Water restrictions are getting tighter in the Bay Area because of the drought. Contra Costa County is now under a voluntary 10% water cutback. Marin residents can now use their sprinklers or water their lawns only once a week: Monday: Ross, Tiburon, Belvedere, San Geronimo, Forest Knolls, Lagunitas Tuesday: San Rafael, Unincorporated Marin County Wednesday: San Quentin, Sausalito, Corte Madera, San Anselmo Thursday: Mill Valley Saturday & Sunday: No irrigation And washing cars at home, washing driveways, and sidewalks, power washing homes, and watering between 9a and 7p are prohibited.
