Ukraine can absolutely still succeed but that all depends on a transparent policy here in the us and also in the west in terms of long Term Support for ukraine. We are seeing that ukraine is trying to revitalises its fans industrial base, it is working with European Partners to secure joint partnerships and it is also trying to solve its mobilisation issues as of current. All this will take time for ukraine to be self sufficient and it will require transparent aid from the us from the west and from all of our ukrainian allies. Without that transparency
