The London institution celebrating its 80th anniversary reopens Thursday with two new exhibitions and another Londoners have viewed only online since April.

It will be open every Thursday through Sunday, 11 a.m. until noon, just for seniors (65-plus) and noon until 5 p.m. for the general public.
“We’re just thrilled to be opening again,” said executive director Brian Meehan, who is set to retire next March.
“Often we hear the museum is one of London’s undiscovered gems and people who come through our doors are amazed at what’s here.”
