it is a far more significant charge, and moving methodically, and number one, to be only a year past the events, and looking at the january 6th committee that is investigating it only seven months in that, and in investigation terms, there is lightning fast for this many channels of significant nature, and given how rarely that the seditious conspiracy charges were thrown out, because it is a crime charge to bring. so given the nay shouse, and the severity of it, it is a big moment in the investigation. >> and i am reminded of mare rick garland's comments saying
