Tory politician denies taking part in drinking sessions at t

Four politicians were being investigated for drinking wine at Welsh parliament 
Darren Millar, Paul Davies, Paul Smith and Alun Davies met on December 8
They were served drinks in Ty Hywel building which adjoins the Senedd 
Conservative Nick Ramsay was also in building but his solicitor said he was not 'involved in any gathering' 
On December 4, pubs, bars and restaurants were banned from serving alcohol
