Kenya Knight and Taib Lotfi are the owners of Soukie Modern, which is one of the hottest things in the desert community of Palm Springs. Tonight the two are throwing a socially-distanced outdoor party at their uber-stylish home.
The cocktails on the menu are courtesy of their friend Steen Bojsen-Møller, beverage manager and co-owner of Palm Springs hot spots Seymour’s and Toucans. With bars at diminished capacity, Steen has redirected his creativity into the California Moroccan drinks he created for the party.
