We saw in the 2012 race when he was chosen as mitt romneys Vice President ial nominee, he does have the ability to unite the conservatives on one side and then also the rest of the party on the other. But at this point its really unclear whether anyone can govern. And certainly people out here in nevada who are watching this from afar are saying what is going on back there .
