and argentina. in the meantime, the u.s. is sending 80 military people to chad to search for the girls. they say the personnel are not combat troops. they're there to help with surveillance and reconnaissance for aircraft missions. >> people have said it's a needle in a haystack. it's a needle in a jungle. we're talking about an area roughly the size of west virginia and it's dense forest jungle. we do still believe that these girls have been split up into small groups. for all we know, i don't know this for a fact, but they could be broken up into smaller groups yet still and be moved around so it's very difficult in terms of the geography, the actual size, just square miles of what we're trying to search and then of course you have this very dense jungle cover. so it's going to be hard. >> and the u.s. congress is trying to figure out what more the united states can do to help
