The Daily Herald The first thing I noticed while pulling up to The Mulehouse last weekend was the line of people snaking around the venue anxiously awaiting the sold out show. That's usually a good sign that, for one, the new Columbia venue is doing pretty well on ticket sales, but also that I might be waiting outside for a while, away from the comforts of air conditioning and that feeling of "Okay, I made it. I'm in." Thankfully, things moved at a swift pace, and finding my place in line was a good opportunity to speak with other Cassandra Coleman & Friends concert attendees, all of which shared an excitement not just in welcoming home Columbia's own "American Idol" , but also the excitement of it being their first time at the venue. .
