Srinivasan Sivaraman, a 40-year-old Indian-origin manager, tragically died from inhaling toxic fumes in Singapore while working at the Choa Chu Kang Waterworks. His grieving family, who were in Singapore for a holiday, held final rites in India. The incident also left two Malaysian workers in intensive care.
