Happened to me so for the press to much stress disorder. But I still have 2 jobs and I still and and what and. Normally put my fake him around. Hold it together then you know the fake camera yet. And then when I get high. Anomaly cloud my. Normal yes. I've stopped drinking for the past. 3 weeks. So tell me what role both of you was. Well but to me was basically I didn't want to. I took the day ses. Did someone reach out to you about going to them or did you just through your own strength of personality see. And similar my friends came and. They said I needed to speak to someone. But some of the stuff. And. Mental health teams and stuff like that well but it was HIM A was also just close in the door was closed and. Just being in the dark room during can. I could be nasty. People but just be angry and. I feel that I don't feel. Anything for myself. And the mile well at the moment when you're living on less but even now some days it's just well pally. I have to battle every day. Every day is a battle. And it's just. People are fleeing me is this because you describe P.T.S.D. Which is something people normally associate with people who've been to war what you've been through must been pretty traumatic. In that. Nobody was because they could stay pretty chilly night. But I was like 3 men. Which was about 18 years ago. The ANA so surely was on Friday. And. Then I was in the park and. These men followed me they pushed me down like a knife to my face and they will rape me. And and the fact that you hold on to the anniversary Emma tells me that there's no getting over this. March 16th facility had it's always been there before I used to go out I used to go out drinking then the pups and quite often nice to go in by myself I knew people in the perps and I would have a glass. Everything was sun from the sun and so that they kind of split my boyfriend and decided I wanted to leave the flat and went for a long while. How could you get through them and did you reach out to anybody I mean the police point to go through them. And I would told anyone for a whole year will happen to me. I call him selflessly. Everything was. Wired. Because then I believed it was my so I believed I was drunk I was finished a place in the park. And. It was 5 years later before I actually told the police it happened to me. Too late to the police to do anything with it I did it as a closure and knew they would be an easy T.V. There wouldn't be any effort and the priests were absolutely marvelous I was put in a suffering and. They actually went to the pot they checked if anybody had been attacked in that park because one of the things that I felt guilty for the past flights obviously did not depending on the place it was every day that I knew that somebody else could have been attacked in that park and on that aspect. So you carried that of that as well and. Yet. My family my mom my dad my brothers. They don't know what happened to pay. Some of my church friends today so your family they know that Emma has a problem with drink and depression you know that I have to pression I had. I any live a mile up the way from my mom and dad. But quite often it's me that actually has the 5 now and. So I can hide it. And with the be a sympathetic ear disease but if you if you offloaded if you. Moment that. That old school and basically they don't fish affect Sharon they can't handle it I can remember a time by my mom and dad that we hope may not alone say that they love me. And. They share that goes by Monday so if there's anything that I need to all is spoiler goes all something goes wrong in the flat. That will just come and so will I for this well paid for that. Song change me blue is the new. If you got anybody then. Mention that your. Friends can really be yourself here. I've got. Those like full peoples it really nice the whole and and. There are amazing. And sometimes. They can tell but I'm really down. I hide it quite a lot as well so one of my friends actually knows exactly when I'm waiting really but. I just feel nothing I say oh no i hate myself so much I fail to discuss teaching and when I look in the mirror I'm quite make up. Deliberately because I don't want people to see me being attractive and when I look in the marrow and I just fell. Like a fat slob but I did it personally because I didn't want to be attracted to an emo . Right. Does a part of your mind know that you're not right in saying that you're not worth it. And. I feel that if I just went. I don't know how. I so change him but every day it's like I need to drink I need to change it every day is the battle every day had I have to go into what I have to jobs and having the right anybody to date that to go to to what I'm to put psych completely. I don't know if I can keep on doing it. 8 it's getting less and the psychologists that I do go and say she's been sick since Christmas I have seen. This is life getting in the way I've noticed one thing though Emma you started by saying you've been sober 3 weeks Well this took us over the anniversary of your right. There is a strong amorous in the you heart I'm right in saying you were sober for that anniversary I was yes the strong I mean there isn't. I was drinking too much and that was drinking and it was affecting what can i was good. Stuff and. Even though I didn't tell what books being on I call warnings and stuff she fair pay you know I was late for what and then got condensed so alone a real mornin this thing. I can't even do you know I don't want to know who you are but it's a sizeable organization they should have. Some. Within human resources to be able to how to help you. Sort of a big book and I say Sharon and basically a. Mental health basically a. He's just snap out of it they don't treat mental health what that Iraq people my what price that. Got mental health issues. Is not really anything to say basically what are you depressed about. The design is just tragic generally that was so you have a psychologist you have shoes not been available for some weeks now but generally is the help out there yeah I mean she said you can help somebody that's being sick . That will for to see her. Seeing the head they felt. And I thought this is really going to try really really hard to get. The facts of what happened to me and get a life and then all of a set and she's got it now to me that just feels like rejecting to us I'm saying that I need help and they say that we don't know when she's coming back so I just feel like I'm just left again and there's nobody you can take on a case load I don't know how I would work but could you see someone else who works with. I've tried. To feel sorry he just. I don't even tell him I'm glad I didn't even know. The story because they will. Tell you just like me. He had to give back so I could die. He said I. Just try so hard to read he did. And I feel sorry for people. To pression and he said. Anybody can suffer from depression you don't have to be pulled even celebrities.
