i'm not saying it is a foregone conclusion it will be overturned but the very notion that the supreme court who takes a minutia of the cases that come before them is repeatedly revisiting this issue of affirmative action, a well settled principle in our society, is really telling about just how important it is to be a able to be in the position of the president of the united states and nominate those for the supreme court or maybe a senate majority leader and block one's nomination to the court t is very consequential and it plays in day in and day out every day in this country and yet again with precedent. >> laura coates, thanks as always. appreciate it. >> thank you, don. a disgraceful speech from a member of one of america's most influential political families suggesting people who refuse to be vaccinated are worse off than anne frank. there are people out there who believe his outrageous b.s. flies. how can anybody think that's okay?
