There are also two lesser types of murder charge that she could find Oscar Pistorius guilty of. Common law murder. Then below that, which carries a lesser sentence is the homicide charge which also carries a much smaller sentence. Or the judge could simply find Oscar Pistorius not guilty of the murder of reeva steenkamp. Of course we dont know when this will happen exactly.
