Close to a year following the magnitude 6.4 earthquake that left some without a home in Rio Dell, the Humboldt County board of Supervisors heard a report from Habitat for Humanity on progress made for repairs. Supervisors noted concerns that public funding wasn’t reaching the people that need it the most to repair their homes.
