a mandatory evacuation zone. but i want to show you this presidential tower. it's right here behind me. i spoke to a couple earlier this morning. they were walking around the area here. telling me that they lived in this tower and that they were going to ride out the storm here. you can see a lot of these apartments are dark. but some of the apartments still have the lights on. the power is still on in this area. but it might go as the hours go on. and the storm continues to increase and conditions continue to worsen. that is going to be something that we will be watching for here. in addition to the storm surge. that is the primary area of concern here. anywhere from 4 to 7 feet of water is what is expected in the area. the ocean is in this direction. if it starts to move inland. all of this presidential and hotel property will be in the way. and that is catastrophic levels of water. as mentioned, likely to create a lot of damage and potential loss of life. omar?
