These have been voted Britain's 30 most stunning views - but what about Sussex? The White Cliffs of Dover, Loch Ness, Lake Windermere and York Minster have emerged among a list of Britain's 30 most stunning views. Tuesday, 2nd March 2021, 2:01 pm The survey, carried out by London North Eastern Railway (LNER) asked the public to vote on the most picturesque views in the UK. However, we notice no East or West Sussex views have made this top list, despite the fact a spot in Worthing has been named among the 25 top places in the world to watch the sunset. According to the research, two thirds of Britons have desperately missed being able to visit UK beauty spots during the past year, with 58 percent of those questioned hoping to visit their favourite UK destinations as soon as restrictions are lifted, and it is safe to do so. The study also discovered we are a proud nation, as nearly half (47 percent) insisted we are blessed with some of the most beautiful views in the world, and a further 44 percent admitting they are grateful to live somewhere that has such stunning scenery.
