Tonight will be an epic battle between who are clinton and donald trump here at washington university. You see their bill clinton, the 42nd president of the United States, who knows he is going to be discussed shortly in terms that will likely be vivid and personal. Will ask you this we have said it dozens of times, Hillary Clinton has been waiting for this, steeling herself for it. She prepares like crazy. Im sure all of these issues have been litigated in practice, but it is different when it is gametime and you have to get in front of 60 Million People. This isg to be going to feel not like a debate. This is going to be a different thing for her. Mark as meticulous and careful as her team is, certainly they have tried to dig up every possible way donald trump could broach these issues. They probably did not think of the press conference. Is this a situation in which all the preparation in the world can truly prepare . You see a vodka trump and eric and ivanka trumpdka and eric trump and melania trump. This is an unbreakable situation. John the second president ial debate is about to begin. We are going to be broadcasting that live on Bloomberg Television and on twitter. Is going to be on live on the stream all night long. We are going to be back afterwards. We are going to the debate hall now. Ms. Raddatz good evening, i am Arthur Raddatz from abc news i am Martha Raddatz from abc news. Mr. Cooper and im Anderson Cooper from cnn. We want to welcome you to the second debate. Tonights debate is a town hall format, which gives voters the chance to directly ask questions. Martha and i will ask followup questions, but the night belongs to people in this room and across the country who have submitted questions. Ms. Raddatz the people you see on this stage were chosen by the gallup organization. They are all from the st. Louis area and told gallup they have not committed to a candidate. Each of them came here with questions they want to ask, and we saw those questions for the first time this morning. Anderson and i and our team from abc and cnn are the only ones who have seen them. Both candidates will have two minutes to answer each question. We hope to get to as many questions as we can, so we have asked the audience not to slow things down with any applause. Except for now. Ladies and gentlemen, the republican nominee for president , donald j. Trump, and the democratic nominee for president , Hillary Clinton. [applause] mr. Cooper thank you very much for being here. We are going to begin with a question from one of the members in our town hall. Each of you will have two minutes to respond. Secretary clinton, you will go first. The first question comes from patrice. Thank you and good evening. The last president ial debate could have been rated as ma, mature audiences. Educators assign students to view as homework. Do you feel you are modeling appropriate behavior for todays youth . Ms. Clinton thank you. Are you a teacher . Yes. Ms. Clinton that is a very appropriate question, because i have heard from a lot of teachers concerns about things that are being done in this campaign. I think it is important for us to make clear to our children that our country really is great because we are good. And we are going to respect one another, lift each other up. We are going to be looking for ways to celebrate our diversity. And we are going to try to reach out to every boy and girl, as well as every adult, to bring them in to working on behalf of our country. I have a very positive and optimistic view about what we can do together. That is why the slogan of my campaign is stronger together. I think if we work together, if we overcome the divisiveness that sometimes sets americans against one another and instead, we make some big goals i have set forth some big goals, getting the economy to work for everyone, making sure that we have the best Education System from preschool through college, and making it affordable and so much else. If we set those goals and go together to try to achieve them, there is nothing, in my opinion, that america cant do. That is why i hope that we will come together in this campaign. Obviously, im hoping to earn your vote. Im hoping to be elected in november. And i can promise you, i will work with every american. I want to be a president for all americans, regardless of your political beliefs, where you come from, what you look like, your religion. I want to heal our country and bring it together, because that is the best way for us to get the future that our children and grandchildren deserve. Mr. Cooper thank you. Mr. Trump, you have two minutes. Mr. Trump i actually agree with that, i agree with everything she said. I began this campaign because i was so tired of seeing such foolish things happen to our country. This is a great country. I have gotten to know the people of the country over the last year and a half that i have been doing this as a politician. I cannot believe im saying that about myself, but i guess i have been a politician. And my whole concept was to make America Great again. When i watch the deals being made, when i watch what is happening with some horrible things, like obamacare, where your health care is going up by numbers that are astronomical, 68 , 59 , 71 . When i look at the iran deal and how bad it is for us, a onesided transaction where we billion toback 150 the number one terrorist state. We have made them a strong country from a week country just three years ago. When i look at all the things i see and all the potential our country has, we have such tremendous potential. Whether it is in business and trade, where we are doing so badly. Last year, we had an almost 800 billion trade deficit. It is hard to believe. Inconceivable. You say, who is making these deals . Youre going to make great trade deals, have a strong border, bring back law and order. A policeman was just shot, and this is happening on a weekly basis. We have to bring back respect to law enforcement. At the same time, we have to take care of people on all sides. We need justice. I want to do things that have not been done, including fixing in making our inner cities better for the africanamerican citizens that are so great, and for the latinos and hispanics. That, it isrd to called make America Great again. Mr. Cooper the question from patrice was about, are you both modeling positive and appropriate behaviors from todays youth. Ofhave received a lot questions online about the tape that was released on friday. You called what you said locker room banter. You describe kissing women without consent and grabbing their genitals. That is sexual assault. You grab you brad that you aggedsexually you br that you have sexually assaulted women. Do you understand that . Mr. Trump that is not what happened. This is locker room talk. I have apologized, and im not proud of it, but this is locker room talk. In a world where you have isis chopping off heads, wars and horrible sites all over, where you have so many bad things happening, this is like Medieval Times we have not seen anything like this, carnage all over the world. Can you imagine the people that are frankly doing so well against us with isis, and they look at our country and see what is going on . Im very embarrassed by it, i hate it, but it is locker room talk, and it is one of those things. I will knock the hell out of isis. We are going to defeat isis. Isis happened a number of years ago in a vacuum that was left because of bad judgment. And i will tell you, i will take care of isis. Mr. Cooper mr. Trump mr. Trump we will get on to more important and bigger things. Mr. Cooper just for the record, are you saying that you did not actually kiss women or grope women without consent . Mr. Trump nobody has more respect for women than i do. You hear these things are said. And i was embarrassed by it, but i have tremendous respect for women and women have respect for me. No, i havee not. Not. And i will tell you, i will make our country safe. We will have borders around our country. They are coming in for the middle east and other places. We are going to make America Great again and safe again. And we are going to make america wealthy again, because if you dont do that, it sounds harsh to say, but we have to build up the wealth of our nation other nations mr. Cooper thank you, mr. Trump. Secretary clinton, do you want to respond . Ms. Clinton like everybody else, i have spent a lot of time thinking over the last 48 hours about what we heard and saw. With prior republican nominees, i disagreed with them on politics, policies, principles, i never questioned their fitness to serve. Donald trump is different. I said starting back in june that he was not fit to be president and commander in chief. And many republicans and independents have said the same thing. Ont we all saw and heard friday was donald talking about women, what he thinks about women, what he does to women, and he has said that the video does not represent who he is. But i think it is clear to anyone who heard it that it represents exactly who he is. Because we have seen this throughout the campaign. We have seen him insult women. Rate women onim their appearance, ranking them from one to 10. We have seen him and there is women on tv and on twitter. They saw him after the first debate spent nearly a week denigrating a former Miss Universe in the harshest, most personal terms. So yes, this is who donald trump is. But it is not only women and it is not only this video that raises questions about his fitness to be our president. Because he has also targeted immigrants, africanamericans, latinos, people with , muslims, andpows so many others. This is who donald trump is. The question our country must this is not who we are. That is why, to go back to your question, i want to send a message we all should to every boy and girl and the entire world that america already is great, but we are great because we are good. And we will respect one another, and we will work with one another, and we will celebrate our diversity. These are very important values to me, because this is the america that i know and love. And i can pledge to you tonight that this is the america that i will serve if im fortunate enough to become your president. Ms. Raddatz we want to get to some questions from online. Ms. Clinton . Mr. Trump can i respond to that . It is just words, it is just words. Ive been hearing them for many years. I heard them when they were running for the senate in new york when hillary was going to bring back jobs to upstate new york, and she failed. Where hillaryhem is constantly talking about the inner cities of our country, which are disaster education wise and job wise, safety wise, in every way possible. Im going to help the africanamericans, latinos, hispanics. Im going to help with the inner cities. She has done a terrible job for the africanamericans. She wants your vote and she does nothing. We saw that firsthand when she was the United States senator. She campaigned ms. Raddatz mr. Trump i want to get to audience questions. Mr. Trump so she is allowed to do that, but im not allowed to respond . Sounds fair. Ms. Raddatz this tape is generating intense interest. That has become the single most talked about story of the entire facebook, withn millions and millions of people discussing it on the social network. As we set a moment ago, we do want to bring in questions from voters around the country via social media. Our first question on this topic is, trump says the campaign has changed him. When did that happen . Mr. Trump, let me add to that. When you walked off the bus at the age of 59, were you a different man, or did that behavior continue until just recently . You have two minutes. Mr. Trump i just told you, that was locker room talk. Im not proud of it. I am a person who has Great Respect for people, my family, the people of this country. Certainly i am not proud of it, but that was something that happened if you look at bill clinton, far worse. Mine are words, and his was action. There has never been anybody in the history of politics in this nation that has been so abusive to women. So you can say anyway you want to say it, but bill clinton was abusive to women. Hillary clinton attacked those same women and attacked them viciously. Four of them are here tonight. One of the women, a wonderful woman, at 12 years old, was raped at 12. Her client she represented got him off, and she is seen laughing at two separate occasions, laughing at the girl who was raped. Kathy sheldon, that young woman, is here with us tonight. Dont tell me about words. Absolutely, i apologize for those words. But it is things that people say. But what president clinton did he was impeached, he lost his license to practice law, he had to pay an 850,000 fine one of the women, pol a jones, who is also here tonight pollock paula jones, who is also here tonight. When hillary talks about words that i said years ago, i think she should be ashamed of herself. [applause] ms. Raddatz please hold the applause. Secretary clinton, you have two minutes. Ms. Clinton first, let me start by saying that so much of what he just said is not right, but he gets to run his campaign anyway he chooses. He gets to decide what he wants to talk about and set of answering peoples questions, talking about our agenda, laying out the plans that we have that we think can make a better life and better country. That is his choice. When i hear Something Like that, i am reminded of what my friend, Michelle Obama am a advised us all when they go low, you go high. [applause] [cheers] ms. Clinton if this were just about one video, maybe what he is saying tonight would be understandable. That everyone can draw their own conclusions at this point, about whether or not the man on the video or the man on the stage respects women. But he never apologizes for anything or to anyone. He never apologized to mr. And , the gold star family whose son died in the line of duty in iraq. And donald insulted and attacked them for weeks over their religion. He never apologized to the distinguished federal judge who , but donaldindiana said he could not be trusted to be a judge because his parents were mexican. He never apologized to the reporter that he mimicked and mocked on national television, and our children were watching. And he never apologized for the racist lie that president obama was not born in the United States of america. He owes the president an apology, he owes our country and to take and he needs responsibility for his actions and his words. The president owe and apology, because as you know very well, your campaign sidney blumenthal, another real winner that you have he is the one who got this started. They were on television saying exactly that. You really owe him an apology. You are the one who sent the pictures around with president obama and a certain garb. That was long before i was involved, so you actually owe him an apology. Number two, Michelle Obama. Have gone to see the commercials that they have done on you, and i have gone to see some of the most vicious commercials i have ever seen of Michelle Obama talking about you, hillary. You talked about a friend go back and take a look at those commercials. A race you lost fair and square, unlike the Bernie Sanders race, where you won but not fair and square, in my opinion. All you have to do is take a look at wikileaks and see what they said about Bernie Sanders and see what Deborah Wasserman schultz had in mind, because between superdelegates and her, he never had a chance. I was so surprised to see him sign on with the devil. But when you talk about apology, i think the one you should really be apologizing for our the 33,000 emails that you deleted and that you acid washed. And then the two boxes of emails and other things last week that were taken from an office and are now missing. What, i didell you not think i would say this, but im going to say it, and i hate to say it. But if i win, im going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation, because there has never been so many lies, so much deception, there has never been anything like it. And we are going to have a special prosecutor. When i go out and speak, the people of this country are furious. That opinion, the people are the longterm workers at the fbi are furious. There has never been anything like this were emails and you get a sabena you get a subpoena, and after getting a subpoena, you delete 33,000 emails and then you bleach them, as you would say, a variant expensive process. So we are going to get a special prosecutor in look into it. Because peoples lives have been destroyed for doing 1 5 of what you have done, and you should be ashamed of yourself. Everything he just said is absolutely false, but im not surprised. Ms. Raddatz the audience needs to calm down here. Ms. Clinton in the first debate, i told people it would be impossible to fact check on it all the time. Fact check donald all the time. I would not be able to talk about everything i want to do to make lives better people. Go to my website, you can fact check him in realtime. At the first debate, we had millions of people Fact Checking , so i expect we will have millions more. It is it is just awfully good that someone with a temperament of donald trump is not in charge of the law and our country. Mr. Trump because you would be in jail. [cheers] mr. Cooper we want to remind the audience to please not talk out loud. Please do not apply. You are wasting time. Ms. Raddatz secretary clinton, i do want to follow up on emails. You said you were handling of emails was a mistake. The fbigreed with director calling your handling of classified information extremely careless. 110fbi said there were classified emails exchanged, eight of which were topsecret, and that it was possible hostile actors did gain access to those emails. You dont call those extreme the careless . Ms. Clinton i have said it before, but i will repeat it. That was a mistake, and i take responsibility for using a personal email account. Obviously, if i were to do it over again, i would not. Im not making any excuses. It was a mistake, and im very sorry about that. But i think it is also important to point out where there are some misleading accusations from critics and others. Investigation,ng there is no evidence that anyone hacked the server i was using, and there is no evidence that anyone can point to at all anyone who says otherwise has no basis that any classified material and it up in the wrong hands. I take classified material very seriously and always have,. When i was on the Senate Armed Services committee, i was privy to a lot of classified material. Obviously, as secretary of state i have some of the most important secrets that we possess, such as going after bin laden. To takingry committed classified information seriously, and as i said, there is no evidence that any classified information and it up in the wrong hands. Mr. Trump and yet, she did not know the word the letter c on a document. She didnt even know what that letter meant. It is amazing, im watching hillary going after facts, and she is lying again, because she said what she did with emails was fine. You think it was fine to delete 33,000 emails . She said they had to do with her daughters wedding and yoga class. Orl, maybe three or four five could be, but 33,000 emails deleted. More importantly, that was after getting a subpoena. That was after. She got it from the United States congress, and im so disappointed and congressmen, including publicans including republicans, for allowing this to happen. Her husband goes into an airplane for 35 minutes, talks to the attorney general days before ruling is made on her case. But for you to say that there was nothing wrong with you eting 39,000 emails again, you should be ashamed of yourself. And this is after getting a subpoena from the United States congress mr. Cooper we have to move on. Ms. Raddatz we want to give the audience a chance. Mr. Trump you should be put in jail. Mr. Cooper secretary clinton, you can respond, but we have to move on to an audience question. Ms. Clinton it is just not true. Personal emails, not official. Mr. Trump 33,000. Ms. Clinton well we turned over mr. Cooper please allow her to respond, she did not talk while you talked. Ms. Clinton i did not i try not to in the first debate, and i will try not to in this debate. I want to get to the questions that people need to ask. Donald, i know you are into a diversion tonight, anything to avoid talking about your campaign and the way republicans are leaving you but i want to talk about the issues people care about tonight. Mr. Cooper we have a question from ken about health care. Mr. Trump i would like to know, why arent you bringing out the emails . It has not been finished at all. R. Cooper 10 has a question mr. Trump one on three, thank you. The Affordable Care act known as obamacare is not affordable. Up,iums have gone deductibles have gone up, copays have gone up, and the coverage has gone down. What will you do to bring costs down and make coverage better . Start out we will with secretary clinton, because you started with the last one. Ms. Clinton if he wants to start, he can start. Mr. Trump no, im a gentleman, hillary, go ahead. Ms. Clinton i think donald was about to say he is going to solve it by repealing it and getting rid of the Affordable Care act. And im going to fix it, because i agree with you. Premiums have gone too high, copays, deductibles, prescription here is what i do not want people to forget when we are talking about reining in the cost which has to be the highest priority of the next president. When the Affordable Care act pass, it was not just the 29 people that got insurance that did not have a before, but that was a good thing. I need these people all the time and they tell me what a difference having the insurance meant to them and their families. The 170 million of us that get Health Insurance through our employers got big benefits. The one, Insurance Companies cannot deny you coverage is of a preexisting condition. Number two, no lifetime limits. That is a big deal if you have Serious Health problems. Number three, women cannot be charged more than men for our Health Insurance which is the way it used to be before the Affordable Care act. Number four, if you are under 26 and your parents have a policy, you can be on the policy until the age of 26. Something that did not happen before. Whatt very much to save works and is good about the Affordable Care act, but we have to get cost down. We have to provide some additional help to Small Businesses so that they can afford to provide Health Insurance. If we were appealing, as donald has proposed and start over again, all of those benefits i just mentioned are lost to everybody, not just people that get their Health Insurance on the exchange. And then we would have to start all over again. Healthow, we write 90 in current Health Insurance coverage, the highest we have been. I want to get to 100 by get cost down and keep quality up. Mr. Cooper mr. Trump you have two minutes. Mr. Trump it is a great question and it is the question i get more than anything else outside of defense. Obamacare is a disaster. We all know it. It is going up at numbers that no one has ever seen like this for health care. It is only getting worse. It implodes by itself. They plan to go ask congress for more money. We are almost 20 trillion in debt. Obamacare will never work. It is very bad, very bad Health Insurance. And not onlysive, expensive for the person that has a, unbelievably expensive for our country. It is one of the biggest line items very shortly. We have to repeal it and replace it with something absolutely much less expensive and , where yourat works plan can be tailored. We have to get rid of the lines around the state where we stop Insurance Companies from coming because theying want to leave those lines because that gives the Insurance Companies essentially monopoly. We want competition. You will have the finest Health Care Plan there is. She wants to go to a Single Player pay her plan. When the canadiens need a big operation, when something happens, they come to the United States in many cases ,ecause their system is so slow it is catastrophic in certain ways. She wants to go to singlepayer, which means the government basically rules everything. Hillary clinton has been after this for years. Obamacare was the first step. Obamacare is a total disaster. Not only of the rates going up by numbers no one has ever seen, unless you get hit by a truck, you are never going to be able to use it. It is a disastrous plan and it has to be repealed and replaced. Mr. Cooper secretary clinton, your husband called obamacare the craziest thing and the world. Premiums doubled, coverage cut in half. Was he mistaken . Ms. Clinton no. He clarified what he meant. It is a very clear. Int, we are in a situation our country where if we were to start all over again, we might come up with a different system. But we have an employerbased system. That is where the best majority of people get their health care. The Affordable Care act was meant to try to fill the gap between people that were too poor and cannot put together any resources to afford health care, namely people on medicaid. Obviously, medicare which is a singlepayer system which takes care of our elderly and does a great job doing it, by the way. All of the people that were employed, but people who were working but did not have the money to afford insurance and did not have anybody, and employer or anyone else to help them. That thethe slot obamacare approach was to take. 20 Million People now have Health Insurance. If we just rip it up and throw it away, but donald is not telling you is, we just turn it back to the Insurance Companies the way it used to be. That means the Insurance Companies to do pretty much whatever they want, including saying, i am sorry you have diabetes, you had cancer, your child has asthma, you may not be able to have insurance because you cannot afford it. Lets fix what is broken about it, but lets not throw it away and give it all back to the Insurance Companies. That is not going to work. Mr. Cooper mr. Trump let me follow up on this. Mr. Trump first of all, everything is broken about it. Saystwo, Bernie Sanders Hillary Clinton has very bad judgment. This is a perfect example of it. Mr. Cooper you said you want to end obamacare. You want to end obamacare. You also want to make coverage accessible to people with preexisting conditions. How do you force Insurance Companies to do that if you are no longer mandating . Mr. Trump were going to have a plan. Mr. Cooper what does that mean . Mr. Trump the plans are going to be so good because there will be so much competition. Once we break out the lines that allow the competition to come. Mr. Cooper will there be a mandate . Mr. Trump excuse me. By president obama keeping the lines around each state, almost on until very toward the end of the passage of obamacare. And by the way, was a fraud. Jonathan gruber, the architect of obamacare said it was a great lie. President obama said you keep your doctor, you keep your plan. It does not work. When we get rid of those lines, you will have competition, and we will be able to keep the existing. We will also be able to help people that do not have money because we are going to have people protected and republicans feel this way. Believe it or not, they feel strongly this way. Ms. Raddatz we now go to a question for both candidates. Hello. Muslimse 3. 3 million and i am one of them. You mentioned working with muslim nations but with islamophobia on the rise, how we you help people like me deal with the consequences of labeled as a threat to the country after the election is over . Ms. Raddatz mr. Trump, you are first. Mr. Trump you are right about islamophobia and that is a shame. There is a problem. Whether we like it or not, and we could be very politically correct, but whether we like it or not, there is a problem. We have to be sure that muslims come and and report when they see something going on, when they see hatred going on, they have to reported. An example from San Bernardino. Any people saw the bombs all over the apartment of the people that wounded many people, horribly wounded. They will never be the same. Muslims have to report the problems when they see them. There is always a reason for everything. If they do not do that, it is a very difficult situation for the country. You look at orlando and you look at San Bernardino and you look at the world trade center. She will not even mention the word and neither will president obama. He will not use the term radical islamic terrorism. To solve a problem, you have to be able to state but the problem is or at least say the name. She will not say the name and president obama will not say the name. The name is there. It is radical islamic terror. Before you solve it, you have to say the name. Ms. Raddatz secretary clinton. I have heard this question from a lot of muslimamericans from across our country because unfortunately, there has been a lot of very divisive, dark things said about muslims, and ,ven some of like captain khan the young man sacrificing himself defending our country in the United States army has been subject to attacks by donald. I want to say a couple things. First, we have had muslims since george washington. We have had many successful muslims, we just lost it particularly well known one with muhammad ali. America is in america where everyone has a place if you are willing to work hard, do your part, contribute to the community. That is what america is and that is what we want america to be for our children and grandchildren. It is also very shortsighted and even dangerous to the in gauging and the type of rhetoric donald has about muslims. To bed american muslims part of our eyes and ears, on the frontlines. I have worked with a lot of different muslim groups around america. I have met with a lot of them and i have heard how important it is for them to feel they are wanted and included an part of our country, part of our Homeland Security and that is what i want to see. It is also important, i intend to defeat isis, but to do so in a coalition with majority muslim nations. Right now, a lot of those nations are hearing what donald says and wondering, why should we cooperate with the americans . This is a gift to isis and the terrorists, violent jihadist terrorists. E are not at war with islam it is a mistake and it plays into the hands of a terrorist to act as though we are. So, i want a country where citizens like you and your family are just as welcome as anyone else. Ms. Raddatz thank you, secretary clinton. This,ember you said donald j. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of muslims entering the United States until our countries representatives can figure out what the hell is going on. We have no choice. We have no choice. Your running mate said the muslim ban is no longer your position. What is that correct . Mr. Trump first of all, captain. Han is an American Hero if i was president , he would be alive today because unlike her who voted for the war without knowing what she was doing, i would not have had our people in iraq. Iraq was a disaster. He would have been alive today. Is something that in some form has morphed into extreme vetting from certain areas in the world. Hillary clinton wants to allow ms. Raddatz why didnt morphed into that . Answer the question. Mr. Trump why dont you interrupt her . Ms. Raddatz will you explain whether the muslim ban still stands . Mr. Trump it is called extreme vetting. We are going to areas like syria where they are coming in the tens of thousands cousin of barack obama and Hillary Clinton increasellow a 550 over obama. People are coming into our country like we have no idea who they are, where they are from, what their feelings about our country is, and she wants 550 more. Ms. Raddatz we begin with secretary clinton. Ms. Clinton thank you. You are right. This is one of the most important issues in this election. I want to appoint Supreme Court justices that understand the thed understand the way world really works, who have real life experiences, have not been in a big law firm but tried some more cases, actually understand what people are up against the cousin i think the Current Court has gone in the wrong direction. I would want to see the Supreme Court reverse Citizens United and get dark, i counted money out of the politics. Donald does not agree with that. I would like to Supreme Court to understand Voting Rights are still a big problem in our country. That we do not always do everything we can to make it possible for people of color and older people and young people to be able to exercise their franchise. I want to Supreme Court that will stick with row versus wade and a womans right to choose and i want to Supreme Court that will stick with marriage equality. A donald has put forth the names of some people he would consider. Among the ones that he has suggested our people who would reverse roe versus wade and reverse marriage equality. I think that would be a terrible mistake and would take us backwards. I want to Supreme Court that is not always side with corporate interest. I want to Supreme Court that understands that because you are wealthy and you can get more money to something does not mean you have any more rights or should not have any more rights than anyone else. I have very clear views about what i want to see to change the balance on the Supreme Court. That the senate has not done its job and they have not permitted a vote on the person that president obama, a highly qualified person, they have not given him a vote to be able to have the full complement of Supreme Court justice. I think that was a dereliction of duty. I hope that they will see their way to doing it, but if i am so fortunate as to be president , i will immediately move to make sure that we fill that and we have nine justices and get to work on behalf of our people. Ms. Raddatz you are out of time. Mr. Trump justice scalia, great judge, died recently. We have a vacancy. Judgesoking to appoint very much in the mold of justice scalia. I am looking for judges, and i have picked 20 of them so that people would see highly respected, highly thought of and actually very beautifully reviewed by just about everybody. People that will respect the constitution of the United States. I think this is so important, also the Second Amendment which is totally under seizur by under siege like Hillary Clinton. Some important to me. Hillary clinton mentioned something about contributions. Race, more in my than 100 million put in of my money, meaning i am not taking all of this big money from all of these different corporations. What i ask is this, i am putting in more by the time it is finished, i will have more than 100 million invested, pretty much self funding mine and we are doing tremendously on the small donations, 61 average or so. I asked hillary, why did she not make 250 million by being in office . She used the power of her office to make a lot of money. Why is she not funding, 10 million or 30 million into your own campaign . It is 30 million less for special interests that will tell you exactly what to do and it would be a nice sign to the American Public. Why are you not putting money in . You have made a lot of that because of the fact that you have been in office . You made a lot of that while you were secretary of state. Why are you not putting money in your own campaign . Ms. Raddatz we are going to get onto one question. The question was about the Supreme Court. I respect the Second Amendment, but i believe there should be, intensive back on checks and we should close the gun show loophole and close the online loophole. Ms. Raddatz we have one more question. Mr. Cooper we have one more question about Energy Policy. What steps will your Energy Policy take to meet our energy needs while at the same time reminding environmentally friendly in minimizing job loss for fossil power plant workers . Mr. Trump i think that is such a great question because energy is under siege. The Environmental Protection agency is killing the Energy Companies. Foreign companies are coming in and buying so many of our changing plants and the plan to take care of their oil. We are killing our Energy Business in this country. I am all for alternative forms of energy, including wind and solar, etc. We need much more than wind and solar. Hillary clinton wants to put all of the miners out of business. There is a thing called clean coal that will last for 1000 years in this country. We have natural gas because of technology, we have unbelievable, we have found over the last seven years, we have found tremendous wealth under our feet. So good, especially when you have 2020 in debt. I will bring our Energy Companies back. They will be able to compete, make money, pay off the national debt, pay off the tremendous budget deficits which are tremendous, but we are putting our Energy Companies out of business. We have to bring back our workers. You take a look at what is happening to
