Chris Stokel-Walker/TikTok On December 14, TikTok announced it had entered into partnership with Samsung, one of the world's biggest supplier of smart TVs, to roll out an app â initially in the UK and Europe, then further afield. Just as YouTube moved from short-form to long-form and from desktops to smartphones to TVs, TikTok is heading in a similar direction.
