On the other hand when you look at new home sales, these particular homes were selling at a premium. You also have to look at the number of homes by price. If you look at the number of homes by price specifically for new homes, you see there is not a whole lot this month that sold that was less than 300,000. Most of the activity happened in the 300,000500,000 range. So we need more activity at the low end where there is demand that is picking up, but the inventories are still very low for that space.
