'm a grandfather. somebody needs to do something about this. this goes on each and every day. our officers are dealing with this each and every day. >> the white house is considering appointing a border immigration czar to oversea efforts to contain and manage the migrant surge. closing the border could drive more undocumented immigrants to cross illegally between legal ports of entry. an economic calamity, that's what the chamber of commerce said would happen if the president shut the border with mexico. it would tank the economy, here's what's at stake, trucks and railroads carry $1.7 billion in goods, supporting 5 million american jobs. the manufacturers have supply chains that crisscross canada, the u.s. and mexico. imports of auto parts, commuter hardware, produce like avocados, strawberries and mangos. the chamber also notes the u.s. exports more to mexico than china. think about that. the u.s. exports more to mexico than china and imports from mexico are parts and tools that feed america's factories. this president has a sim polisi view of trade. the u.s. ran a trade deficit politicians are incompetent or corrupt. their government can't do anything right. the second measure passed the democratic controlled house months ago but failed narrowly in the senate with republicans criticizing it for not including enough flood relief money for the midwest. members of both parties now in a precarious political spot being open to attacks from the opposing party for blocking much needed disaster aid. boeing 737 max jets will remain grounded for weeks chl. the faa announcing the manufacturers needs more time to make the fix. boeing is not saying why the time line for the software fix changed but an aviation source tells the company found an additional piece to address in the final review of the software. the 737 max is grounded worldwide after similar crashes in indonesia and ethiopia killed 365 people in a five month span. baltimore's mayor taking an indefinitely leave of absence citing a battle with pneumonia. the announcement comes after a scandal of a running government departments. it is about the politics of where we are right now, and that is a divided cabinet for theresa may, based on what she heard last night. no votes on all of those issues that were supposed to be indicative of the options going forward from a customs union to a norway type arrangement, to a second referendum. all of those rejected so theresa may today has a cabinet split. those who are pressuring her and they're in the majority of the moment, pressuring her to leave the european union next friday without a deal, with all the impact that would have on business in the uk and europe, and those others within her cabinet that are pressuring her to go for a longer extension, perhaps bolting on to something like the customs union which lost by three votes in that indicative vote last night. it's not clear where this is going to end today. the possibility of resignations from within the cabinet, a possibility of a snap election, the task for the prime minister having to decide, going down to the line at some point over the next ten days before britain is supposed to leave the european union. something will have to become clear. maybe later today. we have shanghai in particular and hong kong having decent sessions with tokyo closing a little bit lower on wall street. futures are slightly slower, a direction list after what was a good day. markets finished strong on the first day of the second quarter. the dow up nearly 330 points, that's more than a percent. that's the highest close since october for the dow. the s&p 500 up more than 1%, the nasdaq up better. today, by the way, is something called equal payday. this symbolizes how far into the year women have to work to earn what men earned in the previous year, when you look on average at the pay disparity, today is the day women caught up with men from last year on average. saudi ramcois the world's most profitable country. they made $11 billion last year according to moodies. for comparison, apple, the world's most profitable public company made 59.4 billion last year, just over half as much as aramco. it would have been the largest initial public offering ever but the offer never happened. amazon is slashing prices on hundreds of products at whole foods for the third time in two years, price cuts go into effect tomorrow. mostly focussing on produce here. amazon and whole foods said customers will save an average of 20% on select items, including greens, tomatoes and fruits. amazon has tried to revamp whole foods whole paycheck image since it bought the grocery brand two years ago. prices have risen for three straight months. walmart and costco, they have lowered their prices, putting pressure on amazon. there's a big fight in that space. burger king has a plan to bring in new customers vegetarian whoppers. think about that for a moment. this is not an april fool's joke. burger king announced monday it would launch the impossible whopper, made with plant based pat patties with impossible foods this week. if all goes well, burger king will roll out the impossible whopper nationally. burger king is not the first place to try impossible projects, including cabrera with the latest. about a month ago should be a bone fied snow event. some of us could see snowfall as a result tonight into tomorrow for interior new england, for the southeast and the mid
