Naja who's who's been at some massive clubs as assistant managers 1st team coach Newcastle Chelsea West Ham Liverpool West Brom Aston Villa massive clubs and the experiences he would have gone to working with under Marine euro and Kenny Dalglish at Liverpool Zola is you know the there's a long long list there he's been involved in coaching sides that have won multiple trophies. And it's a it's a stellar c.v. I think yeah I think who is the right word to use in terms of the appointment here it's a terrific appointment he has a massive job in his hands but the guy's got so much experience mean it's exactly the type of person with the type of personality I think he's you can see there is a bit but a devilment in him there but but he's he's a tough guy and he's a he's a brilliant football man has his track record proof and but you know this is the start you know in terms of he walks in that you read to my mind the you know he does he demand that you know he's got his manager if you mines instant respect but then it's got to be there's got to be a real. Substance there the forwards up because you know the as a football clear you sit in the changing room and you make judgments very quickly he's coming on Saturday and it's boy this is a you know he's just. His presence there made an impact for good sessions result because you know if you get results the guys will buy into straight away and you know I spoke a bit last week about the manager that comes as good frankly a bubble within the football department because there has been so much negativity this that owns the club and if he's able to do that and I think on the face of it Steve Clark is definitely something that can then you know again it's the it's the club moving in the right direction it's tentative steps but he's definitely moving in the right that he's been here is one here's one for the period as one I asked on Saturday the fact he's a brilliant coach is beyond beyond because he would have had the jobs but he's used to coaching out of at an elite level. You talk about on the training field how different can it be look at the same coaching over the same change in sessions but I think the quality of the 2 sessions draw thank you Football doesn't really change the maybe you know may not succeed in there but you know that the sessions on the only all the same as a quarter players involved in the session you know how quickly can you get you know if you're doing transfer boxes and how quickly can you get from one box an hour to get attacking at the fences and things like you are used to and he has used to high profile unbelievable football players. You know but I think it's another challenge as I manage other you know when bowls are getting closer and chances are getting took when met a few of those are not you know short for the ball and that's another challenge for the manager to get the best players and as I said I think a lot of players that come on that will be looking forward to it isn't as if there's a big there's another challenge here is to get you performing and winning or not pitch to get your home support galvanize behind and and to produce wins because I just gained going over your home track record this season last season and the season before. That's 40 home games it wins it's it works out an average of $37.00 points from those 40 games which is less than a point a game at home well I think anybody I mean you must you must hate this pitch. Average managers can talk about you know generalisations all we want to play good football we want to pass the ball good managers are the ones that are able to communicate across the players specifically actually what you're.
