cloud into scotland and northern ireland. not much rain coming out of that. it's breezy, the further north you are. it is cold the further south—east you are. with cloud your temperatures hold up. without the cloud, quite a hard frost to come in rural area, could be seeing about minus six celsius by the time we get to the morning, scraping the ice off the car. this part of the uk just ta ps the
