South Kingstown, RI, May 12, 2021 - Josh Dunlap and Wes Staschke are co-owners of Whaler's Brewing and they will be there to raise a glass of RISE IPA in their taproom to all the bars, restaurants and package stores who kept them in biz last year. They are giving each of their 800 customer accounts a free keg of RISE [The Providence Journal / Kris Craig]
Good afternoon and welcome to This Just In. I'm Mike McDermott, managing editor of The Providence Journal. It feels like summer in Rhode Island, and I don't mind. Neither do the folks at Whalers Brewing Company, who are giving out a free keg to each of about 800 restaurants and bars across the state, to celebrate the coming of the season.
