The European Space agency tests technology for a new reusable space plane. Reporter were talking about things like ceasefire lines, where are the front lines that separate the Ukrainian Army and the separatists themselves. Were talking about things like the border between russia and ukraine, who is going to make sure that border is not the conduit for weapons and men as the ukrainian governments and western governments have been accusing russia of using that border over the last year or so and were talking about self determination, independence autonomy for the self declared republics themselves. But its the sequence of them how do these things get put in place, the order in which they happen that can allow a ceasefire to take place, hold and deliver some sort of meaningful situation by which a proper political settlement can occur . There have been various leaks that have been come out about the terms being set out in these talks. We will have to wait and see what the leaders decide when they come here. Were expecting them maybe as soon as in the next hour or so. You wont be able to see, but behind me there is now a guard outside of the president ial palace and a red carpet waiting for these people to arrive. If there is no deal then were going to be in a very sticky situation. What has triggered this flurry of activity this diplomatic burst of action that we have seen over the last week is a real worry in europe and america, the United States as well that this situation is getting out of control, and that it might possibly run into a wider configuration, a proper proxy war in the Old Fashioned sense, you used to see them in the 20th century, where the west would back one side russia would back the other, and there would be furry unleashed in a country that is in the center of europe so if nothing is agreed here, then we might see the situation of america coming in and properly arming the ukrainian military. We might see russia unveiling its hands and basically openly supporting the separatists and possibly troops coming in across the border in a in a proper proper sense. Thats what everyone is worried about. Thats what these talks are trying to avert. There is almost 50 kilometers from the front line and the russianbacked rebels and terrorists attacking civilian attacking peaceful city. This is absolutely unacceptable and thats why these crimes will be punished we demand immediate unconditional ceasefire. Reporter the attack on the Shopping Center behind me happened yesterday, but the violence has dramatically increased over recent weeks, and the shelling continued right up to the beginning of the peace talks. There is an increased fear amongst people here. They believe now that the houthis and their militia have taken control of most of the main cities in the north, that they could attempt to capture taizz and thats why there are several of these check points across the city. The United Nations envoy said that the country could very well find itself in a civil war.
