some of those voids, but at the same time staff are exhausted. we are all working. it is not -- nobody is -- has any reprieve from it. it is all of the directors, you know, everybody is working to make this happen, and it is exhausting. it is very taxing. everybody needs something, and it is not just the nursing. it is all of the ancillary. it takes the entire hospital to care for a patient. so while i know that my focus is the immediate bedside care, that also includes all of the ancillary support as well. it is the whole system is taxed. >> you know, i listened to that news conference where you said you have been doing this for 26 years and you never had a situation like this. i wonder if you would talk more just how it feels to come to work every day and do the job when it looks like the numbers are not going to give you any
